The cleanliness of the duvet in the room needs improvement; there were several blood stains on it. I brought my own four-piece bedding set, originally thinking I wouldn't use it since I was only staying one night. However, my child found multiple dirty spots on the duvet, so I ended up using my own bedding set.

Diponegoro No. 215 in Wonokromo, it’s close to major attractions like Korea Park, Thor Square, Ciputra World Mall, Tunjungan Plaza, and BG Junction. Amenities include a rooftop terrace and sky lounge for relaxing with panoramic city views, an on-site restaurant (Zhang Restaurant), 24-hour room service, spa services, meeting rooms, and free parking.

Great location, easy to go to Tunjungan Shopping Mall. Mall just beside the hotel. Easy to find cafe and restaurants nearby. Breakfast are great and lot of choice.

Stayed here for 2 nights for a business trip and overall it was quite okay. The location is alright, but just take note it is quite a bit of a walk if you want to go Tunjungan Plaza. Breakfast has a good selection of food, but it gets quite crowded unless you go down early to eat. I had some issues with the TV because it keeps freezing after a while, which was a bit annoying. Also, room service missed out some things because they didn't provide a floor mat and hand towel after they cleaned the room. But for a short business trip, everything else was fine and still acceptable.

I had a wonderful experience at the Four Seasons by Sheraton. The location is perfect for tourists — there’s a large shopping mall right next door, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. A lively tourist street is also just a short walk away, so there’s always something to explore. The service was outstanding throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Overall i like this budget hotel.. even budget what impressed me that they provided us a bolster ( bantal guling ) in the room. Which is a wow for me ... im a bolster lover. 🤗😂 Then the checkin process also good ...

My wife and I stayed 12 days all up the staff were amazing the resort was clean and had everything we needed there was a amazing choice of food and a gym that had enough equipment to keep the weight down and well priced. On our next visit to Surabaya we will not hesitate to stay at the bumi resort highly recommended 👌

Absolutely loved staying here! From the moment I checked in, I felt welcomed and valued. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The bed was super cozy — I slept so well! The room is quite spacious and offers a great city view. The Smart TV is available, but it only supports YouTube and Netflix, with no other streaming options. The interior appears to need some refreshing, as there are visible signs of wear and tear on the wallpaper. The bathroom also requires more thorough cleaning; the bathtub water was yellowish, which was unpleasant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options, but the overall taste was average.

One of the best hotel in Surabaya, standing on the biggest mall in Indonesia, we can feel a good holiday with another experiences. The breakfast was so amazing, have a good taste and serve with a lot of kindness. We will back again.
