It's a nice hotel especially for family with kids since they have a big swimming pool and playing area. Not the best for couples or solo traveller since it can be noisy and crowded around the common areas. But the hotel is overlooking the sea so it's refreshing to wake up to the view, and also go for a morning run.

I had the opportunity to stay at Zenith Kuantan, and overall, it offers a comfortable and pleasant experience suitable for all types of travellers, especially families. 🧼 Cleanliness – 4/5 (Good) The rooms and hotel areas are well-maintained, clean, and tidy. Although there is some room for minor improvements, the overall cleanliness standard is still solid and comfortable. 📍 Location – 5/5 (Excellent) The hotel’s location is its biggest strength. Situated in a strategic area close to the city centre, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options, it’s perfect for guests who want easy access to various attractions and amenities. 👨💼 Service – 4/5 (Good) The hotel staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Check-in and check-out processes are smooth. While response times could be slightly improved, the overall service quality is good and satisfactory. 🏊♂️ Amenities – 4/5 (Good) The facilities—including the swimming pool, gym, and other amenities—are in good condition and well-maintained. Families will appreciate the available features. Still, there is some potential for upgrades to enhance the overall experience. ⸻ 🎯 Overall Verdict Zenith Kuantan is a solid hotel choice with an excellent location, good service, and a clean, comfortable environment. It suits families, couples, and solo travellers who want a balanced stay with easy access to the city. We found the location to be superb, offering truly outstanding views. The area boasts a wide variety of dining choices. Furthermore, the apartment was clean and featured a well-designed layout.

The stay location was okay, but there were several issues that affected our experience. The lift access card was very insensitive, and we had to ”gosok-gosok” it repeatedly just to get it to work — even the staff acknowledged this workaround. The bathroom flooded whenever we took a shower, and the water heater didn’t work even after leaving it on for over 30 minutes, as instructed. How it affects if bringing kids or elderly. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. Also, the hanging bed lamp kept swinging and hitting the wall when the fan was on, creating an annoying noise. We hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

The Chateau is a family friendly resort, it is also a great place for events like weddings or celebration. When you arrive to the chateau, it feels as if you were in a fairy tale, castle in the woods. The condition and maintenance of the chateau is awesome, very cozy yet grand at the same time. The staff are very friendly and welcoming to their guests, providing top notch service. There are many different locations to explore and activities to do around the facilities, which make the stay a very eye opening and entertaining one. The room was beautiful, interior design to perfection, very comfy and clean, definitely had a good rest. The food provided at the chateau, one mouth watering meal, it definitely satisfied our taste buds. Overall the experience at this hotel was fantastic, one that I would recommend to many. I would definitely come back again in the future.

It is a great place to rest with your family. But there’s no much option or place go buy food. Ensure to pack your own food. Others all are great, the view is breathtaking!

The room very clean, spacious & comfortable with excellent service. The parking is free. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool water was very cold with no warm water, so children might catch a cold when swimming. Accessing to the swimming pool is a bit challenging and far away. During the peak season, the water heater in my room was not hot enough, and there was no hot water halfway through the shower. The soundproofing of the room was poor, and we were woken up every time someone walked past the corridor.

Stayed at Club King room facing the sea, beautiful view. Check in was fast and was warmly welcome by reception staff. Enjoyed the club lounge high tea & dinner, special thanks to Hana and her intern for a remarkable service. Recommended resort for healing and even had the opportunity to shoot some faunas. Tasty & varieties of foods served during breakfast.

The room was clean and tidy when we check in. Found some stains to the comforter and pillows upon the check in. Request of cleaning of room was not very well done as we notice floor was still dirty when we back and no new small towel was not given. Lobby Staffs are friendly and helpful. Not smart tv

We had such a lovely stay here! Great location and everything we needed was nearby and super convenient. Breakfast was a generous spread with plenty of choices to start the day right. But the best part, without a doubt, was the service. We stayed during the festive season when it was crowded and everyone was busy, yet the team was still smiling, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Special shoutout to Kenneth. Always the first to greet us, always checking in to see if we needed anything, and just made us feel so welcome. Yes, the place may be a little older, but the cleanliness and the service totally made up for it and truly made our stay brilliant. Thank you to the whole team. We really appreciate you!
