The room was great! It's also very close to the beach, within walking distance, and the scenery is beautiful! The hotel staff were very friendly too! The breakfast had a wide variety of options! I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance!

From the moment we checked in, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and efficient, always with a genuine smile, and patiently answered all our questions. It wasn't just the front desk; every staff member throughout the hotel, from the pool attendants to the restaurant servers, made us feel comfortable, cared for, and truly valued. My elderly travel companions are quite particular about their food, and they had a few unconventional requests. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate them, and that feeling of being prioritized was truly wonderful. The room's view also deserves a special mention! The moment I pulled back the curtains, I was absolutely stunned. The panoramic sea view outside was breathtaking and magnificent, with planes occasionally flying by. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach, and at night, you can see countless lights twinkling. Even at midnight, people were everywhere on the beach, chatting, playing beach volleyball, and even doing Western-style line dancing. Every photo you take turns out picture-perfect. Facilities and dining also didn't disappoint. The outdoor pool environment was fantastic; just soaking in it and enjoying the view was incredibly relaxing. The breakfast spread was super diverse, offering a full range of Chinese and Western options, hot and cold dishes, fruits, and desserts. Every morning, we started our day feeling satisfied and happy. For dinner, we opted for a set menu, and the portions were incredibly generous – enough to easily fill two people, and the taste was spot-on. All in all, whether it's the service, the environment, or the dining, the W Barcelona excels in every aspect. Next time I'm in Barcelona, I'll most likely choose this hotel again! Super awesome! I booked a suite for three nights with my kids and upgraded to a suite with a view of Casa Batlló. The surprise was that I caught the light show of Casa Batlló on the last night. I could see the light show directly on the terrace of the room without having to go to the street to watch it. It was so awesome! The room was big and full of details. The fruits delivered every night were very rich. Champagne and cake were also delivered on the first night! Mandarin Oriental should be the best hotel in Barcelona. We walked to the three Gaudi attractions and Passeig de Gràcia was very easy to visit. I will definitely stay at Mandarin Oriental next time I come to Barcelona!

The buffet part will also have a small amount of changes every day, which is rare in Spain. Environment: The hotel is in a very good location, in the city center, close to attractions such as Casa Batlló, Casa Mila, and Sant'Agata, and close to the city center streets. The area around the hotel is relatively safe. Room: The room is quite large, and the view is great. The bedding is still the same standard as EDITION. Facilities: The bathtub is very large, but the water always feels full. There is a coffee machine and a speaker. Desserts are delivered every day. Breakfast: Breakfast is ordered, and the quality and appearance are very good. Service: The response is very timely. They said before that they didn’t give us a room with a bathtub, so they specially changed one for us. Gym: The gym is too small, there is no window, and it is relatively closed. And it is not open 24 hours. It is unreasonable. Overall, it is highly recommended to stay in Barcelona.

It was a very disappointing experience. The hotel service is not even one star and it feels that’s it is not respecting customers at all. Reply was super slow, manager don’t care about the customer even there is a feedback and complain. Most surprising is that there are bugs in the hotel room. Concierge forgot our room number when we dropped things to deliver to our room. 這間酒店的服務一星也不值，態度非常不遵重客人，房間有小昆蟲。經理完全高傲到不理客人的要求。 This was the worst experience I had in a five star hotel ever. 本人住過不少5星酒店，但這真是非常不能接受
