The room was just okay, but there were no slippers, and no toiletries like toothpaste or toothbrushes. I stayed twice in total. The first room I had didn't have a hairdryer, but the second room on my return visit did. The main downside is that it's not soundproofed at all; it's incredibly noisy. I couldn't sleep at night because of the constant roar of motorcycles and heavy traffic from the street outside. It's definitely not suitable for light sleepers. The only upside is that it's very close to the airport, making it a good choice for a temporary layover.

Google Maps said it was less than 1km from the train station, which was about a 17-minute walk. The area seemed a bit quiet, maybe due to Ramadan. It was quite convenient for the light rail/tram and the local market, and there were some places to eat nearby. The room looked quite nice, and the lobby, though small, was pretty. For toiletries, there was only a small bar of soap and a tiny bottle of shampoo.

The water in the sink does not drain properly and tends to get stuck in the basin, which can be very inconvenient. Please note that you need to prepare your own essentials, such as towels, a toothbrush, toothpaste, flip-flops, and similar items... Breakfast options are quite limited. Among them, the omelet was probably the best choice.

I was charged twice. I had already paid online via Trip.com, but the front desk couldn't find my payment in their system and demanded cash upon checkout. It's been over a week, and they still haven't processed my refund, even though I've sent photos of the payment receipt five times through the Trip.com chat and via email. My impression of the hotel is completely ruined.

This is my second time staying here. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast and dinner are plentiful, especially the bread 🍰! They provide a free 500ml bottle of water daily. It would be even better if they could provide two bottles and also offer free water with dinner; I would give it a full 5 stars! There's an APIA nearby where you can buy argan oil, and it's also very close to the beach and Hassan Mosque!

Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque. Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!

The hotel has a large terrace, and overall I was quite satisfied. The only downside was that the rooms were a bit small. The breakfast was quite substantial for Morocco.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Casa Voyageurs train station, which makes traveling very easy. The staff are friendly, and the room is more spacious compared to other hotels in the same area that are more expensive, or hotels at the same price but in different locations. Breakfast is included, but unfortunately I had an early flight to catch and didn’t have the chance to try it. The Wi-Fi is fast, and there are plenty of restaurants and markets nearby, which is very convenient.

TTOBISThis was my first time flying Royal Air Maroc, and I had an overnight layover in Casablanca. Based on reviews, I chose this hotel because it mentioned train access to the city center. Even though navigation didn't show the route, I found the train station a short walk to the left after exiting arrivals. I bought a ticket to Casa Port from the vending machine for 60 local currency. The last train was supposed to be at 9:55 PM, with one transfer. However, the train didn't show up by 10:20 PM. Staff arranged for us to take a bus to the transfer station. From there, it would have been over an hour's walk back to the hotel, so we waited another 40 minutes on the bus before it finally took us to Casa Port. It was then a 30-minute walk back to the hotel. I wouldn't recommend walking that far at night, especially alone or for women, as I felt the area might not be very safe. So, I opted for an Uber to the airport the next day, which cost 330 local currency, avoiding any haggling with taxis. The hotel itself was nice, and breakfast was good. The next morning, I walked to see the Hassan II Mosque and some nearby attractions. I think more information about transportation options would be helpful.

GGuest UserStaying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm. The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free. Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table! This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

YYankit asMy first time in Casablanca, I chose to stay at StayHere Casablanca. I was just looking for a comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly gained some warm memories. The hotel itself has a simple yet elegant design, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the location is convenient. However, what truly impressed me wasn't the facilities, but the staff's smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Every time I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by the staff's sincere greetings. They weren't just polite courtesies, but a genuine concern, like friends curious about how my day was going. During our first meeting, he patiently explained the city of Casablanca to me, from the narrow alleys of the Old Medina to the grandeur of the Hassan II Mosque, and the relaxed vibe of the Corniche. He didn't just provide information; he spoke in a storytelling tone that made me even more excited about the city. What touched me most was that this warmth wasn't a one-off; it continued every day. Whether I was heading out in the morning or returning at night, he would always greet me with a big smile, asking where I went today and if I discovered anything new. This interaction made me feel less like a lonely traveler and more like I had a familiar friend waiting for me in the city. Each brief conversation added a touch of warmth to my journey. Finally, we even exchanged Instagrams.

GGuest UserGood stay, polite people. Some good choices for breakfast. Rooms look new, luxurious bed and towels with high quality soap and shampoo. Not sure why we were not provided with daily complimentary water and tea. Near to shops and supermarket so we were able to buy water and any other essentials. Loved Morocco!

AAleksei KosiakovThese are wonderful apartments in the city center with a stunning panoramic view of the promenade and the Hassan II Mosque. It's clean and has everything you need. Good Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. Staff are on duty on the ground floor of the aparthotel to resolve any issues (our fridge broke, and they fixed it quickly). A minor point: there's a valve near the water heater in the bathroom that drips water onto the floor. I solved this by putting a bucket under it. It can be noisy due to a busy road directly below the windows. However, if you want to live with an ocean view in Casablanca, there's no way around it; all the roads run along the ocean here. If I ever find myself in Casablanca again, I'd probably stay at this aparthotel once more.
