The location was perfect. The room was spacious & clean The staff was friendly & helpful The breakfast spread was reasonable We even got to extend our checkout time

Lots of small cockroaches, everywhere in the room and kitchen, but couldn't find the source. It seemed like our unit hadn't been occupied for a long time because I kept sneezing when we first came in, and I had to clean the dust myself. The view is beautiful, truly beautiful. Everything else is okay and just like the photos. There's also laundry available, and many restaurant choices nearby. It's just that the kids were scared by the small cockroaches.

Freshly built hotel (not refurbished). Price lowered compared to original website. The room was great, although not getting golf course view. No need air conditioning since outside air cold already. Seeking to stay again. Only the downside the road was steep, dangerous for big bike. Other than that, nothing!

Thank you to the management of this resort, especially Mr. Shahidan, who is friendly and always checks if there are any shortcomings. Mr. Jalil also was very friendly and ver2 helpful in many matters, from the registration process, arranging our room even though we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and even lending me a ball to play at the beach and as well as other matters throughout my family’s stay until we checked out. At the café,Mr. Shahrizal provided useful information and assisted us with the good breakfast arrangements, This is my third time staying here. There have been many improvements made by the management based on the feedback I gave during my previous stays, and I am very satisfied. I will definitely come again in the future. I would also like to thank the other staff, especially the security guard who helped me with delivering our bags to the room. The resort atmosphere is calm and clean, the café is beautiful and comfortable, and the facilities provided—such as the gym, kids’ pool, and clean restrooms—are excellent. The beach is also peaceful and beautiful, perfect for relaxation. Good job and Highly recommended ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Secondly, I'd like to express my gratitude to the wonderful chefs who cooked absolutely everything deliciously! Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy fresh, grilled seafood! Thank you for the themed evenings; you truly aimed to surprise us, and you succeeded! I wholeheartedly wish you prosperity and many more grateful tourists. Now, let me tell you about our stay. A vacation at Tunamaya isn't what you'd call a typical beach holiday, as popular with Russian tourists. But, of course, people don't come to Tioman for that anyway. The nature here is incredibly beautiful, with views of the jungle and mountains – every time I walked to the restaurant from our bungalow, my heart soared with gratitude and awe at the beauty! It truly is a vacation for the soul! The resort also offers diving and snorkeling equipment, a glass-bottom boat, and kayaks. There's an outdoor sports area where my husband exercised daily. And, of course, the cool, scenic poolside overlooking the sea was a great pleasure. We also discovered a beach near and beyond the second, currently inactive pier. It's perfectly fine for swimming in clear water and taking beautiful photos. The views of the massive boulders and monoliths reminded us of the Seychelles, only the sea there was always calm. My husband and elder son also hiked through the village to the waterfall, bringing back many beautiful photos and impressions! As for suggestions – I'd recommend sprucing up and beautifying the grounds. Some railings along the beach path are broken, and there are old pieces of furniture lying around. I also wasn't very pleased with the condition of the toilet near the pool; I sincerely hope you find the means to do some cosmetic renovations there. A pleasant bonus of being on the island was encountering the mischievous monkeys and monitor lizards. Despite the repellents, they found ways to roam the grounds, and that's wonderful because we are guests in their home! They are the true aboriginals of Tioman. It’s a good option for big family or big groups to stay at Genting. Although the property is built recently, however, the apartment has a musty smell, suspect it’s due to bad ventilation (as the toilet blind is very mouldy) or drainage issue. Check in and check out were smooth. The walk to the Skyavenue is not an issue as the entire walkway is covered. There are not many eateries and shops at the Antara mall below the apartment.

The front desk staff member is not a local, so communication was quite difficult. I called to request that the refrigerator be checked, but they eventually brought me a chair and said that was what I had requested. It was completely unrelated to what I actually asked for.

Strategic location. Close to Kea Farm. You can just walk to Kea Farm. Saves money on parking and avoids the hassle of finding a parking spot. Would repeat again.

The hotel's proximity to the beach is absolutely fantastic, I loved it! However, I found the toiletries to be a bit lacking, and the water pressure was inconsistent. But since I was mainly there for the beach, I didn't let it bother me too much.

Stay- (6/10) + Room is very spaces + Excellent location for shopping + Spaces lobby + breakfast buffet ample choice but lack in variety (almost same dishes daily) -No power outlets next to bedside. Insufficient sockets -Room wifi not working 2/5 days stay -Pillow too soft and duck feathers leaked from one of them -shower head holder defective (loosely attached to wall)) causing the head to dislodge at normal water pressure. -string for hanging clothes in bathroom defective -lifts too slow - male toilet next at lobby dirty and poorly maintained. Should have separate toilets inside restaurant for hotel guests only.
