Walking to the hotel takes 16 min. Room is large. Swimming Pool is good but opening hours are very short (limited to afternoon from 3pm to 7pm). If weekend, the pool is opened for morning too but opening hours are very short too (7am to 11am). These are not convenient. The changing room door could not be closed
The hot springs are quite large in Finland. It ends at 21 o'clock. You must remember to go early. We only checked in at 20:30 and couldn't make a good soak.
The hotel is very big and beautiful like a park, and there is a 60s labor at the door.
Very nice and welcoming staff! Nice wait staff in the restaurant too. Nice little room. Would definitely come back! The wellness area was a bit pricey for an add on but really nice and chill when quiet! I just would have liked a staff member there to manage noise and groups as I wanted to go on my last night but it was very overcrowded with loud intimidating groups. The location was pretty good, out of the centre but very accessible by tram.

Very spacious hotel and comfortable bed!
However the location is quite an uphill walk even though it is 8-12 minutes, and Helsinki roads are not the smoothest.
The bathroom provided a mop which became obvious why later as the area outside the shower will flood as there is a gap between the doors. The first night I wet the bathroom mat entirely which was unpleasant as the floor became wet and cold.

The room is very good! Two big beds also prepared a single bed for children! Also prepared toothbrush slippers and other equipment are super sufficient! There is also a soda production machine, the overall is very satisfied, the city is also super convenient to eat! If you come back, you will choose this hotel!

The hotel room is nice. The bathroom is comfortable, and the location is good. The room is clean, with good cups and a kettle, so you can have tea or coffee in the room, which is convenient. The hotel is located near the Gulf of Finland, offering a beautiful view. The restaurant is standard, the menu is ordinary — I would expect better for a hotel of this scale. Overall, it’s good 😊
Travel, not bad, moderate price. Next to Art University, quiet. The bathroom is small, the bed is soft, the restaurant on the first floor can have breakfast (ends at 11:00) and dinner (Xiaogui), and many people drive to eat dinner nearby. There is a river opposite the hotel. You can run in the morning (I didn't run), and the parking is free. There is also a large parking lot 200 meters next to the hotel. You can also park for free. You can go to eat near the university, or you can drive 10 minutes to the Iso omena shopping mall. There are two Chinese restaurants to eat. The noodle story (noodle dumpling wonton) is more affordable and delicious. We didn't even get tired of eating for five days. There are several large supermarkets in the mall where you can buy things.
A nice and clean hotel. It's close to Aalto's villa, and the city center is easily accessible by tram. However, arriving from the airport by public transportation (train and bus) was inconvenient, so I recommend taking a taxi. Besides Aalto's villa and studio, the Akseli Gallen-Kallela Museum, Didrichsen, Villa Gullenberg, and the former presidential residence of Tamminiemi are also nearby. The sauna was good, and it wasn't crowded when I visited. The staff was helpful with any questions I had.🥰
As always. This hotel is the best hotel in Helsinki definitely. The spa facility is great, the cleaning room service is also always timely and precise. The spa staff was the best person I have ever met. He is a decent guy. I will use this hotel again.
The only problem with this hotel would be the restaurant. Don't use it.
80s decor, but very well-maintained!
Right by the bay with amazing views for early risers!
About a 10-minute walk to the city center!
Breakfast was good!
The Asian lady at the front desk recommended Savotta, a restaurant serving bear meat, directly opposite Senate Square. You need to book in advance, and it was great!

PpmetcThe hotel was friendly and welcome. The reception staff on arrival is the most helpful and informative. The recently decorated room was delightful and the bed extremely comfortable. Unfortunate the heating was not up to the cold weather and having pros on the first night I asked for heater which I did and it’s warmed up the room considering. This would’ve been wonderful in the summer but in the cold weather…….. The hotel is close to transport routes accessing all parts of city. I would definitely stay there again next time…… maybe in the summer.

AAnonymous UserIt was a good hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were so lovely. The beds were so cozy, and I knew that this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is near the city centre, and the lake, which makes it a benefit to get closer to the city and the lake in a shorter time. Also, the swimming pool and the sauna was so lovely, especially the sauna, I loved it so much. I will recommend this to my friends and family.
GGuest UserMukavat siistit huoneet. Mukavana lisänä hotellissa oli uima-allas, jossa tuli joka ilta käytyä. Ainoa toive olis, että hotellihuoneessa olisi jääkaappi.
