I was very satisfied with my stay at the Golden Lion International Hotel. It's in a prime location, making travel easy and parking convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good soundproofing ensuring a high quality of rest. The staff is professional and efficient; check-in was quick and smooth, and they were always prompt in responding. The dining is consistently good, and the buffet offers a wide selection of delicious food. Hotel facilities are well-maintained, with excellent amenities for both conferences and leisure. The service is standardized yet warm, making it the top choice for high-quality accommodation in Cangzhou, and my preferred hotel for business trips. It's truly dependable.

During the May Day holiday, my family went to Xiong'an for a trip. We arrived smoothly in 2 hours from Beijing. The check-in time was a bit long due to the full occupancy rate during the holiday, but the staff were fully cooperative and finally lived in the Little Prince theme suite that the children liked. Facilities: The room is spacious and bright, fully equipped with a small tent, electronic piano, dolls, and drawing boards. Even if you don't leave the hotel, the children can play for half a day. It is strongly recommended to bring children to stay in a parent-child theme room. Hygiene: Equipped with a full set of Little Prince toiletries and towels, the sheets and quilts are clean and tidy. Staying for two nights, the room cleaning on the second day was also very timely and in place, and the room was cleaned and tidy. Environment: The hotel is very convenient to the Eye of Xiong'an, the Convention and Exhibition Center, and Yuerong Park. The room has light and dark adjustment, which is very friendly for babies to take a nap. Service: Very satisfied! A few days before check-in, the hotel staff contacted in advance and informed us of very detailed travel strategies and precautions. Any problems during the stay were solved in time. When I met the hotel staff, they were all smiling, making the guests feel at home! Of course, there are also shortcomings. There are many guests in the hotel during the holidays, and the waiting time for check-in is a bit long, which is a bit difficult for babies who want to take a nap. However, because the suite comes with afternoon tea for two, we waited in the lobby bar to ease some of the pressure. The windows in the room need to be told to open by the staff. There is a bit of smell in the room, but opening the window for ventilation and adding an air purifier alleviates it a little. There is a queue during the peak period of the breakfast buffet. Another thing is that for electric car owners, there is no charging pile equipment in the hotel basement, which is not very convenient. Overall, it was a very satisfactory stay experience, and I would recommend friends who come to Xiong'an to choose Sofitel Hotel.

Traveling with my family this time, choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision! From the moment we checked in, the experience was exceptional. The front desk lady saw I had a child with me and thoughtfully gave us a cartoon mystery box, which made my kid incredibly happy – so considerate! Someone even proactively helped us with our luggage to our room and recommended great local restaurants; the service was incredibly warm and thorough. The room facilities were complete, the space was huge, and both beds were very spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a beautiful view, and everything was spotless. The bath towels and regular towels felt so soft, and soaking in the bathtub was especially comfortable. The water in the pool was crystal clear, and the changing rooms and showers were excellent, with plenty of hot water. There were even lounge chairs by the pool to relax on, and my child had a blast. This trip was made even better because of this hotel; my mood improved significantly! Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is great, and the service is excellent. They have robots to deliver takeout, and if a robot isn't available due to charging, you don't even need to go downstairs – the hotel staff quickly bring it up to your room. Basically, all services are met. For breakfast, they're very accommodating, even if there are more adults or children than expected; guests are always welcome to eat, which shows great hospitality. The front desk staff even gave us a parting gift.

Hotel lobby is located on floor 31. There are hotel staff on the ground floor directing you to the lobby upon arrival. Studio room was spacious and suitable for a small family, a baby cot was available and provided upon request.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the InterContinental. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful attention to detail. My room was beautifully maintained and created a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout my trip. What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Petrus. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His genuine care for guests and warm professionalism made me feel truly valued. Thanks to Petrus, my stay became even more memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived late at the hotel, and they offered us cookies and milk. The front desk attendant was incredibly thoughtful, giving us two extra bottles of water, just in case we needed more. We were traveling with a one-year-old, and I had called ahead to request a crib. The front desk was super reliable; the crib was already in the room when we checked in. The breakfast selection was extensive and tasty, and one of the staff members in the restaurant played with our child, who had a blast!

This InterContinental hotel, located right next to Yuhua Wanda Plaza, was filled with a wonderful festive atmosphere. The room was spacious enough to move around freely, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. It offered excellent value for money. Our housekeeper, Lily, was incredibly attentive, checking in daily, responding to our needs promptly, and even leaving us small gifts 🎁. She also helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out. A special thanks to Lily!

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great
