Guest UserThe facilities were clean and tidy. The only downside was that I had completed the check-in process in the morning, but when I returned in the evening, it hadn't been done. At the previous hotel (Grand Chancellor Hobart), they even brought our luggage to the room with a similar process. Also, due to other cars in front of the hotel, the parking lot was very difficult to access. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the room's air conditioning, so it got cold in the early morning. Additionally, there weren't many TV services (which I wanted for the kids). I think this would be a very comfortable hotel for a regular trip.

Guest UserOne word: fantastic! The room was amazing, right by the water with views of the bay. The hotel's location offers incredible panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and sea. In the mornings, we even saw starfish, oysters, and sea anemones in the water. On our last day, we spotted a sea lion basking in the sun – so cute! The environment is unbeatable, transportation is convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly. The only minor drawback is that bottled water isn't complimentary.

SophylovemarathonI've been to Australia three times, but this was my first trip to Tasmania. I traveled solo, taking a 2.5-hour drive from Hobart to Launceston in the north. I stayed at this Best Western Plus for two nights, and my overall experience was very good.
**Cleanliness:** Very clean, and housekeeping cleans daily. If you're staying multiple nights and don't need cleaning the next day, you can hang the 'Do Not Disturb' sign on your doorknob, and they'll give you an 8 AUD meal voucher for breakfast at the restaurant.
**Facilities:** Standardized beds and a bathroom. The room was spacious, very comfortable for one person. The bathroom had bath towels, regular towels, and hand towels. Laundry supplies were also provided. The minibar offered free tea bags and instant coffee. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water were in the room, with additional bottles costing 4 AUD each.
The parking lot 🅿️ was quite large.
**Service:** Breakfast was a continental breakfast, including bread, butter, jam, milk, and oatmeal.

HIMANSHU_ARORADuring our recent stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel, we were fortunate to have the exceptional service provided by Tayla and Ebony, who truly went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, their warm and welcoming demeanor made us feel right at home. They were attentive to our needs, offering personalized recommendations and assistance that enhanced our stay significantly.
One of the highlights of our mornings was breakfast at Peppina, the hotel's on-site restaurant. The breakfast menu featured a delightful array of options, from freshly baked pastries to hearty, made-to-order dishes. Each meal was prepared with care and presented beautifully, making it a pleasure to start our day. The atmosphere at Peppina was equally inviting, with a charming decor that complemented the delicious food, creating a perfect setting for a leisurely breakfast.
In the evenings, we enjoyed drinks at Mary Mary, another fantastic venue within the hotel. The bar had a vibrant yet relaxed ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. The cocktail menu was impressive, featuring both classic favorites and innovative creations crafted by skilled mixologists. Each drink we ordered was expertly made and beautifully garnished, adding to the overall experience.
Overall, our stay at the Tasman Luxury Hotel was a true testament to hospitality at its finest. The combination of exceptional service from Tayla and Ebony, along with delightful dining experiences at Peppina and Mary Mary, created a memorable getaway that we will cherish for a long time. We left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the outstanding care we received throughout our visit.

Catherine EeveeSince we arrived in the early hours of the morning, the hotel was very accommodating. Knowing my wife is pregnant, they allowed us to check in a little early so she could rest properly. Overall, it was good, aside from some noise. However, I think this is due to poor soundproofing, which seems to be a common issue across Australia. Essentially, it's very convenient, with a bus stop and light rail station right downstairs, making it easy to get to different attractions.

Guest UserStayed at the RACV Hotel Hobart for 4 days
The hotel is in central Hobart CBD,it is walking distance to almost everything including waterfront Salamanca,Battery Point etc.
There are lots of cafes and restaurants nearby all within a short walk.
The rooms are clean and modern, the hotel has a casual bar and restaurant plus a more formal restaurant.
Happy hour between 16:30 and 18:30 is a great time to have a drink in the lovely lounge area in comfortable sofas and armchairs near the large feature gas fireplace.
The staff are all friendly and efficient.
I couldn’t fault this hotel on anything,we stayed in a one bedroom apartment which was modern and very spacious.
Parking is onsite at $25 dollars per day which is pretty standard for the area,

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the heart of Hobart city center. Downstairs, there are numerous shops like Myer, Arc'teryx, The North Face, and the Machimachi bubble tea shop, making shopping very convenient. The staff were friendly, and check-in was smooth. The room size was moderate, and the view was great, but the windows were quite dirty, which affected the viewing experience—something that needs attention. The breakfast was very plentiful, with a wide variety of choices and well-balanced nutrition. Housekeeping was done daily, and the cleanliness was good. You need to use your card to access the elevators, so security is not an issue. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low and could use improvement.

Ivan and FamilyGood location, just walking distance to the main streets which closes very early. Restaurants are easily accessible. I self drive, nearest parking is of about 3-5mins walk away at $35AUD per night unlimited. I personally feel if i were to choose again, maybe i would just park at the nearest carpark beside, or park at the same carpark without using the hotel privilege, maybe it could be cheaper. This is because i only come back to the hotel at night and moved out early in the morning. Worth exploring if anyone were to try.
Cleanliness wise, im not too sure, i make room everyday but theres some stains in the bathroom which was left on day1, still there on day3, but room and bed definitely tidied.
Still worth to stay. Love the indoor pool and the breakfast is good too! (Ala carte order, not buffet)
