On site you have the possibility of lunch or dinner, drinks at your disposal and the kindness of the staff who are extremely concerned about our comfort. Cleaning can be done at any time in the room, enough to rest peacefully and be sure to find an extremely clean and fragrant room on our return. The Yass hotel is really very well located since it is a stone's throw from the American embassy, ​​and in one of the most beautiful areas of Dakar. The area is also very secure, in addition to the hotel security which cares about each entry and exit of each person. You also have the possibility to browse the internet using the MacBooks in the hotel lobby. There is also a concierge service that allows you to travel to the heart of Dakar at extremely affordable prices and always secure for our comfort. I sincerely recommend the Yass hotel for your stay. This is my 3rd stay in Dakar and my 3rd stay at the Yass hotel. 2 minutes from the Yass hotel you will find the most popular restaurants in Dakar (Le Cosmo, The Jungle, Chez Fatou, etc.) all with a magnificent setting facing the sea. It should be considered a better 3 stars in China. Without a road guide sign, the driver can watch the building around and find the way in. Because it was the plane at 8 o'clock the next day, please ask the front desk to make an appointment at 4 am the next day. Before going to bed, the front desk confirmed whether there was an appointment: it was said that it was 12 o'clock to change shift and colleagues said that they were impatient. Don't worry, get up at 3:30 and go to the front desk to ask if there is an appointment. The new receptionist said that there was no appointment, and helped immediately. Fortunately, the car arrived before 4 o'clock. The fee for going to the airport is 25,000/car.

Excellent stay at this brand new establishment! . The rooms were wonderful and spacious offering a Cozy bed was also a huge plus!! . The staff was highly efficient, accommodating and true examples of exceptional service. . The food was ok. We didn't experience the breakfast buffet since there were very few guest, so this was totally understandable. They didn't miss ANYTHING on this one and spared not one amenity. From energy efficiency, luxury accommodations and beautiful decor. I recommend Sama for your visit to Almadies Dakar.

The staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. Great food and happy-hour cocktails! Would definitely recommend it. Great location.

The location overlooking the lake is of course fantastic. On-site restaurant and bar are lovely, three pools to choose from (all operational when I was there). If you want to swim in the lake it's a bit of a climb down a wall to get there, or you walk through the bushes behind the small building at the far end of the pool area. Staff was nice even if maybe a bit uninterested, but can't blame them, there were barely any guests and they essentially kept the restaurant and bar open just for a tiny group. Everything friendly and nice. Rooms are a bit dated but everything works fine, so it's alright. WiFi was actually very decent.
