I recently stayed at your property, and unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a 5-star hotel.
During my stay, the air conditioning in the hallway and lift area was not functioning, making it quite uncomfortable. Additionally, there was ongoing construction work in the hallway, which caused a significant amount of noise and disturbance throughout the day.
These issues greatly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay. Considering the premium price I paid, I expected a far more pleasant and seamless experience. I hope you understand my disappointment.

It's a good hotel in a very good location. The front desk staff are very helpful especially Mr Aryan who is very helpful and friendly. The restaurant is average and breakfast is also average. The staff of the restaurant needs some extra training for services and dealing with guests. The new outside cook who makes all the omelettes and all needs some extra training as well. I have to call the main chef again to make an omelette for me because the first one was raw and tasteless. Overall stay was average this time as I am a frequent visitor of this hotel.

I made 3 separate reservations at this hotel before my arrival because I was going to be in India longer than originally planned. I stayed a total of 9 nights. In my notes for the reservation, I asked if I can stay in the same room for the full duration. I booked a pool view twin room.
When I arrived to the hotel, I made the same request, and the check-in staff ensured that I could have the same room.
The room I was given only had one bed and faced a construction site. I then found out on my own that the pool was under renovation. The room also had a large crack on the window. I told the staff of the issue and requested a room change, and was told someone will come help me switch at a specified time. That did not happen. They offered no apologies.
During my stay, my room key was deactivated twice (probably due to my separate reservations), the door to the room malfunctioned, the safe didn't work two times and the TV lost signal twice. Towards the end, I put up a do not disturb sign, but received an email and a phone call that wouldn't stop ringing asking me if I was sure I didn't need housekeeping.
Overall, while it was not a bad experience, I felt I had too many unnecessary interactions with the staff for minor troubles.

A great hotel, great host and staff, good attitude, desire to help, it is the most valuable! Thank you very much for the place you have created. Perfect rest after the tense and moving city center, comfort and silence. Cleanness, delicious food, beautiful design, quiet and pleasant area. Near the metro, it is very convenient. The host arranged a transfer, personally met and helped to carry bags. For a gift - dinner, such a surprise! Prepared for you personally, covered the table only for you, very delicious food made with love. Hot water, towels, bed perfect purity, cozy balcony. The host helped serve day and travel around the city. We highly recommend you to rest here! We will definitely return, bye!
The hotel service is very good, the room is very clean, and the water supply in the bathroom is great!! The lobby also provides unlimited snacks, water and drinks, which is really great!!!

Convenient location near Indira Gandhi International Airport
This hotel is a great option if you need to stay near the airport. The location is very convenientâjust a short ride from the terminalsâand itâs close to Aerocity, a modern commercial complex with a wide variety of dining options. Whether youâre looking for a quick bite or a more upscale meal, youâll find plenty of choices nearby.
Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, offering a range of Indian dishes that gave us a flavorful start to the day.
Overall, a comfortable and practical stay for travelers.

The furniture in the room is old and maintained. The shower booth drain was blocked and the water did not fall at all. Breakfast is 500 rs per person, but the price is not good. Other than that, it is a good hotel to stay. The owner was friendly and the Gyeongbya always smiled and greeted me.

The vibe of the villa is old European house. It was like a secret and quiet heaven beside the busy and noisy streets. Every staff was helpful and their hospitality was great. If you'd like to relax and have some fresh air, i would definitely recommend this place! If i have to complain, the bed was little squeaky. Other than that i would definitely choose this place if i'll visit delhi again.

It was a bit noisy, but I'd attribute that more to the hotel's location, or perhaps just the general urban environment in India, rather than the hotel itself. Things might have been different had I been given a room on the quieter, inner side instead of facing the road. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly. For this price point, the level of service was truly exceptional. Overall, despite the noise, I was completely satisfied!

EExpatI stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel.
The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated.ďżź The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel.
For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in theďżź Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional. ďżź
Iâm not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasnât as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night. ďżź By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge.
Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy.ďżź I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view. ďżźďżź There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors.
AAnkit RajBhandariâI recently stayed at Luxe Manor Near Airport for a layover near Delhi Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and comfort it offered. The hotel is located just a short drive from the airport which made it extremely convenient. What particularly stood out was the impeccable hygiene; the room was spotless, and all surfaces were clearly well-maintained. Beyond that, the room was cozy and well-appointed, making it a relaxing space to unwind after a long journey. The staff were also friendly and efficient. This hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay near the airport. I would definitely recommend it.â
GGuest UserIâve stayed at Roseate House New Delhi many times, perhaps 11-12 visits by now, and it never disappoints. The hotel has a fresh, youthful energy, thanks to its young and attentive staff who keep everything running smoothly. The breakfast is consistently excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Itâs always a pleasure returning here, and I look forward to my next stay!
GGuest UserI had stayed 5 nights, room size is fine, small tv and mobile network is very bad inside room and hotel wifi user id and password you have to go to reception to get it everyday morning. Room toiletries available only if you ask them specifically tooth kit and shaving kit, room service food menu price is more than 7 star hotel price. You stay one night in case if you have to catch flight early morning overall experience not bad and breakfast food menu could have been better. Surprised to see lot of foreigners staying in this hotel facilities available not worth
GGuest UserIt was accessible via road, it was my 3rd stay and I kinda made it my go to hotel for hospitality, it is good with all the facilities available in the hotel itself or at just walking distance.
JJINGQIANGThe original Anzhen Delhi, after changing the self-operated brand, the price is close to the people. Kerry Hill's classic work, the light and shadow effect of the corridor is very good, you can see the design inspiration of Tokyo Anzhen here. Fully equipped, very close to Humayunâs Tomb. For breakfast, let people forget to be in India.
GGuest UserThere were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.

HHonest TeaMore than likely the best luxury hotel in New Delhi, the food is as good advertised, the staff are doing all they coukd within the small room Taj hierarchy allows them. As I finally got the minibar deposit back, I have to give it the deserved 5/5 algorithmic vote for the 2nd night.
The overpriced Minibar Scam
I don't drink Sugar which is even more irritating. That said I know the price of an unhealthy soda can...which is literally sold for 10% the rpice 50 meters away with the same barcode. The overpriced common soda aka Minibar scam, is no longer acceptable. Hotels that insist on insulting their guests with over priced Soda Cans will no longer be Luxury hotels...make a note of this, all new Luxury Resorts offer free minibar and depositless instant checkin...self checkout...because they want guests to remember the stay...systematic harassment at checkout is not Luxury at all, hotels that can't change outdated and malignant policies will be left behind, the minibar overpiced sodacan makes guests assume the restaurant and rooms are also 10 times overpriced...the overpriced Soda Can is the diagnostic marker that any guest can easily identify with confidence. If a Hotel can't afford a Free Minibar it is not a Luxury Hotel.
All High-End Luxury hotels offer Free Minibar as it costs little to nothing; it projects opulence and true Luxury. Guests don't question the price of their restaurants or accommodation as they no longer have an overpriced Soda Can to serve as their reference point of Value.
Once Taj confirms they made it a brand policy to get rid of the Minibar scam, they will benefit greatly from fast checkin and prompt checkout & unnecessary deposits...there will be less adversial intepersonal energy with the guests, nobody wants to feel taken advantage of...getting rid of the outdated pre-internet Minibar scam is how the best Luxury Distinguish themselves from the lower class scam establishments
AAnonymous UserVery friendly staffs & receptionist. Location near main road and easy to find muslim food. The room also clean. The cafe staffs willing to buy muslim food outside and prepared for us. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much. Will come again if one day I go to New Delhi again..
