Guest UserI highly recommend this hotel. The staff is attentive and ready to answer any questions. Everything in the rooms is well thought out; I had a refrigerator, coffee maker, electric kettle, and even an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was delicious, with freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies.

Guest UserAn ordinary hotel on the edge of the center on a busy roundabout. By the way, you don't have to worry about this at all. It is about a 10-minute walk to the attractive center. We only used breakfast and the bar in the hotel. You can park your car in the parking garage where Dirk van de Broek customers also park, but Mercure space is reserved. Extremely friendly staff and very customer focused. We still plan to come here again. Top!

The menu is refined and delicious, and the service is beyond exceptional with a highly trained, kind, and attentive staff at all times. The bathrooms were spotless, and the towels wonderfully soft. I truly enjoyed my two day stay here and will definitely come back soon.

BinglvchaThe hotel is close to the central station, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast is good, with smoked salmon. The service is also excellent; the staff are friendly, and luggage storage is free. I've stayed in hotels for over 20 days while traveling in Europe these past two years, usually choosing three- or four-star hotels since five-star ones are out of my budget. This is the first hotel I've ever seen that provides five items in the bathroom: shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, and body lotion. I was practically moved to tears! Oh, and there's a pair of disposable slippers too, which is a rare treat. Park Plaza Utrecht, you'll be etched in my memory!

We also happened to be there during the weekend market, which was less than a minute's walk away, offering all sorts of local cheeses, fries, flowers, and specialties.

I stayed here while visiting Utrecht for a rave, and honestly, it was the perfect choice. After an incredible night out, coming back to such a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel was absolute bliss. The bed deserves a mention — it was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Especially after hours of dancing, it felt like laying in heaven.
The room was spotless, the staff were friendly and professional, and the whole place had a really calm, relaxing vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to recharge after such a great event. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Utrecht — especially if you’re here for a night out and want somewhere peaceful and pristine to crash afterwards!

We also book it privately ourselves when we need to be in Utrecht for an event. The quality is excellent, and you can easily reach Utrecht city center by bus from the public transport stop, which is just a few hundred meters walk away. You can leave your car in the hotel's parking lot.
