Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! From the moment I arrived, I felt like a true VIP—thanks to the warm and professional service from every team member, including reception, housekeeping, and security. This hotel's prime location makes it an ideal choice for both business travelers and families. The seamless connection to Pakuwon Shopping Mall provided a fantastic shopping experience, adding to the convenience of my stay. The room exceeded my expectations in cleanliness and comfort, allowing me to enjoy a restful sleep throughout my two-night stay. The hotel’s facilities, including the well-equipped gym and the refreshing swimming pool, were impressive and well-maintained. A standout highlight was the remarkable Asian cuisine offered at the hotel. The flavors were authentic and diverse, and an expanded selection of 10 to 15 types of sambal would elevate the experience even further. One of the most memorable touches was the fulfillment of my special request for welcome fruits, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. Overall, I wholeheartedly give this hotel a well-deserved five-star rating and look forward to returning for another exceptional experience.

This hotel is always an excellent choice for a stay. I'm consistently satisfied with every aspect, from the service, facilities, and cleanliness to the wide variety of breakfast options. I truly felt at home during my staycation here. Its central location is perfect, with numerous cafes right along the street in front of the hotel, offering a diverse range of food and making it a comfortable spot to meet up with friends.

Second time staying here~ The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Last minute requesting for a change of date, they are very patient and helpful and manage to solve my problems!

The room and facilities were good. However, it's a shame the hotel seemed severely understaffed. Upon entering the lobby, there was no one to assist except for a single X-ray security officer. Guests had to carry their own luggage and bags onto the X-ray machine. During check-in, only one staff member was available. Furthermore, the restaurant staff at breakfast were neither welcoming nor particularly friendly.

Had a good times. The staff from the doorman, receptionist, F&B are all the BEST TEAM! Oreo, Tia ,Rozzaq to name a few and many more names which I cant recall ( an old lady - forgot to jotted down their name🤭) . They are friendly, helpful, courteous and their smiles are very contagious 😁. Keep up the good work, guys!

The location is really close to anywhere. All the employees are super friendly and helpful. This is our stay for the second time. We went back to Santika Premier Gubeng was because the location, the cleanliness and the breakfast was impeccable.

A great apartment. Its location directly opposite a shopping mall makes it incredibly convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping.

Everything was soooo Good ! Staff are very helpful. we got early checkin & late checkout (depends on availability) . The food was AMAZING! Im super happy to stay in this Hotel.

Went here with my husband and 1 kid under 5 years old. Surprisingly, room is spacious enough for three of us! My daughter favorite part is the lamp that can be controlled through the screen and Bobobox app on the phone. But most of it, is the view that caught our attention. The ambience is also top notch. The secluded locations + silence and sound of nature 👍👍👍
