The best feature of this hotel is undoubtedly its location. Being situated so close to the train station was incredibly convenient and made navigating the city simple. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and tidy space to return to after a day out. The only minor drawback is the lack of dining options immediately surrounding the hotel. While the train station proximity solves most travel needs, guests should be aware that they might need to travel a short distance to find a wide selection of restaurants. Overall, for travelers prioritizing convenience, cleanliness, and budget, this hotel is an excellent choice.

This hotel is great, really close to Narita Airport. They offer a shuttle service for early morning flights, which is super convenient. The driver was very friendly and helpful, assisting with luggage and giving directions. There were a lot of guests from various countries staying there. Plus, there's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store on the ground floor, which is a huge plus.

Due to transit of over 20hrs, I had chosen here for one night stay. Clean and huge room at great pricing. The best thing will be the shuttle bus service from hotel to airport via versa which is super convenient and on time. Never thought it was a luxury huge bus and the driver is helping with the luggage handling too. During peak hour departure, hotel is arranging separate buses for reaching different terminals at one go as you may see from my images uploaded here. Surely recommended for anyone especially those seeking a good place to rest during long hour transit!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The staff is friendly and patient and the location is great for quick access to the train system. We were there for the Star Wars Celebration and it was fantastic to hop on without massive crowds. Between the train station and the hotel are a handful of food options, including two 7-11s, which stay open until midnight or later. Overall, we were pleased with our stay.

This is a bathing capsule hotel for entertainment and leisure, which is quite suitable for single travelers. There are many comics, and the rest area is large and of various types. I didn't have a deep impression of the bathing area. The accommodation area is very quiet, and everyone moves very quietly. Although the sleeping area is not large, it is ok to sit and organize things. It can be ventilated, and the TV can be muted.

Hotel are nearby in the airport and the cabins are clean but during check in the hotel staff are not given proper instructions which is we having hard time, I'll also highlight in my trip that I have kids in my book but they give me a upper rooms and they kept knocking on my door that our rooms are noisy and they have a lot of complaints after 3 times knocking on my door and I'll already inform the staff that I have a kids and I'll also pay for my two rooms, that's the time they ask mo if we can transfer room so they don't have any calls or complaints with the other guest Room assistants are not offered which makes me upset 😭 But overall I will recommend this hotel for those traveler and tourist. I hope the management will recommend rooms for families with soundproof or lower decks automatic upon check in to avoid this kind of incident in near future

The hotel is very close to Keisei Narita Station. If you're coming from JR Narita Station, it's best to cut through the Keisei station, otherwise you'll have to take a longer, inconvenient downhill route. There's a shuttle bus to the airport, but you need to book it in advance. Convenience stores, ramen shops, and McDonald's are all nearby, which is super convenient. The room was small but generally clean and tidy, and surprisingly, you could cast Bilibili to the TV! Laundry was also quite affordable. It's perfect for catching an early flight.

Really appreciated the late-night and early morning shuttle bus from airport. The timetable and instructions (incl photos) on where to wait was all detailed on their website, so made it very easy. Take note the bus arrives early and leaves on time (ie 9.50pm bus arrives pick-up point at about 9.40pm and leaves on the dot at 9.50pm). They have 4 check-in self-service machines at the front desk, which made check-in super quick even though there was a bus load of ppl lining up. The room has a great view of the airport, so you wake up to a great sunrise and view of planes taking off/landing. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - great variety, very efficient and tasted great. We also only realized this as the bus was driving out of the hotel, but there's a lawsons at the corner of the older wing. My only grip would be that the bed was too hard, but had a decent sleep anyway. Everything you need for an airport hotel - highly recommended!

Booked a 3D2N stay to rest up for Disney. From the JR Maihama station, hotel shuttle bus comes at a regular interval of 20mins, located below the train station. Shuttle bus came with luggage compartment for people travelling with baggage. Check in had quite a bit of wait due to it being a weekend, however priority queue is available if you had done an online check in/ hilton member. Being winter season, room had sufficient heating or maybe too much, had to open the window to cool the room. Gotten the breakfast at a promotional price (¥3800) per pax upon checking in. Gotten a park view twin double room, but there is not much you can see. Would advise to book the sea view room for better views. Spacious room with a resting area and 2 double beds and toilet with a tub. Amenities provided with water. Would come back again just to enjoy the room/ visit disney!

I stayed at the Main building, not the Garden Wing as stated by many to be poorly maintained. Rooms are small, older but functional. Complimentary Shuttle to and from the airport/ Narita city and hotel. There are many airport hotels near Narita but everyone chooses this because of its ONSEN! It is a must. In-house guest can pay a small fee of 700yen for multiple visits. Given the affordable room price, I think the onsen fee is reasonable because OMG, the onsen settings are beautiful and relaxing, especially the outdoor onsens! Male and Female sides change between the afternoon/night and morning sessions. So do yourself a favour and try out the onsens if you choose to stay here. If not, it is your loss.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfect for a layover. The shuttle schedule is very clear, and the pick-up/drop-off point is consistently the same, which is super convenient. The driver holds a sign at the airport and Narita Station for pickups and leaves right on time. The shuttles to the airport and to Narita AEON Mall are different colors, making them easy to distinguish. The hotel's waiting room has Wi-Fi and fewer people, making it more comfortable than waiting in the main lobby. The hotel exterior looks new, and the lobby is spacious – seriously, it doesn't look like a lobby for this price, haha. The restaurant on the first floor is quite lively; lunch and dinner seem to be buffet style, costing around 200+ RMB per person. For luggage storage, you scan a QR code, which eliminates the risk of losing a tag. There's a FamilyMart convenience store on the first floor that's open 24 hours, though tax-free service only starts at 1 PM and also ends quite early. Check-in for rooms is available from 3 PM. Narita Omotesando is really bustling, with ice cream and grilled eel shops everywhere. It's a nice place to wander around for a couple of hours if you have nothing else planned. However, the room's cleanliness was a bit haphazard. I found a blonde hair, a black hair, and a yellow hair on the pillowcase. Since I was only staying one night, I let it slide. The duvet had a sheet placed underneath it instead of a proper duvet cover. A corner of the tissue box in the room was peeling up, and the furniture showed some wear and tear. It felt like the interior furnishings were a bit old. Overall, this hotel is ideal for early morning or late-night flights and offers great value for money.

PPiaohubudingExcellent location, directly connected to Shin-Urayasu JR Station. There's a shuttle bus to and from Disney all day long. The only downside is the constant long queues at check-in, it gets really crowded. The free afternoon tea and drinks from 2 PM to 11 PM also attract a massive crowd. Aside from the crowds, the room and everything else were quite good.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is very close to the airport, easily accessible by bus. It's clean and tidy, perfect for a one-night business trip. There's a direct path connecting the hotel to the hot springs, so it was a real treat to relax there after a long, tiring day.

GGuest UserSecond time we’ve been there. This time we had a double bed room . Very clean but like most of Tokyo the beds are a bit firm. Pillows were like cement blocks. We were creative and stuffed the pillow cases with our jackets:) . Great free bus service to the airport. Overall 8/10.

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

SSecaiweilan[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!

RRenxiangThe room in Habita was very beautiful and the surrounding facilities were substantial and relaxing. After checking in, I took a leisurely bath at the hot spring facility in front of me, ate rice, and enjoyed the movie with the projector in my room at night. It was a room that did not face each other, so I didn't care about the surroundings, and it was swaying in the hammock outside. I think it was my first trip to enjoy the hotel. There are no tourist spots around, so if you enjoy accommodation, I would be happy to be able to check in a little earlier.
