The rooms are spacious..towels and linens all clean..we stayed for 3 nights..1st night we stayed at room 1129..room are dark..few lights cannot use..toilet is horrible..sink and bathtub all clogged..we changed to room 1329..not as dark as 1129..for the toilet, only bathtub is clogged..sink was ok..other problem, there were so many ants..please do some pest control..besides that, breakfast was ok..but nothings spicy..we ordered some food at 18c cafe, at first okay..second time ordered, everythings dry..especially the chicken wing..above all that, the location are really2 good..we just walked to Kea farms..no need to bring car..i will repeat this stays next time..hopefully there will be some improvement..
I booked a studio room for my parents and family room for my own. Both type of rooms are spacious and overlooking the sea. The view in the morning and evening are breathtakingly stunning as you get to watch the sunrise and sunset from the comfortable couch in the living room through the full view wimdows. The amneties provided in both the studio and famiky room are top notch. Great place to unwind and relax in peace.
Got a free upgrade and stayed at Ion Majestic, love and wanted to try the heated pool but it was under maintenance so we wouldn't be able to try.
I was a regular at Ion Delemens before I tried to book with Trip.com, so definitely will prefer and choose to stay at Ion Majestic as it has easier access than Ion Delemens.
Killer view but I guess as not a morning person, I wouldn't prefer the bright curtains in the morning😅
Overall, 5 out of 5 still.
The good: The room was overall clean and the toilet was clean too. The water pressure in the shower is decently strong. Fresh sheets and pillow cases were provided, and the pillows did not stink like in many other hotels. The location is great (an 8-minute slow drive from First World Hotel), the check-in staff was friendly and so nice, and the wi-fi was fast. There's free parking (You will have to take the lift from the parking building to the 7th floor, then walk over to the tower you're living in, then take the lift in that tower to the floor you're staying in). Also, they provide complimentary bedroom slippers, shower gel/shampoo, soap, toothbrush/paste, vanity kit and razor. They have convenience stores and a few restaurants in the complex, so you won't go hungry and you can always buy your necessities just a few steps from your room.
The bad: The toilet door was creaking terribly, waking up your roommates when you go to the toilet in the middle of the night. The floor was very clean but also rather slippery from the floor detergent used. The water leaks out from the shower cubicle when bathing, so put your floor mat further away from the door when bathing so it doesn't get wet (same distance as the toilet bowl). The hot water does not run continuously - if you have a fantastic super hot shower for 15 to 20 minutes, the water will become cool and you'll have to wait another 20 minutes before the hot water tank heats up and you can have another fantastic super hot shower. And the pump that supplies water to the tap in the room sink makes a horribly loud sound whenever you switch it on and off.
Conclusion: I paid less than RM100 to stay in this room so I think it's definitely value for money. Love the location - it's higher than the Genting theme park area, cold and misty. Will come back again next time.
The hotel is perfectly located with stunning views of the mountains and surrounding nature – truly a serene escape. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even more pleasant.
The apartment was very spacious and comfortably accommodated four guests per room. However, there were a few areas that could use improvement. The food options for vegetarians were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the bellboy service for luggage had restricted timings, which was inconvenient at times.
There was also an oversight in placing the mandatory toiletries in two of our rooms, something that could easily be addressed with better preparation in the future.
Overall, it's a great place to stay for the views and comfort, with just a few service enhancements needed.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. I also enjoyed the breakfast – it had a good variety and tasted great. The location was convenient, close to shops and public transport. Overall, a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.

this is disappointment for us
The stay was amazing! The personalised service and incredible staff made us feel welcome. The room and view were absolutely stunning—100% amazing. The breakfast was delicious, though at RM100+ per adult, it lacked variety especially for meat options. The meal service however was impeccable. The only minor downside was the security staff at the property entrance who came across quite unwelcoming, contrasting sharply with the otherwise warm hospitality.
We want to thank especially Mark for the amazing hospitality! He was friendly, warm and completed our stay. The Chateau is 100% highly recommended for short stay and we'll be back soon :)
Last minute booked..My kid like it so much. The pool good for children. The food was delicious and many choices.
Hotel needs to improve toilet cleanliness and drain system.
Berjaya Tioman Resort exceeded every expectation — a true island gem that combines natural beauty, comfort, and warm Malaysian hospitality. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly smiles and a refreshing drink, instantly setting the tone for a memorable stay.
What really stood out was the impeccable service. Every staff member was courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Whether it was arranging snorkeling excursions, jungle treks, or just offering local insights, the team made us feel valued and well cared for.
If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway that still offers adventure, comfort, and incredible scenery, Berjaya Tioman Resort is the place to be.

AAlvin-7Genting Geo 38 Apartment offers a comfortable and modern stay with stunning views of the Genting Highlands. The unit is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with essential amenities, including a kitchenette and washing machine. The location is convenient, just a short drive to Genting Premium Outlets and the cable car station. Facilities like the infinity pool, gym, and sauna add value to the experience. Security is tight, and parking is easy. Check-in and communication with the host are smooth. Ideal for families or small groups seeking a relaxing retreat with cooler weather and beautiful scenery. Highly recommended for a short getaway.
SShahirahNurThe experience of staying here was amazing. 4 days and 3 nights were not enough for us. We will definitely come again soon. My kids were very happy with the pool and the beach. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at
CClarenceAndreI got upgraded from Ion Delemen to the new Wyndham Hotel which was appreciated but it was a nightmare using the elevators there. It's a tall building and with all the upgrades from Ion Delemen overcrowded causing massive congestion on the elevators as the capacity of the elevators can't seem to match the number of people housed in the building. Also not a very smart way of operating the elevators as they could be split between lower and upper floors thereby easing the congestion issue.
The fitness center is not well managed as well and should be better controlled as there were people bringing in your children causing a lot of noise.
CCheng SiewBeautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons:
1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests
2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.
GGuest UserFrom the 1st day check in, all the staffs are helpful and friendly. The scenery surround the hotel very nice, clean and cozy. The room we checked in quite spacious, cozy and chilly with nice view of mounts greeny and nature. The breakfast buffet are delicious and variety of food and we enjoyed it for the whole 3 days 2 nights. Would recommend and come again for next trip here in Century Pines Hotel.

BBealaLove everything about the hotel, especially the room! Service was good, I requested for room that near to the lift with a nice view & I got it! Room just next to the lift with a amazing mountain view! The front office staff that attended us during check in was totally go way extra miles in his service 👏🏻 please look for Mr. Amnan when you’re there 👍🏻. Just a little way to be improved is the service during Buffet Breakfast-I think front counter staff should hv communication with restaurant server to control the guests, only let them in once table is available. Few guests mingle around looking for a vacant table to seat for breakfast during peak hour is not fun ya. Anyway, we’ll def will come back for staycation 🥰
