Bad/inexistent maintenance of the pool: lack of water circulation, green sides, was not clean/filtrated daily.
Restaurant: in August and the restaurant was closed.
A very cold breakfast room.
This hotel was lovely. The rooms are spacious, beds are very comfortable. Everything was super clean. They have a chapel for meditation, it is a Catholic hotel. Gift shop included in the hotel, also very easy access to high quality candles for the candle procession at the shrine (1€ each). Loads of parking available.
Small downside was the sub-optimal breakfast selection, at least in comparison to other hotels of the same trip. I still ate plenty.
The city's routine and confusion is a little bit out of the city's rhythm. We found a place of peace and tranquility with a unique decoration and a unique decoration.
The STAF is incredible, with a wonderful sympathy and attention.
There is no doubt a place to return and recommend.
Good location, in the city center. It is possible to visit the main tourist attractions on foot. There is parking next to the hotel, but there are few of them.
My family and I stayed at rhis hotel in February. The staff were all very kind, had good choice of breakfast items, could relax in the evening at the bar, with comfortable armchairs and settees.
Great environment.
Easy to reach from the Shrine in Fatima
Large and clean rooms
Conveniently located. My mum is an elderly woman of 85 years old and it was easy for her to walk about.
Really good. The front desk sister was very polite, because we were passengers from China and did not feel discriminated against in getting along with the hotel. The environment is very neat and tidy,
This is the four-star hotel closest to the Fatima Sanctuary. The family room was functional and very comfortable. The shampoo and soap were from a company in Porto, which I liked so much that I went out to buy some when I arrived in Porto, as this was my next destination.
The staff were also kind and polite, and helped me in many ways.
I would like to stay at this hotel again if I come to Fatima again.
The hotel is very comfortable and clean. I could see the Sanctuary from my window, excellent location. The meals are delicious and varied. The staff is very professional and service. I go to Fátima every year, and this hotel exceeds the previous.

Very Good
GGuest UserI booked only one night, at the last hour, so the view wasn't the best, the calefactor never really worked, it was more noisy than normal. The bed was not confortable. The place was spotless and the service was OK,

MMoreiraLuisThe Hotel was excelent, the location perfect , and I would like to mention Mr Vitor Reis from FrontDesk. I travel around the world and this gentleman is outstanding, very profissional in an easy way! My congratulations to Mr Reis!

CCherif BoudaA beautiful and ideal place to rest and visit the city.
The rooms are very clean with all amenities just they forgot to put towels in one of the two rooms we had taken.
The staff last night (a Brazilian lady I understood thanks to her accent) was very very nice and friendly.
For breakfast it is rich and varied in all-you-can-eat buffet.
Establishment to recommend
MManu GuedesGreat stop for a night or a couple of days. Very warm and really close to the Shrine of Fatima. Good breakfast with a variety of food. Really appreciate the commodity and the welcoming environment of the hotel.
GGuest UserGreat location and a very welcoming building that has maintained its original design, which adds to its value.
The welcome and service are excellent, as well as the availability and flexibility to resolve guests' issues.
Regarding cleanliness, the place seemed impeccable. The breakfast was varied and of high quality.
I will definitely return to this hotel next time.
Best regards,
José Paulo Ferreira (Porto)
