Great Location & Comfortable Stay
I recently stayed at Centara Hotel Hat Yai, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotel is centrally located, which made it incredibly convenient to explore local markets, restaurants, and shopping areas like Central Festival and Kim Yong Market—just a short walk or tuk-tuk ride away.

The area is not too noisy after midnight. Lifts are very good cause it has two units. The level 6xx air conditioning is good, very cold except a little bit noisy.
My room was spacious and with a mini freezer. The bed is okay not too soft. Breakfast is standard local style, only served up to 10 am. Room reset needs to inform or request with the house keeping else will not be done. Location is okay cause there are many eateries and 7-11 stores nearby. Day/night front desk receptionist are okay and helpful. In house massage at Level 2 only operated up to 7pm.
I had a very pleasant stay at Laguna Grand Hotel & Spa in Hatyai, Songkhla. The hotel is modern, spacious, and well-maintained. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The facilities were excellent, especially the pool and gym, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread offered a good variety of both local and international options.
The location is convenient, close to the city center, making it easy to explore Hatyai. It’s a good choice whether you’re here for business or leisure.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hatyai. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

My stay at Richman Resort was MARVELLOUS. We stayed at the villa which has 3 rooms, a living room, a private pool, and a heated pool too! Each room has a very large TV (perhaps 75inch) and the rooms are spacious too. The resort feels so luxurious it makes you feel so rich, yet the room prices are very decent.
The villa supposedly accommodates 6 adults only but they allow another guests (with additional charges) and that includes towel, blanket and the breakfast too! Best thing is the breakfast was served in the villa, food are great (they are non halal but there are other food you can eat), they provide two main courses for each person and a beverage.
Their services were SPLENDID, I mostly contacted the receptionist through whatsapp messages and they responded the kindest and have every solutions to our issues. All staff are amazing and very helpful and that makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Very recommend everyone to stay here!

I stayed at Buri Sriphu Hotel for 6 days and 5 nights and it was such a pleasant experience. The room was very spacious and comfortable and I loved how it was kept clean every single day. The hotel also provides 2 complimentary bottles of water daily, which was a thoughtful touch.
Service and hospitality were excellent throughout my stay—the staff were always smiley, helpful and welcoming, which made me feel right at home. I also appreciated that I could request to borrow an iron and ironing board when needed.
There’s a nice café at the lobby as well, which was convenient whenever I wanted to relax with a drink or snack.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Buri Sriphu Hotel and would not mind coming back again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service and warm hospitality.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at Crystal Hotel Hatyai. Here's a quick breakdown of our experience:
Cleanliness:
The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. Rooms and common areas were tidy and comfortable.
Location:
The location is super convenient—just a short walk across a bridge to Central Festival Hatyai Mall. There’s also a Makro nearby, though you’ll need to walk a bit deeper inside to reach it. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the Asian Bazaar Hatyai, which leans more towards halal Malay food and local offerings. If you're up for a longer stroll, Greenway Market is another 10 minutes away. Unfortunately, it rained during our trip so we skipped it, but the area is known for a mix of halal and non-halal food options.
Amenities:
Not too many amenities. There’s a swimming pool and a gym, but the gym was locked during our visit. It would be better if these facilities were more accessible.
Service:
Service was good—friendly and helpful staff. Some of the front desk team spoke English well, which made communication smoother. They also provided luggage storage, which was really helpful for us after check-out.
Buffet Breakfast:
Buffet starts at 6:30am local time, with a mix of Western and local Thai dishes. A special mention goes to the fish porridge—it was absolutely delicious!

Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.

QQUN JIN JARVISbooked with hansa again as we have stayed here before, it is unfortunately not as clean as before, the bedsheets had drops of blood, the bath tub was dirty, and the aircon wasn’t working, so it was quite hot in the room. despite that, there was free private parking with security guards, so that is important if u r driving. the receptionist also allowed for 1h late check out for free which was important for me.
