I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting kumasi. The staff are very polite and helpful . The room was spacious and I truly had a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was served in my room at no cost and the Management were helpful.
Breakfast was hot and delicious.
The location is central to attractions in the city.
Keep up the good work to the Management and staff of the hotel.

호텔 잘못으로 평소가격보다 싸게 객실을 예약했다고 대응이 너무 불친절했음~밤 10시에 체크인 하려는데 확인한다고 대기를 1시간 반 넘게 하게 만들어서 트립닷컴 고객센터까지 연결해서 열내니깐 잘못 인정하고 내가 예약한방으로 잡아줌~
어째 다른 곳에 비해서 많이 싸다고는 생각했지만 홍보기간이나 그런거라 생각해서 예약했는데 직원들이 책임전가만 하고 매니져는 대응이 늦어서 짜증났음~
엘리베이터가 없어서 4층까지 걸어다녀야함~

I stayed here because I had to stay overnight in Kumasi on short notice. There is air conditioning, hot showers, and other basic necessities, so it's fine for a night's stay. You can borrow a kettle at the front desk.

GGuest UserAmazing staff with great reception. The dinner set was simple amazing. Try their Jollof. Very responsive to guests needs. The Wi-Fi was back on in a short time after going down. I planned spending just one night but ended up sleeping for two nights whiles still contemplating on adding another night. Easy to get to the town Center. Highly recommend.

SSuyoyonThere are only churches and houses in the area, so it is very quiet at night, but the roads are unpaved from part of the way.
The living room and bedroom are separate and spacious, but there were frequent power outages, so they installed a generator each time.
