This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

Was a nice stay as usual, staff are good hotel is nice and modern. Could use some more security or patrols for outside parking. Underground parking was full and ppl park like assholes lol but all in all was good as usual. It’s what you expect for a hotel in down town Prince George on a Friday night.

Great service! Good clean gym and pool area. Very accommodating with breakfast early as we needed to leave for a 6:40am cab to the airport. $26 fare from this hotel to airport. We recommend this hotel

Hotel is nice, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds. Right around the corner from a couple of fantastic restaurants, but do keep in mind that Prince George is not the safest place to walk around. My biggest disappointment is that there is no hot tub, only a very small swimming pool. The clerk at check-in was nice enough, but terrible at communication. There was also no ketchup at the breakfast buffet, which is a small detail but devastating when the buffet is mainly eggs and potatoes.

Getting around is a breeze here, whether you're driving or using public transport. A skywalk connects directly to the Bridgeport SkyTrain Station, which means a quick 10-minute, 3-stop ride on the Canada Line to YVR Vancouver Airport, and just 20 minutes to downtown Vancouver. Bus route 620 to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (for ferries to Victoria) is right downstairs. You can also easily walk to the Richmond Night Market and the outlet mall, and major highways are close by for drivers. Overall hygiene is excellent, with thorough daily housekeeping. Standard amenities include a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and bathrobes. Facilities are fantastic, featuring an indoor heated pool with a kids' water slide, a gym, spa, ******, Cantonese dim sum restaurant, Starbucks, and several other Chinese and Western restaurants. Located in the heart of Richmond, a major Chinese community, you'll find plenty of Asian supermarkets and Chinese restaurants nearby. Hotel prices here are generally lower than in downtown Vancouver, making it an ideal choice for car rentals upon arrival or airport layovers. However, since it's been open for several years, some lower-floor rooms show signs of age, with limited power outlets and average soundproofing. Being near the train tracks and flight path, you might occasionally hear airplane and train noise. **Smoke Smell Alert**: Smoke sometimes drifts from the adjacent ****** floor. If you're sensitive to smoke, prioritize higher-floor, non-smoking rooms. The dining options are a bit pricey for the quality; the breakfast buffet is expensive, and the fast food gets mixed reviews. You'll find better value eating at the many Chinese restaurants in Richmond. **Pro Tip**: When booking, request a high-floor, non-smoking room with a river view to avoid the lower-floor casino-adjacent rooms.

I recently stayed at the Travelodge while my sister was in the Prince George hospital. The hotel is conveniently located near the hospital, with plenty of amenities in the vicinity. The breakfast is basic yet plentiful, providing us a quiet moment before heading to the hospital. The hotel has been newly renovated and is exceptionally clean. After my sister's passing, the staff were incredibly supportive in numerous ways. They also kindly waived the late checkout fee, allowing us to rest in our room before our evening flight. I would like to extend my gratitude to all the staff for their support and kindness during this difficult time.

The main building's rooms are a bit old, which is understandable given it's over a century-old hotel. However, the convenience of being able to go downstairs for a hot spring bath is great. The outdoor pool's temperature is a bit low, suitable for kids to splash around, while the indoor small round pool is high-temperature, perfect for adults. The hotel faces a large, scenic lake, and there's an authentic German restaurant by the lake that serves delicious pork knuckle.
