The resort was very modern and clean. It's location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang downtown but not far enough that it's an inconvenience. The distance meant that the beaches are less crowded, ideal for a more relaxing and private beach retreat. The staff was very attentive, going so far to even ensure our stay was pleasant especially when we had some minor complaints for some issues in our room. They were very quick to resolve it too. The spa was also very relaxing with unique ginseng oils from Sulwhasoo. The mango Bingsu and unique Vietnamese cocktails are a must try! Breakfast was delicious and abundant too. The room was very clean and comfortable with good soundproofing. Overall a very very pleasant stay and a highly recommended stay.

What a lovely hotel. Big rooms, wide selection of food for breakfast, large pool area with bar. Bikes for free to cycle around town, old town within easy walking distance, the museum is next door. You can choose to have breakfast in the garden. Reception can book tickets for the shows. Would definitely stay again.

This time we stayed in the family suite. The room was very hygienic! Just live on the fourth floor so the shower water is relatively weak. Breakfast was fine... reception helped us deal with many problems, using the hotel's car rental service to arrange good. The hotel is only 20 minutes from Pearl Island Park in Hoi An!

We spent 4 nights here in July 2024 as a family of 4. The bathroom was a bit worn out, given the hotel was only opened last year. The facilities are very nice, loved the pool and kids club, especially enjoyed our time at the Quang Nam House. Service can be much improved at Cove, but overall the staff tried their best.

This hotel is in the absolute best position. We were a little disappointed in our room location, as we booked about 8 months ago and asked for a ground floor room with a river view. We also paid top $$ in full 8 months ago. So, when we were put in basically the furtherest room from the pool on the second floor we were disappointed. The rooms are very nice, and the free mini bar replenished daily was a lovely surprise. The restaurant breakfast was amazing, you could not ask for anything more. The pool area is stunning, but unfortunately, due to the dark grey tiling, it was extremely hot and uncomfortable (also the pool water was very warm, which I know can not be helped). We did try and book a couple of trips through the hotel, but they did not seem overly interested in this service. I also tried to contact them several times before arriving to arrange airport transfers, but never got a reply. However, all staff encountered were polite. In summary, I would definitely return to this hotel if offered at a reasonable rate. Mainly due to the location.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the incredibly polite and welcoming staff who went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with a range of delicious options to suit every palate. Whether you prefer a hearty breakfast or a light, healthy start to your day, the Grandvrio Ocean Resort has you covered. Overall, my stay at the Grandvrio Ocean Resort was nothing short of excellent. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of wonderful staff, excellent amenities, and delicious breakfast makes it a top choice for travelers. I can't wait to return!

Completely away from downtown Hoi An. If you want to go to the old town, the resort provides a shuttle bus on the first day. From the next day, I will use Grab as an individual. The resort breakfast is good and the swimming pool is also good~!!

The hotel has a convenience store located there selling snacks alcohol and drinks 24 hours. There’s a restaurant which wasn’t crowded on weekdays. The kid pool was under renovation so there was such noise. The team was diligent in making things up.

The corridors are draped with green vines (nothing much to see outside except conceptions and cement walls). Rooms are clean & spacious (apologies for the unmade bed). Extremely good value if you snag a deal on Trip.com. Breakfast staff are delightfully friendly, bringing food and coffee to you that they remember you liked from the day before. Breakfast is an egg + noodles + waffles station (latter 2 are okay only) and selection of fruits and food.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience. The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future. Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO. Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children. Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive. I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

A little far from old town, but free bike rental at hotel or 20 mins walk. Good location for quiet night. Wifi was very weak, kept connecting and disconnecting. TV also kept pausing, due to lousy network connection. Good service, once you book they will message you to provide chargeable transport to their hotel. We went for a massage but its expensive and not good, also skipped some steps and cut short the massage (paid for 1 hr but only had 45 mins of massage). Overall clean room, good breakfast, clean pool. But on the first day during breakfast, my boss was asked for his room number 3 times, even while eating. He thought it was a bit rude and they should have a system to check on entrance and let the guest eat peacefully after. Also during checkout, the lady was super persistent to get me to write a review on trip advisor while staring at my phone screen while I type. She didn't even care that my driver was already outside waiting for me. I thought that this behaviour was a little overboard as she could have just trusted me to complete the review while I was in the car. And also give me the privacy to write a proper review instead of keep staring at my phone and reading the review while I type and trying to 'advise me what to write'. But overall enjoyed my stay.

I am really graceful and appreciated I received a free upgraded room to Signature Suite which is two times of my current booking, and when I enter the room, the room was beautiful and amazing. I received welcome dessert from this hotel, upgraded my room with bathtub, Ms Nancy GRO she is kind and helpful recommended to me near by hotel tour and easy to hoop off. All front desk staff and bellman as well very helpful and friendly, they can speak English very well. If I travel to Hoi An I will came back this hotel again for sure. Breakfast have many many varieties and you unable to try all the food, dessert or juices and a lot of Hoi A local food as well🇻🇳❤️

It was great from the moment they opened the car door for us to the time they put us in the car with our driver. The welcome lemon drink was delicious and the customer service was great, Especially from Hien. Hien was really kind to us on our stay, great example of excellent service. Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

All the staff are friendly and the facilities are clean. If you request a buggy, it comes quickly, and towels and bottled water are provided every day. The breakfast was okay, and the dishes were cleaned promptly. I was in a 3-bedroom pool villa beachfront room, and it was nice to walk to the beach pool and the sea. However, the shower room in the ocean-side room on the 2nd floor requires a squage. There was some water from the shower on the floor, so I had to wipe it away. This is a place I want to visit again next time. Please continue to keep it clean like now.

Stayed in this hotel for two nights. There were two feelings from the visit. It seems it is new, in the main building fresh repair, beautiful rooms, there are very few people, a wonderful children's room with all set of entertainment for children, toys whole, a beautiful gym, a great swimming pool. Breakfast was very even at the level of the network. But the territory itself is not very tidy, grass burned in places, villas are standing even though not finished, but everything is in the pleasure, the kind of dumping. Beach at all does not take care, the shoes and feet in the oil, and there are no lyinges. On the site booked a room with one bed, but initially we were given a room with two beds, decent time spent on the solution of this issue, we persistently, though politely, proved that they were reflected in the system, what we booked two beds. Located between Danang and Hayan, so there is nowhere to go near, only taxi, but we initially understood it was not a problem for us. The hotel is more suitable for those who want to stay in the hotel itself for a few days in isolation.

Compared with the Four Seasons Hotel where I have stayed before and nearby luxury hotels such as the InterContinental Da Nang, the basic room rate of the Four Seasons Hotel in Hoi An is as high as about US$800, but it does not provide corresponding value and experience. In this price range, expect a luxurious experience, however, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An seems to have fallen short of those expectations. Firstly, the interior design and decoration of the rooms and public areas at Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An are decidedly less refined and impressive compared to nearby luxury hotels. While other luxury hotels often stand out for their unique architecture, exquisite artwork and sophisticated interior design, Four Seasons' design seems relatively bland and lacks personality. It even felt a bit mediocre, too hard, and not like the style of the Four Seasons at all. This prevents guests from experiencing true luxury and taste within the hotel. In addition, the quality and variety of breakfast at the Four Seasons Hotel are clearly inferior to those of surrounding luxury hotels. Other hotels in similar price brackets often offer more breakfast options and higher-quality cuisine as well as tranquil spaces. Guests often expect to experience unique cuisine at breakfast, but Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An failed to deliver this experience. All things considered, the Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An may not be the smartest choice for guests willing to pay a premium for a luxury experience. While nearby luxury hotels (Aman Nha Trang, InterContinental Da Nang, Regent Phu Quoc, etc.) offer a more refined and unique experience in a similar price range, Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An fails to live up to that standard. Therefore, I feel that the price of Four Seasons Hotel Hoi An is not worth paying. Of course, the hotel swimming pool and beach are very beautiful, but I personally think these two points are the only ones worth experiencing. It is better to just eat a coconut.

Breakfast is very good! The service staff is very welcoming and knows a little Chinese. The hotel location is a golf course and the environment is very beautiful and clean. It is a bit far from the city, about 10 kilometers, but it is convenient to rent a motorcycle for 2 kilometers.

À 4min à pied de la plage. L’hôtel est super, la chambre spacieuse et propre. Dans le jardin chaque bungalow a sa propre terrasse avec canapé et table avec chaises. Il y a aussi 3 hamacs dans le jardin. Et possibilité de commander à manger. Le propriétaire possède aussi le restaurant familiale sur la plage. C’est à 15min environ en grab de la vieille ville d’Hoi An. En revanche c’est un coin où il y a relativement peu de restaurants ou supermarchés. Je vous recommande l’hôtel si vous souhaitez du calme du repos et être près de la mer.

It was nice that it was next to a golf course, so I could rest and play without having to travel, and the reception was friendly, so I had a satisfying time. Next time I go to Da Nang or Hoi An in Vietnam, it will definitely be Hoiana.

Stayed for 5 nights and was very satisfied. The room type is one bedroom and one living room. The living room has a dining area and kitchen utensils are complete, including pots and pans, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. Advantages: The hardware and software are all five-star, quiet, and soundproof (this is very important for a person who sleeps very lightly. There are too many motorcycles in the busy area, which is a nightmare for me). The stay is very comfortable and the service is also very good. The beautiful front desk lady who checked us in when we checked in was named Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). We added her Watchsapp when we checked in. We contacted her during our stay and she responded very quickly. Special thanks to Hyeri ( Truong Thi Que Anh). The breakfast is very good, and there is actually ice drip coffee. One cup every day to start a beautiful day. There is a swimming pool and a gym. The disadvantages are also prominent. It is located in a remote area, and there is nothing around. There are several food stalls 1KM away, but we did not try them. However, the hotel has a free shuttle bus that can be sent to Hoi An Ancient Town, Da Nang City, and Da Nang Airport, which makes up for this shortcoming and is not inconvenient for us.

The hotel is great, I liked the staff very kindly, the only thing is that the pool needs to be cleaned, although no one swims in it anyway
