One of the best hotels with good customer service and excellent facilities! I don’t normally write long feedback, but I was beyond happy and my expectations were truly exceeded. Kudos to both pool attendants — they’re polite, kind, and very attentive to kids. The Wi-Fi was great, perfect if you’re working while on vacation. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and hassle-free! The receptionists and F&B staff were amazing. Breakfast didn’t have too many options, but everything was delicious and worth the price. The room was quite small, especially if you’re traveling with kids, but it was clean, cozy, and smelled great Good Job to house keeping department!! The hotel also offers free access to the Mactan Newtown beach and pool, which was amazing! They provide a free shuttle service on schedule, but if you don’t want to wait, no worries — it’s just a short walking distance. My baby Franco really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will surely Belmont Management, please take care of your people — they’re your gems! Customers will surely keep coming back because of them!

The standard twin room is not bad. The sink in the room was broken and stuck. It takes time to fix it. I’d suggest your staff to react in time. Btw, the breakfast is very good.

A Hidden Gem in Panglao! Roman Empire Panglao is such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay! The vibe is peaceful, the architecture is unique, and the whole property has this calm, almost Mediterranean feel. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff are incredibly kind and helpful—always ready with a smile and happy to assist with anything. The pool area is perfect for lounging, and the gardens are well-kept and give off a very serene atmosphere. It’s a great place to unwind whether you're with a partner, family, or friends. Plus, it's just a short drive away from Alona Beach, so it's both quiet and accessible. Highly recommend if you're looking for a peaceful stay in Panglao that still has easy access to everything. Will definitely come back!

Savoy is a good hotel, as it is located in the very center of Mactan, not far from the beach. The staff is friendly, on the first floor they give a towel and an entrance to the beach. The room was quiet, as was the whole hotel. On the first day they gave a dessert, it was nice and sweet. The water pressure in the room is good, there was always hot water. A gym and a swimming pool are available. The hotel was very humid, so things took a long time to dry. The floor in the room was dirty, as if it was never wiped.

We stayed here for one night after a Category 4 Typhoon hit my home in Liloan, Cebu, Philippines. It was the sleep and rest we needed after such a traumatizing experience. The checkin experience was swift and seamless. The housekeeping personnel who added the bed was courteous and efficient. The security team made sure that our valuables are well taken care of. There is a reason why Radisson in Cebu is a respected and highly revered brand. Our testimony is just one of the reasons why.

Safety: As a solo traveler, safety is paramount, and this hotel truly delivered. With security checks at the entrance and a second one in the lobby, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay. Facilities: Overall, the facilities were quite good. While not a brand-new hotel, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean. The air conditioning was strong, and it was very quiet at night, which allowed me to sleep so soundly that I missed breakfast and ended up ordering takeout via Grab. The rooftop pool wasn't very large, but I went up to lounge for a bit. After several days of diving, I was too tired to actually swim. Service: Service was very responsive. During check-in, the staff mentioned I had the option to waive the deposit, and they even upgraded my room.

It's something on magic! When we went there - I immediately realized that something is wrong! Somehow not in the Philippine! So it turned out that the owners are the Russian family that has long lived on the Philippines - divers. The rooms are clean, clean every day. The kitchen is the most delicious and diverse. The dessert is mega cool, so missed it in the Philippines. Massage - super price and quality. On 20 hundred guys made a very comfortable little cozy resort. Super cool here for divers.y A good clean pool, a finger-sized area, a finger-sized beach, a beautiful reef - you can porn and immediately see a turtle. In general, very recommend!

I will definetly recommend this hotel, sobrang ganda ng rooms malaki,very comfy malinis,mabango, completo sa toileries tmay pa complimentary photo kapa 😊. I will surely return here, malapit kana rin sa Snorkling area which sobrang the best 👌 foods masarap, locaion wise, beach area,beach view sobrang sulit. Not so expensive

Incredible hotel with top-tier service. The rooms are huge and beautifully designed. Loved the direct access to all the restaurants and amenities at Nustar. The Best breakfast buffet!
