The staff was excellent and responded to our every request and need. The breakfast matched the level of staff support. It was sumptuous and worth the money. And the pool and gym were also great. The pool was warm and perfect.

It is a little far from the train station, about 600 meters. The way up to the reception is a series of stairs, which requires a lot of effort to carry large luggage. The room is comfortable, and the bathroom is good.

The location is very good and convenient to travel. The room was clean and well equipped.
If you book through Trip.com , you must ask the customer service staff of Trip.com to get the 6-digit reservation number starting with B, otherwise you can't self-check in online, and you can't get the password to enter the door.
This home is unmanned, and you need to check in online in advance. The entry password needs to wait until 3 pm to officially take effect, and it cannot be 1 second early. .

A fantastic tree!
The location, the rooms, breakfast and excellent cleanliness, but above all the staff is truly fantastic. Everyone is helpful and very kind.
I really recommend it to everyone.
For parking, no problem, depending on how long you are staying, you can choose the hotel's one or the municipal one that is right next door 30 meters

Good location, five minutes walk to the lake

after baddest experience with ibis, I must admit this is a very nice hotel, just 5min walk from the train slation, just a little higher up, offering a nice view of the lake even from lateral hotel windows. modern ambiente, upgraded facilities, comfy lobby and fast WiFi, will chose this again in march.

The accommodation is top notch in all areas. The only thing that irritated us a little at the beginning was the unattended reception. But the online check-in worked really well. We were able to get into our room at 2 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. As we wanted separate beds and these were only available in the higher category, we were simply ”upgraded”, simply top notch. The extra bed for our 5-year-old daughter was also super comfortable. Everything was extremely clean and the daily cleaning was great. We are and were simply delighted. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the lovely welcome.

GGuest UserA luxury hotel with an ancient style, good maintenance in a public area, we stayed in the ancient building, a clean room but furniture needs updating. Breakfast is a wonderful meal but without vegetables, very limited for such a luxury hotel, the staff is great, we had dinner not so special for the prices.

GGuest UserThe apartment-style kitchen does not come with any usable kitchen utensils. You need to borrow it from the hotel for an additional fee and you cannot swipe your card. You have to pay cash in Swiss francs. If you take transportation, you need to walk up a small slope every time you enter and exit. The breakfast is good and delicious, and the service staff is very nice. Great

GGuest UserDriving from Hanover to Milan, resting in Switzerland for one night, the hotel is quite satisfactory, with free coffee and croissants and fruit. With the room card, you can get a 20% discount in the restaurant next to it. It is a very good choice to rest here.

GGuest UserI stayed for 2 nights. I really enjoyed it. I was in a twin room. The first night I was alone, and on the second night they assigned a nice girl as my roommate.
Breakfast was quite good, so I didn’t need to eat anywhere else in the morning.
The room was clean and tidy.
Downstairs, there was a room with lockers that can be locked.
I also recommend getting the Ticino Ticket at the reception desk – it allows you to travel around the canton for free and gives you various discounts for museums and boat rides 🥰

JJenTTWe had a GREAT experience at Bed & Bike! The owners Luca and his wife were sooooo friendly and helpful to us. We had no idea where to go to the ski resort and Luca has kindly offered to drive us! AND he cooked me the best pumpkin/vegetable fusion soup every I had in my whole life! Best scrambled eggs, desserts, tender beef! We are already missing their boutique hotel! Room was clean and spacious for us to open three luggages. Would want to come back again for visit in the future!

Although the size is not very large, it is comfortable to live with air conditioning, we go to the summer, it is a bit comfortable, the shower in the bathroom is strong and the temperature of the warm water is well controlled.
If you want to buy things at the train station, there is Coop, which is open 6-22 a.m. It's easy to walk to find food. Overall, I really like the location here.

MMichaelIf you are booking a luxury hotel in Lugano, there is no other option for me. While it’s not right in the middle of the City, it’s in a nice and quiet area and the 10-15 minute walk to the city is great for settling the stomach after eating to much pizza. The grounds are simply stunning, the views are amazing, the breakfast buffet is not amazing but very good (Although the woman who seat you could smile a bit more, all the other staff at breakfast are great). The private Lido is awesome.
I will never stay at another hotel in Lugano for our annual summer trip, it has won my loyalty for life.
