Clean room, good location (connected to mall), great breakfast, friendly staff I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, as it’s directly connected to Pakuwon Mall — very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without even having to step outside. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Our trip to Bromo and Ijen started from Surabaya. Ascott has a great location just beside the Pakuwan Mall, and the people are super friendly during check in and out, and during our stay, they were very helpful to provide anything we need. The service apartment is spacious and clean. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This was my first time staying here. Overall, everything was satisfactory. My only suggestion would be about the children's playground. It would be much better if it were mopped daily, and the slides and playhouses wiped down regularly. My child played there and got completely dirty – their feet were all black! 🙈🙈 I had to give them a bath immediately upon returning to the room. 🙈 Additionally, it would be great if they could add more types of toys, perhaps a ball pit or similar. While there were plenty of chairs and tables for children, there were no drawing papers or colored pencils available. That's just my main feedback. Everything else was perfectly fine. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. Thank you, Golden Tulip! 🥳👌

I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The room was spacious and well maintained event this isn't brand new building. My initial booking was for 1 night only but after I spent the first night I decided to extend another day with request another room that facing to Jalan Basuki Rahmat. Ms. Fara was helped to find my request and she asking Mr. Reva to showing me some room. They were very nice, friendly and informative. Also I thank Mr. Komarus- the room attendant who really friendlt and well in clean my room, he help to explain the function of AC which is I got confused. Then the security - Mr. Haryono also nice and informative when I asks about surrounding interesting places to visit and eat. For Room Service : I ordered Fried Gurame and Pizza , All was good. The area to improve : 1. Level of hot water need to be better 2. The noisy from AC need to be fix Other than that all experiences went extraordinary stay ! Thanks Wyndham Surayabaya, absolutely ,I will be back !

Staying at Shangri-La Surabaya was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was warm and professional — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. I especially appreciated the plush bedding and thoughtful amenities. The view from the room was also a plus, offering a peaceful cityscape that felt relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight — the variety was impressive, from local Indonesian favorites to Western and Asian dishes. The pool area and lush garden surroundings made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a busy city. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and main roads, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene escape. Would definitely recommend Shangri-La Surabaya to anyone looking for a five-star experience with genuine hospitality.

This was my first trip to Surabaya and I had decided book Four Points Sheraton Tunjungan given its central location and competitive room rate. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel recognized my Marriott Bonvoy member status and accorded me the corresponding benefits despite me not making this reservation via the Marriott Bonvoy app. Kudos the hotel staff for that!

I originally booked one of the renovated rooms and there is a bit of fiasco in the first day when I came back to the room it just reeked of raw sewage, almost like a pipe it exploded, and I immediately called housekeeping who sprayed but said that they would move me to a different suite which is the one in the photos. This is one of the more expensive suites and it’s basic and similar in comparison to the renovated suite. However, renovated suite looks like it was renovated back in 1990s as the other suite was much nicer and more modern Overall, the service was fantastic. The food in the breakfast was delicious. The pool is nice. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you wanna go out to different sites or if you just wanna cruise the mall or do some quick shopping 

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. While there were definitely some highlights, there were also a few disappointing aspects that affected our overall stay. One of the standout positives was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone we interacted with was polite, helpful, and made an effort to ensure we were comfortable. The overall service was good, and the team seemed genuinely eager to assist. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was excellent. Every meal we had was delicious, however, we encountered an issue with breakfast. Due to unexpected traffic, we arrived late. We asked if some food could be set aside for us, as we had prepaid for breakfast. Unfortunately, we were told that this request should have been made the night before, which was disappointing and left us feeling a bit let down. The room itself was smaller than it appeared in the photos online, and we were surprised to find that there was no heating or cooling system—just a fan. Additionally, there were old stains on the bedding, which gave a less-than-ideal first impression. The hotel has a great view from the top, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate during our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy it. Overall, the hotel has potential, with friendly staff and great food, but there are areas that need improvement.

Over the top ID, love the art pieces every where in the hotel. Room is spacious. Classy. Amenities are basics. View is alright. Bed was comfy, high, pillows were great. Breakfast spread was meh..limited too. But I was mostly disappointed cause I asked for coffee twice and after 20 minutes of waiting time, I didn't end up getting anything and left for work. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but I was waiting to use coffee machine, one of the waitresses said she was going to help me. So I could sit. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing, Stood back up, same shizzs. I prefer Tunjungan Plaza area cause I can walk outside at the old city.

I did not expect my stay there is going to be so pleasant. My impressions from reaching to leaving the Oakwood hotel, always greeted by all smiling staffs from the lobby, reception, restaurants, housekeeping. Check in and out process is like a breeze. Breakfast is good and staff even remember their guest room number. The room is huge and comfortable and clean. Bed is comfortable. Only that it is facing the main road, there were some road noise could be heard at night. There is a huge fridge and a washing/dryer machine. Full utensils, cook ware and Coffee machine. Will recommended this hotel to anyone. The gestures, politeness and services provided by the staffs are really 5 stars.
