GGuest UserThe hotel is rather old, the walls are dirty. Sauna and swimming pool for additional charge. If you are booking a room with balcony on the floor 2-5 with Mountain View, you can easily get a room with the parking view in the 1st floor. Hotel parking is for additional charge and fits only for small cars and fully booked most of the time. The location is great! Very near to many shops, restaurants.

AAlvinEnnFeeling a bit tired of Barcelona, I bought a bus ticket and came to Andorra. This hotel was a last-minute booking. When I booked it, I noticed it was part of the SLH alliance, which made me think it must be good. And to my surprise, it exceeded my expectations! Because it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded my room to a suite! The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! It was clean and luxuriously decorated. It happened to be raining that day, so I didn't go out much and quietly enjoyed my time alone in the hotel. Of course, what touched me most was the friendly service of all the staff. Every time I passed the front desk, they greeted me warmly and asked if I was comfortable. In short, everything was wonderful! Although I don't know when I'll be able to come back to this small, beautiful country of Andorra again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

GGuest UserI stayed at this hotel with my parents only for one night. It had all the basics and the room was fine. The only issues that check-in took long time but the personal was very kind and helpful. On the check out day they also let us leave the bags till the evening.
Regarding the room it was spacious enough but no ac or ventilation. The floor was a bit dirty and there were multiple hairs on the sheets.
All in all for the price it was okayish and great location nesr the river and Caldea.

The room was good, but it was very bad and they say it's why it's a thermal water area, something that's not because it's but because of problems in the dishes, they say they're going to give me a solution and nothing. Having rooms available when I come back I still have the same problem no simple environment and when I talk to the reception boy that is another then they offer you the change of room but it was already late because they didn't give me that option and a The hotel is a hotel with a large number of guests, and the hotel is a hotel with a large number of guests.

AAlita浪跡天使Convenient shuttle with Andbus. Very friendly staff and useful info at the front desk. Great location with supermarket, bars, restaurants, and dry cleaner nearby. Only downside: no fridge in the hotel. Highly recommend the nearby 13.5 bar!

GGuest UserMy experience at this hotel has not been very satisfactory. One of the most disappointing points has been the parking: it costs €18 per night, a very high price for the conditions it offers. The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Honestly, it is not worth the price you pay.
As for the room, it was too small and poorly soundproofed: you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and other rooms, which made it difficult to rest well. In addition, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.
The only positive point is the good location. It is very central and it is easy to get around Escaldes-Engordany on foot if you plan to do sightseeing or shopping. However, I would not repeat it.

the parking lot be careful to book in advance because there is not enough space for everyone, very narrow, be careful when maneuvering.
the equipment is good but a little dated still swimming pool heated to 30°c and jaccusi to 35.5°c perfect for relaxing just a musty smell..

small downside there is only one terrace in this hotel it is great because on the rooftop beautiful view but its access is prohibited after 8:00 p.m. (we can understand to avoid the risk of falling or others especially since the hotel has 10 floors) too bad if we want to sit down to smoke a cigarette or a cigar
the rooms are too heated for my taste, will please those who are cold
the bathrooms are clean but the equipment is outdated
the rooms are very large, the floors are dilapidated or even degraded
the room doors are poorly soundproofed
the hallways are clean, clean carpet is modern
the elevators are functional and clean
pedestrian access on the rear facade to the city center is a plus
