MMaomaoyeyeThe hotel has its own parking lot. From the front desk to the room attendants, they are very enthusiastic. They help us carry our luggage and send bottled water... The guest room, bathroom, and sink are very clean and tidy. At night, the dishes are of good quality and the price is very affordable. After dinner, the four of us talked about the hotel and agreed that it was a great hotel.
I went to the hall this morning at 7:10 to use early, but let us not understand, 7 o'clock began to early, when we went, each basin leftovers leftovers of soup, staple basin leftovers leftovers, nest head..., drinkable porridge and soy juice a little, enter the hall door 1 person sent a boiled egg (The first time I met boiled eggs at the entrance of the evening hall), several waiters were busy cleaning the table. It turned out that more than 100 group tourists had just started to use the cockroach at 6:30. Ask a waiter to add food? She said no. We don't understand: Trip.com Online booking introduces the breakfast standard of 48 yuan/person. Is the hotel providing such a breakfast? Can it be worth 10 yuan/person? How much is the standard for a group of more than 100 people? After the group is used up, should individual customers eat some leftover soup? If there is no food store around, we will not use it here early? Moreover, the dishes and services ordered last night were very good. Why would the breakfast of 48 yuan/person be like this? The hotel should give an explanation. I don't know which project should be reviewed, so I ordered one in the facilities: very poor.

GGuest UserThis hotel is excellent in every aspect! The rooms are clean and comfortable, the facilities are new, and all amenities are well-stocked. The service is great, very responsive, and particularly attentive. They offer free parking, which is fantastic for those traveling by car. Overall, the experience was superb and well worth a positive review!!

The room was wonderfully spacious and spotlessly clean. There was plenty of room to relax, and the housekeeping team clearly does an immaculate job.
The service was truly outstanding. Every member of the staff provided wonderful, friendly, and excellent service from the moment I checked in until the moment I left. They genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable.

XxiahouseThe hotel is quite new. I like the decoration style. The room is relatively large. The double bed is 1.35. It is very suitable for bringing children. The breakfast is also very rich. The room is very smart. There is music in the shower. The service attitude of Xiao Shen and Xiao Ha at the front desk is very good. , I also gave my child a souvenir when I left, which was great👍🏻But the shower head is a bit broken and the water comes out very unevenly. Please replace it as soon as possible.

HHuniuerxiaoleI chose this hotel because of the free airport pickup and drop-off service, which was a decisive factor for me. The butler contacted us in advance and arranged the pickup, even sending us a small guide and restaurant recommendations, which were all very clear. The hotel environment is also excellent, the driver was very friendly, and the room was super comfortable. I do have a small suggestion though: there seemed to be too few trash cans. It would be much more convenient if the small tabletop bins were replaced with larger ones. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there was also complimentary late-night congee available, so if you don't feel like going out in the evening, you can easily have a satisfying meal here. The surroundings of the hotel are also lovely; on a clear night, you can even enjoy moon gazing. Overall, I give my stay a full 5 stars.

GGuest UserTraveling by car, I wasn't quite sure about the hotel's parking garage rules. After parking, I went to the front desk to inquire. Geng Wei patiently and thoroughly explained the entrance and exit locations and also informed me about peak parking times. The room had good natural light, and the mattress was comfortable, allowing me to relax well after a day of driving. I'm very satisfied.

KKevin_suixinsuoyuWith the high temperatures in Suzhou and Hangzhou, this is a great escape to the heat in the northwest, featuring a lovely guesthouse village. Nan'an is the largest guesthouse complex in the area, with 40 rooms out of a total of 100. This time, we stayed at Taojiaying West House, with a swimming pool in front and a farm/ranch/ranch in the back – very pleasant. The room details were also very well done, suitable for large families or groups of friends.
Both restaurants in the village are good for breakfast: 🌻Xiangke (more variety),
🍜Lao Wang Ji Breakfast & Midnight Canteen. Special praise to Nan'an's management team, including Da Yuan and her group; they communicated with us before our arrival and were very attentive. During our stay, our drone got stuck in a tree in the yard, and the management team helped us find a solution from evening until morning, finally fixing it with a tree trunk over ten meters long.
- Climb the Great Wall (five-minute climb to the top) for panoramic views of the Yellow River and the village.
- Feeding lambs, riding camels, milking goats.
I call it the Yellow River version of ”Wuzhen Village”; the entire village has an integrated design with a Mediterranean feel, perfect for photos.

TTraveler DongLocation: The hotel is conveniently located near Yinchuan Municipal Government and Ningxia Museum, making it easy to access attractions and the train station. Its prime location is a definite plus. However, the hotel entrance is situated between two buildings, and many ride-sharing drivers get misdirected to the parking lot by their navigation, making it difficult for them to pick up guests. It's advisable to factor in extra time when booking a ride.
Room: This time, I used my points to upgrade to a Mountains and Rivers View room. The facilities are pretty similar to the standard rooms, but being on a higher floor offered a nice view of the Helan Mountains. Unfortunately, the window glass was very dirty, making it impossible to take good photos. I suggest cleaning them. Also, the air inlet cover on the handle of the hairdryer in the bathroom was missing, indicating that some facilities need prompt maintenance. The TV was quite old; it couldn't cast, and both the picture and sound quality were poor.
Food: The breakfast selection was rich and varied. However, some of the English translations for certain dishes were significantly flawed and need immediate correction. For dining out, Jin Feng Wanda Plaza is nearby. Alternatively, if you turn left twice after exiting the hotel, within 50 meters, there's a restaurant called 'Bai Xing Han Can' which offers a wide variety of dishes that cater well to Southern palates.

GGuest UserStaying in a tipsy dreamland at the foot of Helan Mountain – this guesthouse was the most pleasant surprise of my Yinchuan trip! It's located right in the Helan Mountain Eastern Foothill Wine Region of Ningxia, and you can feel the rich wine country atmosphere just by looking out the window.
I booked the 'Cloud Dye' King Room, and the decor was incredibly stylish, especially the tea room setup. With the afternoon sun streaming in, sipping tea here and gazing at the scenery outside made time feel like it slowed down. The smart room control and Serta mattress made for an exceptionally sweet night's sleep.
The most noteworthy highlight has to be the complimentary wine tasting and winery tour! As a complete beginner to wine, this was a real eye-opener. Not only did I get to taste delicious wines, but I also took many beautiful photos. Plus, there's a pick-up and drop-off service, which is incredibly thoughtful for travelers with luggage – no need to worry about transportation at all.
The butler service also gets full marks; their response speed was super fast, and any request was resolved immediately. Coupled with a hearty and abundant breakfast, it was a truly complete accommodation experience.

WWitidaWe came to Yinchuan to visit Helan Rock painting mountain an Xixia tomb so we didn't see downtown that much. The hotel is in the center of the district, near the drum tower, surrounded by stores and restaurants, easily to find everything you need. The staff of the hotel didn't speak English but they're polite and kind. On the day we checked out there's a misunderstanding: they said we had to pay them while we had already prepaid via TRIP.com. We showed them the receipt in Chinese but they couldn't find it in their system. After 15 mins they let us go. We confusedly contacted TRIP customer service and were informed clearly there's no problem at all with our payment. TRIP dealt with the hotel themselves. I wouldn't complain the hotel about this since such thing could happen but I suggest you to always keep the receipt in Chinese and contact TRIP customer service suddenly and let them deal with the hotel, especially if your train is about to leave the station :)
