Among the four-star hotels in Morocco, this is the most suitable hotel with star standards and services. It is highly recommended. The front desk service is considerate, and the doorman will also provide inquiry services enthusiastically. The furniture in the room is old, but not shabby, and the facilities are quite complete. The bed is too small, the bedding is not comfortable enough, too big, mopping the floor... The overall hygiene also needs a little improvement...

I always choose this hotel when I go to Kenitra. It is quieter than the hotels in the city center. There is a large supermarket next to it and it is close to the highway. It is very easy to find. The hotel is clean and the facilities are relatively new. It is suitable for business travel.

This is a good place to stay when you are transiting from Rabat to Kasa. It is right next to the train station. For dinner, my family walked 5 minutes to the train station to eat something cheap and big. The train station is very modern. Although the bed is not wide, I slept well. The breakfast is also OK. Good value for money.

Гостиница не очень новая и соответственно мебель и прочее того же уровня. Матрас был довольно жестоким для нас. Наш номер был на 5м этаже вид на улицу. Шума не было слышно, даже от музыкальных мероприятий, которые проходят на выходных. Балкон очень большой с лежаком для загара. Завтраки вполне достаточные, омлет по заказу. Особенно хочется отметить оливки которые подаются с омлетом, очень вкусные! Кофе отличный!

升級未果，仍有亮點這次入住體驗有些小遺憾。通過攜程預訂時，酒店協調升級房型，但最終未能成功，房間空間稍顯侷促。不過，酒店整體環境還算整潔，服務人員態度也較為熱情。早餐種類豐富，但甜點佔比過高，對於不吃甜食的我來説，選擇稍顯單一。希望酒店後續能進一步提升服務，優化房型升級流程，同時調整早餐搭配，增加更多健康選擇。總體而言，這次入住感受中規中矩，期待酒店後續改進。

Very old hotel with very old furniture, as location there is only the view on river which is nice but the rest it’s completely disappointing. Staff not that much profesional afterwards the price it’s extremely huge compared to what they are providing. This hotel it’s not deserving 4stars and I will not recommend you to go to their restaurant ( loubnane) specially during the weekend as obliging clients to pay buy menu 350mad by person then to take a drink such bottles ( it means it’s a kind of variety foods on tables no more for starters then only one small plate to share on the table for all persons sharing the same table). I will add that the foods for breakfast not that much big variety. I will recommend the hotels like Sofitel, Amphetrite (in shkirat city) or hassan tour hotel rabat ) with same price of this hotel. You will find the general manager all time in lobby, or one pool neither the restaurant smoking all time but more observing clients instead of observing the staff to improve their skills. Then the last point , please be careful to the pictures of rooms and the title, because I was paying 300€ for a room with very poor quality of bed, bathroom then carpet in floor without talking about noise in street afterwards then bad smell of canalization. If you want a very good room which is premium with high quality it will need to add a cost of 120€ (as I did), means 2 nights costs in this hotel 420€. Have a look on the room with the view what I attached. Only the rooms in second floor with view on the pool whom a bit more interesting in this hotel but too expensive.

Booked here on a business trip, very good, I am used to booking here every time, the environment is good, the service is good, the food is OK, the room is very clean and tidy, it is recommended.
