LLorestHotel is nice. Location is good, few steps from the beach front. Rooms are clean but may need to upgrade as some facilities are quite old. When you use the faucet in the room, it is too loud. Friendly staffs. Overall it is a good stay and will certainly come back.

AAnonymous UserMy recent trip to Clark, Philippines, included a stay at Queens Hotel Clark, and I must say the overall experience was quite good. I'd definitely recommend it to first-time independent travelers visiting Clark.
First off, the location is incredibly convenient. It's right near the bustling heart of Angeles City, surrounded by numerous restaurants, massage parlors, convenience stores, and bars, all within walking distance. The area offers excellent amenities. Getting to Clark International Airport from Queens Hotel Angeles City takes about 15 to 20 minutes by car, so transportation is a breeze.
The room itself was larger than expected and very clean. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was strong, and the hot water supply was reliable. It was well-equipped with all the essentials, including a safe, refrigerator, and hairdryer, making it suitable for both short and medium-term stays. While the soundproofing isn't top-notch, it's pretty good for a hotel in this price range.
The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating. From the front desk to housekeeping and security, everyone was polite and ready to assist with any issues. The check-in and check-out processes were quick and smooth, reflecting a professional level of service.
The swimming pool, though not particularly large, was well-maintained with clean water â perfect for relaxing during the day or evening. The breakfast options at the restaurant weren't luxurious, but the food tasted good and was sufficient for most travelers.
If I had to point out any downsides, some of the room furnishings show a bit of age and occasional signs of wear. Also, if you're there on a weekend or during peak season, the surrounding nightlife can get quite lively. Light sleepers might want to request a quieter room.
Overall, considering the price, location, room comfort, and service quality, Queens Hotel Clark offers excellent value for money. Whether you're traveling independently, on a business trip, or enjoying a short holiday in Clark, it's a very worthwhile accommodation option.

éŤéŤćĺThis is the best hotel I've stayed at in Clark. My family and I went on a Mt. Pinatubo trek in the morning and didn't get back to the hotel until 2 PM. I had already requested a late check-out the day before and they agreed to let us leave at 1 PM. When I got to the front desk, they automatically extended it to 3 PM so we could shower and freshen up. This is truly a very thoughtful hotel.

GGuest UserI chose this hotel as one of the amenities mentioned a sauna. Apparently, they don't have a sauna amenity-- but a room that has a sauna. That is awfully misleading. As soon as we checked in, I was already disappointed.
While it is new and recently renovated, I find the various elements of the room overdesigned and not very user-friendly. The peephole on the door was too high for either of us to reach. It also didn't have a cover (security risk). It mightâve been 6 feet. The chair and desk was not very ergonomic, the table was too high and the chair low. I dunno, seems like they designed the room for big people and Iâm just a hobbit in a human world. The tablesâ glass tops easily slides off because it doesn't have rubber feet to keep it in place. The sliding doors of the closet could easily overlap that itâd be hard to pull them to close properly. The bathroom door was unnecessarily huge. The bathtub setup is not very accessible, itâs setup way too high that you literally need a foot stool (that they have ready) to climb on. Needing a footstool and a handle is very accident-prone (the room we got was not senior/PWD-friendly, or even for someone with injuries). Even as an able-bodied person, it feel like one wrong slip on the stool can have disastrous consequences. The tub drain can easily be stepped on and then it closes, weird.
The staff were nice and friendly but it was odd that they didnât seem too aware about various hotel policies and rules or even amenities when asked about: whether the sauna was an amenity, if asking for a bottled water was paid, if getting something printed at the front desk would be paid, or when the lights would turn on when the power went out. Speaking of the power going out, it took more than 5 minutes, perhaps even up to 10, for the generator to kick in or maybe it was the actual power coming back already--not sure. But there was absolutely no care to its customers about the power outage that we were just in the room waiting for the lights to come on⌠It was never spoken about when we checked out the next day. No one checked on us after the lights came back on either. We had to find the number to call the front desk as the phone needs power to work and the number on the keycard doesn't work.
Only one guy in the restaurant seemed to be on top of things during breakfast. Also seemed like they used powdered pineapple juice.
But hey, the bed was really comfy, everything was new and clean. The room was also spacious.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new and has modern look and feel. Â They have ample parking for guests and have reserved slots for Accor members.
The room is clean and spacious and has modern furnitures and fixtures. Â They have the basic amenities like smart tv, ref, separate toilet and bath, hair dryer, slippers, and shampoo and shower gel.
I love their brewed coffee which I ordered from their cafeteria near the reception area and is reasonably priced.
The hotel is just opposite the Harbor Point mall and nearby restaurants.
What I like most are the warm and friendly staff who are always smiling and make you feel at home.
However, since this hotel just opened and is not yet fully-operational, there are many rooms for improvement:
1. AC control installed in the room is not working so requested for a remote control. Â Not sure if the battery is fully-charged but there is delayed reaction when I change the settings like temperature.
2. I requested for a room with queen sized bed and near the elevator since my wife is a PWD but these were ignored and we got a room with two single beds and quite far from the elevator. Â Then requested for a room change but the room being assigned to us was at the ground floor and there was a strong smell of paint so we opted to stay at the room initially given to us. Â Requested to just put the two beds together to form a single but bigger bed and waited for the hotel staff to arrive but we waited too long and finished our light dinner without seeing the hotel staff. Â So just requested the hotel to cancel the request so we can rest already since we arrived past 8pm and we were already tired.
3. They gave a WhatsApp number to reach in case guests have requests since there are still no phones in the rooms. Â Tried sending a message but no quick reply. Â So just called the number and got an apology and feedback. Â Maybe they should assign someone to monitor the messages so they can respond quickly to guests.
4. Â We were having breakfast at our room when there was a brownout. Â No back up generator so we were in dark for about 10-20 minutes. Â Also no emergency lights in the room so we had to open the curtains to get natural light. Â We were supposed to check out before 12noon but since there was no power, we requested for a late checkout which was granted. Â Thank you.
Hope the hotel can complete all unfinished work and level up soon.

WWufeng201The overall facilities are decent, but the main issue is the narrow entrance, which makes parking inconvenient. The other entrance has a sewage smell. The breakfast was okay too. On the first night, my room faced the road directly, which was incredibly noisy (and the small window didn't close properly). The constant motorbikes made it impossible to sleep. After talking to the front desk, I was moved to a room not facing the road, which was better, though the pillows were too high to sleep comfortably.

The location is great as it's on Fields Avenue with Jolibee and night life down the street. Rio was my Bellhop in 2024 and this time in 2026. đ

I was looking for a special place where I could treat my wife and 3y/o son for Valentineâs Day. Iâm currently working abroad, so I wanted to make the celebration extra meaningful even if I couldnât be there with them. I messaged the property two weeks in advance with a special request a bouquet of flowers for my wife and Kinder Joy chocolates for my son. I knew this was beyond their usual scope, but they gladly assisted me. I sent the funds via GCash, and they took care of everything.
I also requested if they could print a personal letter for my wife. I forwarded my message to them, and without hesitation, they printed it beautifully and included it in the bouquet of flowers. That extra effort truly meant so much to me.
I would also like to mention that the bouquet in the photo (price list probably from their partner) they initially sent didnât look very impressive but in actual, it was beautifully arranged and looked classy and expensive. My wife was really impressed! đ
What truly touched my heart was that they went above and beyond my request. They prepared the room with a romantic setup, complete with petals and candles something I didnât even expect. My wife was so amazed and happy. When they arrived, they were greeted warmly and with genuine excitement by the staff.
The team was very responsive and accommodating from the beginning until the day of the surprise. Their effort, sincerity, and attention to detail made this celebration unforgettable for my family.
The place itself is cozy, clean, and well equipped with a rice cooker, water heater, induction cooker, refrigerator, a very spacious bathroom, dining area, and even an indoor pool for both adults and kids.
I highly recommend this place not just for a comfortable stay, but especially if youâre celebrating a special occasion. They truly care about their guests and make every effort to create beautiful memories.
