Feeling a bit tired of Barcelona, ​​I bought a bus ticket and came to Andorra. This hotel was a last-minute booking. Because it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded my room to a suite! The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! It was clean and luxuriously decorated. It happened to be raining that day, so I didn't go out much and quietly enjoyed my time alone in the hotel. Of course, what touched me most was the friendly service of all the staff. Every time I passed the front desk, they greeted me warmly and asked if I was comfortable. In short, everything was wonderful! Although I don't know when I'll be able to come back to this small, beautiful country of Andorra again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

In my opinion one of the best 4* hotels in Andorra. It is very well located, both for shopping and for skiing. A luxury spa, quiet and with all services working. The staff is lovely, they made an open reservation for me because I couldn't go on the day booked, and they upgraded me for free to a suite with a balcony facing the square. The breakfast is very good, local products of very good quality, and very varied. I will return on my next trip to Andorra, it is worth it for the price-quality ratio.

My experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers. The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Honestly, it is not worth the price you pay. As for the room, it was too small and poorly soundproofed: you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and other rooms, which made it difficult to rest well. In addition, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The only positive point is the good location. It is very central and it is easy to get around Escaldes-Engordany on foot if you plan to do sightseeing or shopping. However, I would not repeat it.
