Les employés sont vraiment aux petits soins Petit plus pour la petite française à l’accueil. Et merci à tous les employés de nous avoir permis de prendre une Touche après la plage avant de prendre l’avion le soir :)

Can’t complain! Was a good beautiful hotel with plenty of food and drinks for all guests! Very easy to get there from the airport and everyone speaks English if you don’t speak the native language or similar. Most requests are done via their handy app which is easy to navigate and all inclusive is true to the name! You only pay for anything extra such as treatments in the Spa or items from the shop located on site otherwise everything else is included in the cost of your stay! I would have preferred more options for the 24hr “snack/food option” but this was only used out of hours so not many times for me.
A 4 star hotel that is perfect for the country we are in. We only booked with breakfast so we could do more activities but I don't know if it offers the all-inclusive option. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms with air conditioning and minibar. You cross the street and there is the beach, quality-price ratio a little high for the type of hotel but recommendable. Quality and varied breakfast with omelettes and fried eggs made live.
We stayed in this hotel for only two nights, and the experience was disappointing as we arrived. With outer temperatures of about 29 degrees, we quickly found that the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. Unfortunately, one of my friends was sick, victim of the tourist (catched elsewhere), and had to stay in this stunning room. When I mentioned the problem with the staff, they just put their hand on air conditioning to make sure it worked ”normally”. It was unacceptable not to benefit from all the facilities, but they did not show any willingness to find a solution.
I tried to bear this unsustainable heat, but in the middle of the night I couldn't bear anymore. The hotel was completely complete and then offered two rooms, ”as by magic”. But I had to return the keys from the morning. Later, they called a technician who checked the installation and assured me that he was ”cold” in the room. However, even after having left the air conditioning operation at 16 degrees for 24 hours, The room was still stunning.
This experience has clearly highlighted the lack of professionalism and a poor management of problems. No practical solution has been proposed, except for a possible fan... which has never been brought. It is really sad to live such an experience for the last days of our stay in Cape Verde, especially after choosing this hotel because of its many praiseful comments.
The hotel is very nice and very comfortable and it is very nice to get a good price.
The best hotel in the whole island of Sal, except for Riu, is Hilton. Unfortunately, there is no Riu at the time of booking, but Hilton is very new, the decoration is very beautiful, and the facilities in the room are very modern. The hotel swimming pool is very large, the beach is outside, the greening is very good, the photo is beautiful, but the room is a little far from the beach, only half of the sea view room.
Exceptional !!! Location at the top very clean beautiful room and the kindness of Sandra at the top and her colleagues really very nice we really advise this hotel for really perfect salt !! If we have to come back, we will take this hotel back without hesitate !!
We had read several not very positive reviews on this structure and what was a little alarmful to us: I must say that we had a great stay and the structure has also come to us, since, unfortunately, because of a We arrived on the island with two days of delay. + a very unpleasant receptionist who didn't want to hear anything (didn't want us to pay the amount of the tourist tax indicated on our reservation but good management of Trip customer service)

GGuest UserThe hotel is located in a historical and well-known location, very beautiful location (although the beach club is too crowded and little privacy) but absolutely decadent and not worth the 4 stars... the rooms have small beds and are very old with noisy refrigerators.
Restaurant La Tortue very good and with incredible view.
The breakfast is low and the reception service is very friendly although it has difficulties with booking systems. Wi-Fi connection is also going and coming. I would advise you for restaurants but not to sleep in our rooms
