I had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Hotel Bac Ninh. The hotel is modern, elegant, and exceptionally clean. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of Vietnamese and international dishes, all fresh and delicious.

The room is tidy and clean, the hardware facilities are very good, the toilets are smart, the floor carpets are cleaned very clean, there is a restaurant in the lobby on the first floor, the breakfast is rich and varied, the service management is organized, thoughtful, meticulous and enthusiastic, the clothes are washed and sorted by the cleaning lady Clean, worthy of thumbs up and recommendation!

The hotel is cost-effective, the rooms and public areas are clean, and the front desk staff can communicate in Chinese. There is Chinese food in the hotel, and you can also communicate in Chinese. The room size is suitable and there is a washing machine in the room, which is convenient for multi-day stays.

The equipment is clean and the transportation nearby is convenient.

Overall, the experience was very good; parking was convenient, and there was a bathtub and breakfast. The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which was great. However, the window glass in room 703 had cracks that hadn't been replaced, and the kettle plug was loose with obvious burn marks. I suggest addressing these issues promptly to prevent safety hazards! (Forgot to take photos)

Highly recommend Hotel Mandala Spa Vietnam! My stay was absolutely perfect ✨ The hotel has an amazing vibe overall, with a tranquil and elegant Southeast Asian-style garden courtyard. The serene and healing environment is ideal for a relaxing getaway, far from the hustle and bustle. The rooms are clean and tidy, with warm and comfortable furnishings, and all facilities are well-equipped. The bedding was incredibly soft and made for a great night's sleep. All the staff were gentle, attentive, and very warm and thoughtful, providing meticulous service. The breakfast spread was rich and authentic, full of local Vietnamese flavors. The location is also very convenient. My entire stay was comfortable and pleasant. This will definitely be my first choice next time I visit Vietnam – I genuinely recommend it!

If I say it is the most beautiful and cheapest hotel in Hanoi. There is no harm in it.Breakfast is included in this but it is not a good breakfast for vegetarians.Apart from this, the swimming pool, bar and gym of the hotel are very beautiful.The hotel staff is very cooperative and very nice.

It's one of the best hotels in Bac Giang. Loved the breakfast and plus points for free use of washing machine and its distance to Go! Bac Giang and the big Hoang Hoa Tham park.

The room is huge, beyond imagination Bad points: 1.Breakfast is unpalatable 2. It’s very noisy. Taxis are almost everywhere near the road all night long. 3.
