Good location as it was near most of the attractions. Staff were friendly & helpful. However, the toilet had a sewer stench no matter how long you aired it.

New hotel in a great location near the golf course. Friendly staff, comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom. The room also comes with a coffee machine and washing area, which is very convenient. Highly recommended for its modern design and cozy private waiting areas.

1. The lights near the gate are dim, some aren't working. Poor lighting. It's easy to miss the turn. 2. Parking is okay, there's even parking for EV cars. 3. The lobby is okay too, and the staff at the counter were also just okay. 4. Dining area. Hmm, maybe you can do better. 5. The pool is suitable for kids. 6. Private beach ✅✅✅ clean. Not sure if it's safe to swim though. 7. Cleanliness. - The toilet had a slight smell, not very clean 2.8/5 - Sheets and pillows, not clean. - Towels had dirty spots. - The AC was dripping water, yes! It reached the bed, making it uncomfortable to sleep because I could feel the droplets on my face. 8. My husband got bed bugs, his legs and body were covered in bites. 9. Buffet breakfast changed to 'sahur' (the taste wasn't bad, it was okay). - White rice. Chicken with curry, I think? The chicken pieces were small. 2 prawns. Sliced watermelon & Sunquick/fresh orange juice? (At least offer ice cream as a dessert replacement). I don't have pictures for any of this because I was tired from the journey from Seremban, and then I got a room like that (Room number 1079). Disappointed. I only loved the beach. 😇

Excellent, we'll definitely be back! My friends and I had a great time, and the food wasn't expensive. The only thing is the paint smell in the room was a bit strong, which I hope they can improve. Also, there aren't many entertainment facilities. Keep up the good work!

My husband suggested this place for our 33rd marriage anniversary and I'm thankful that we came for our 4 nights stay here! We stayed at the Deluxe King Room. Firstly the immediate response with an official/personal email from the GM Mr Tony Teh acknowledging our booking and asking if we needed anything - this is exceptional and personal which gives us such warm feelings even before we started our stay! We forgot to notify in advance about our anniversary, yet upon check in, Mr Hykal who attended to us assured us that he would check about the matter. And just happened Ms Lynn who is the Public Relations in charge was at the Front Office received what I shared and she purposely made a special effort in making the special arrangements upon seeing my email reply to their GM. We chose the Sky Cafe to have our anniversary dinner - The special decorations done in the room (as a surprise to my husband) and the special table set-up for our dinner with a special discount for our anniversary dinner. On top of it the Chef Mr Phyo personally blessed us with his special-bake chocolate cake! The GM personally came up to the Sky Cafe to meet with us, such warmth and kindness! Upon arrival as we were lazy to go out, we ordered room service and the nasi goreng was super yummy! The daily breakfast is amazing - food is delicious (had the chance to chat with the Chef Shahrul), with different spreads throughout our four days. All the staff in the Breakfast place are exceptionally friendly, polite, helpful and always with smiles! These are the personnel that I managed to get their names - At the Front Office, Mr Hykal and Mr Sharul were the first who attended to us with the rest who were very helpful to our enquiries as well: Sofy, Najwa & Syirah. A special shout-out to the Housekeeping team under the leadership of Mr Hafis - who did such a great job in making such special decorations in the room! The Sky Cafe Team who served us during our anniversary dinner - Mr Azrael, Ms Fazlin and Chef Mr Phyo. And the Restaurant great team inside the kitchen and outside the restaurant area under the Manager (I can't recall his name) who were very attentive! Ohh, the night views of Genting Hilltop from the Rooftop Pool area - superb! Mr Tony Teh, you have a great asset - your Team is amazing! Thank you for making our 33rd anniversary a memorable one, and we are already considering coming back again!

Good location, walking distance to Pasar Pagi 👍🏻 we stay a night then next day went to Cameron Valley tea farm just few minutes drive to reach. Will come back to this hotel again when need a stay in Cameron ❤️

My kids enjoy swimming, big pool and kids friendly (especially mini waterpark). We’ve been booked Garden Villa without breakfast, room space just nice for kids below 12yo. Room have mini ice bar, tv, kettle, hanger, wardrobe, iron, iron board & sejadah. Restaurant and shops just nearby the resort. Highly recommended for family vacation.

The hotel's location is excellent, and the ambiance has an old-world charm. The gym is fantastic, and it's right across from Kuantan's largest shopping mall.

Antara Residents is absolutely amazing! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. The residence is beautiful, modern, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The facilities are excellent, and everything feels thoughtfully designed to make guests feel relaxed and at home. The location is also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and enjoyable. What impressed us most was the excellent service and attention to detail. A truly fantastic place to stay, and we would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️🏡✨

This is my second time staying here. The first time, I got a room on level 29, and the view was already great. This time, I requested a high floor and had to pay an additional RM50 for it. I was willing to pay for the 'carpet of clouds' view, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see it. Regardless, it's a fantastic hotel with a wide variety of delicious breakfast options.
