GGuest UserClean and new looking. Online check-in and check-out work well. Just be aware that you can online check-in even if your room is not available yet and no one will tell you when it is available — you will have to sit around and go to check the availability from the self-service check-in every once in a while. When I asked staff at the desk, they just said the check-in is at 16 and they don’t know about the availabilities and that I should try the self-service again in half an hour intervals. Breakfast was good, was hoping to find more fresh fruit and common breakfast drinks like orange juice and hot chocolate. The room could’ve had something to place shoes on, especially during winter all the snow just melted directly onto the floorboards.

BBianmoshengrenThe room was clean and tastefully decorated, with an overall elegant and sophisticated ambiance. The semi-buffet breakfast was of good quality. The service was excellent, attentive and meticulous. However, the tablet in my room that controlled the TV and other devices seemed to be broken, but I didn't need to watch TV, so it didn't bother me. Overall, it's one of the best and most recommended hotels in Helsinki.

VValstarHad a pleasant staying. Rooms are very clean and has Rituals! Breakfast is included and also good have everything you need for the morning. Cleaning ladies were very kind. Also minibar and snacks are nice.

Uu101uThis hotel is excellent, easily meeting five-star standards. The 7T tram stop is right at its doorstep, and on the other side, there's a picturesque harbor view. The top floor boasts a swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast is a standard Western spread.

GGuest UserExtremely comfortable and excellent in every aspect. The buffet was fantastic, everything was fresh. The Finnish berry jams were a particular delight. A delightful surprise was the view of the city from the sauna on the ninth floor! Besides a bar and a safe, the room also had an iron and an ironing board built into the mirror.

GGuest UserVery close to the airport, and they offer a free shuttle service. The room was quite small; we booked a triple room, and each single bed was only about 1 meter wide. We could only open our 28-inch suitcase by the room entrance, blocking the entire walkway. The hotel might have been recently renovated as there was still a slight odor in the room, but since we were only transiting for a few hours, it didn't bother us much. The bathroom drainage wasn't great; water from the shower or sink would flow onto the floor, which needs improvement.

GGuest UserThe hotel's surroundings are great, with a lake nearby for leisurely strolls. You can also walk to the city center from here. The breakfast was delicious, especially the blueberry oatmeal.

GGuest UserCompact and good for a solo traveller. I really appreciated the “midsummer activity list” printout. It was great for tourists to plan out what they can do. There were a few things that were a bit dusty, but otherwise I generally have a positive experience whenever I stay at a Hilton hotel. The room service was a godsend because I felt ill and didn’t have energy to go out, find food or even think about what I wanted to eat. It was delicious as well. Thank you!

AAnonymous UserIt was a good hotel. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms were so lovely. The beds were so cozy, and I knew that this hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever been to. It is near the city centre, and the lake, which makes it a benefit to get closer to the city and the lake in a shorter time. Also, the swimming pool and the sauna was so lovely, especially the sauna, I loved it so much. I will recommend this to my friends and family.
