Я із дітьми були в отелі 2 ночі. Подорожували в Амстердам. Заселилися досить пізно, але нас швидко зареєстрували - персонал привітний. Номер дуже чистий, зручні ліжка - спали як вдома. У ванній душова кабіна. В кімнаті тепло.
Біля рецепції на першому поверсі можна робити каву і чай. В номері теж є чайник і кавоварка. Ми задоволені.

Breakfast items were old and dried out. Cheese, salads and ham from the day before that just looked so sad all shriveled up. Other than that pretty good hotel.

Very nice common areas and good customer service from staff. Convenient check in. However the bedroom cleanliness was poor.

The ones that do work especially in banquets or conventions act like the coffee/ tea police ( woman with short hair and yellow jacket)
If they could they would send you to a concentration camp for sitting in the wrong spot of the hotel yet they have no visible signage. Plus a saw a mouse

Hotel is fine and the resturant and Bar is plesent. Menü when I was there was 80% veggie. One point to be aware of is I booked rooms for multiple people and selected pay in hotel.
Annoyingly 1 day before arrival they booked payments for all the rooms from my card. For me pay in hotel means something else, and I book a lot of rooms. They did credit my card again but it was not easy as they needed supervisor to organise it.

the first room we got was not cleaned by housekeeping, the 2nd one was a boiler as the AC was not working, the 3rd room was also without proper AC, stains on furniture and decorations but was at least something, so we made the best of it after changing rooms all these times. Staff in the hallway was quite unprofessional (making loud personal calls in the elevator when joining for a ride up/down). Had good experiences here before but this time was VERY bad.
