It’s a really nice hotel. The breakfast is great. However the location is a little bit awkward. Really far away from the metro and the bus is not reliable. If you are using uber to get around the city. It should be all right. The district of the hotel is okay. Sometimes you feel sketchy when you walk alone, but if you choose the different route with more people. It feels all right.

Staff universally excellent. All very friendly and helpful. The rooftop pool and bar were a particular highlight. The only downside was the location. You need to take a taxi to pretty much anything other than the mall next door.

Modern and updated hotel. The rooms are comfortable and soundproofed. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable, befitting a hotel of this quality. We will definitely return!

Really great, very clean, excellent services, the pool on the top floor was great and the beach across the street was unbeatable.

The hotel is very well located, super beautiful, extremely pleasant, the terrace always has events at night, so it already gives a sightseeing to start the walk. When I hosted the bathroom had a problem with water and only was available hot water, and I thought the air-conditioning could be individualized by each room and not through tubing.

Points for improvement: The hotel has an inadequate pool location, with the view blocked by a film. The pool was very dirty, with dirt and cloudy water. There was no control whatsoever. The air conditioning had a broken blade and was held in place by a bag of sugar. The bathroom was not very clean. The TV was not connected to the Wi-Fi. Positive points: The room was very quiet, the bed was comfortable, the service was very good, the location is good despite being far from the beach, and the breakfast, although it had many gluten-free options, had several savory dishes.

A beautiful hotel, very well maintained and decorated. The service from all the staff was very good, everyone was very friendly and made you feel really taken care of. I would definitely go back for that reason. On the other hand, the pool is on the roof top, it is relatively small and simple. The sauna is mixed and a bit tight.

It is not a luxury hotel but it is modern, pleasant, quiet and functional. My wife and I have been very well-served in everything and we will probably be hosting again there. We recommend!
