the hotel is under renovation with work at the exterior. It blocked the view of the room which was never mentioned. We experienced a hot water tap problem and no technicians are available at the evening time when we need to take a bath. Overall experience is good. Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very noisy and I could barely sleep. The carpet was very old with stains on it. The bathroom shower curtain was equally old and stained. There were no charging wall sockets by the bed. If you are looking for a short, quick overnight stay, you may be able to endure the very poor service but for the price of a room, one is better off paying a little more to get better value.

It's great to live by yourself. The space is suitable. The service is very good. The light was broken at first, so I changed the room and the light was broken. I don't know what happened to me. I don't want to say it.

We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing. The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom. We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice. Parking is easy So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

Come out of the train station, you can see at a glance, the location is too convenient for tourists. The room was spacious and the facilities were slightly old, but the health was not bad. Breakfast is very good, there are six or seven packages to choose from, try four of them, all good.

Picked this place because it was close to the station. Excellent place to stay- staff goes above and beyond. Clean and quiet rooms- excellent breakfast (well worth the 10 pounds extra). Highly recommend

The location of the room is very good. There is a sea view outside the window. It should be a newly renovated room by the landlord. A microwave and refrigerator are also provided for use. The landlord is very nice, but he is not very good at using the heating in the room, so it is a little cold at night, but that is not a problem. .

Absolutely love it here. Easy to walk from train station with luggage. Quite center with everything. The common spaces was good too. Receptionist was good too and explained well how to explore swansea. They have a big map on the second floor and just scan barcode on it. Food also easy to get. Quite easy to go the beach bay and can actually use many routes from here. I loved the views so much. Will book again here and hire bicycle too.
