Hotels With Breakfast in Akita Prefecture, Japan

大人の休日倶楽部パスを使って、久保田城を観光するのに、利用しました。予約したのが、9月。利用が10月1日で、いってみたら、スマホでここと指すのに、クインテットホテル秋田があって、よく読むと、名称変更したとのこと。ちょっと迷ってしまいました。それ以外は良くて、特に朝ごはんは、地元の名物、きりたんぽや稲庭うどん、いぶりがっこ、秋田小町などもあり美味しくいただきました。

Although the hotel's decor is dated, the facilities are well-maintained and have everything a traditional onsen ryokan (hot spring inn) should have, and the equipment isn't outdated. The onsen has both indoor and outdoor sections, but in winter the outdoor temperature isn't high enough, so only the indoor onsen is available. The onsen has white floating debris and smells of sulfur, just like the Kaniba Onsen (crab farm) 😂. The hotel is family-run, but the owners haven't neglected service despite its age; on the contrary, you can feel their efforts to provide guests with the best and most up-to-date amenities in many details. I've been to many onsen ryokans in Japan, and while the facilities aren't as modern as some, they're comparable to established ones. Most importantly, I felt a strong sense of hospitality, which was very touching. I would definitely come back if I have the chance.

We drove to the hotel and appreciated the big free parking available. We also noted the proximity of the train station, so location wise, it is convenient yet gives the sense of seclusion which is perfect for relaxation. Check in was a breeze, the English proficiency of the receptionist with the printed information in English good enough. the Onsen was large and the outdoor part was a joy! i particularly enjoyed my time there soaking in the hot water, listening to the sound of the flowing river and watching the fauna. food spread, quality and quantity at both dinner and breakfast was excellent. i noted that the staffs were diligently topping up items that were running out even to later in the meal times, unlike some places where they may just not do so. We booked a room with open air bath and it was worth the money for it! would totally do that again when i return and highly recommended. must compliment the lounge with their welcome drinks and rice crackers which you can help yourself to. although its just rice crackers, it a nice touch, perhaps adding some nuts is my only suggestion. would highly recommend this place to stay if around, in fact we deliberately chose to stay here to break our journey from Hirosaki to Morioka, so glad we did!

The hotel service was good. Booking the timed shuttle bus service was very convenient! Our room was in the East Wing, which required carrying luggage up a few steps before being able to take the elevator to the room. This aspect needs improvement. The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet style, offering a wide variety of dishes, including local specialties. After 9 PM, dandan noodles were available as a late-night snack. The public hot spring bath was also quite nice!

秋田必访的赏桜赏楓地一定是【角館】，它还是日本历史悠久的武士之鄉，被誉为“奥陆的小京都”。但这里住宿都很贵，尤其在桜花和楓葉季，更是一房难求，枫叶季我提前四个月就预订了(角館民宿風雅)¥996元/2晚含早的低价宿泊，所以这是为数不多的民宿之一。日本女老板英语很好，很热心，早餐由她亲自以當地食材制作，还对外供应午餐和下午茶，也有手作的食品販售。民宿有免費的自行車租借，可以轻松畅逰角館所有的武家屋敷。到这里入住的日本当地人和老外居多，还有台湾人，他们都會英语，像我们这种来自大陆不会日语又不会英语的老人纯属个案。老板娘恐怕我们有什么问题，特意请来角館高校退休的(华人)任老师来问我们有没有问题！老板娘得知我们明天要予约出租車6:30分送角館JR站，但角館的出租車8点钟开始，老板娘在百忙之中亲自送我们到火车站，真的很感动！但是民宿没有接送站服务的，我们抵达時打车到民宿800円。

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Japan. One highlight was how fast and efficient the hotel check-in process was. And the overnight parking is available at a nearby building for ¥1,000. The room was considered spacious compared to typical hotels in Japan, which made the stay very comfortable. They also provided all essential amenities. Breakfast was another plus, offering a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is right next to a underground rock concert shop. It has frequent tenants who played there or attend the concerts there. If you are driving , you won’t be able to get their parking slots as it mostly reserved for the regulars. The nearby parking lots charges 400 Y from 4pm-8am so if you arrive shortly after check in time and decide to head out early the next day, you may use the 2 carparks that is right beside the hotel. If you can’t make it in time, the hotel cheapest parking option is behind Lawson where they have monthly season parking lots. It’s 600 yen per night from 3pm to 10am. room wise, price to value is below average probably becos of high demand in the vicinity. As for cleanliness, can be better improve. My aircon filter and air filter machine was producing really moldy and smell air , probably from previous guests who sweated in the room. Was a big turn off lucky I came during autumn, can just open the window to get cold air in.

First of all, I booked this hot spring hotel on Saturday and it cost me 33,600 yuan. I thought I could live in a big room, but everything became a mess after two sleeping mats were laid out at dinner time. We couldn't open our luggage because there was no place, and we had to jump to go to the bathroom because there was no way to go. I was really angry. I booked this hotel because it is a LA VISTA group, but the food, both the ingredients and the taste are worth the price. There are also many snacks, water, Yakult, and fresh milk in the lounge after the hot spring, but there is no juice. This is what I find strange. In addition, we often pass by the counter, and the waiters treat you as air. Anyway, the way of this hotel is to come and go. Just now we checked out and put on our shoes, and they turned around when we said byebye, and didn't even come to the door. Am I really expecting too much?

Previous night was a happy one. Stayed a further 2 nights. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. So did the front office and other staff. The restaurant staff were also helpful with our enquiries and went out of their way to give us advice. Unfortunately upon check out there was an unusual room charge transaction to our debit card supposedly fm Richmond hotel. Both front office and my side could not solve the discrepancy. The hotel provided all help necessary for me to resolve the matter in due course. Hopefully the matter will be resolved eventually or we will end up with paying a further 500 sgd for our stay.

This place is extraordinarily overpriced for what it is. I expected much more amenities and service. Although the staff were friendly and courteous, the place was fairly bland. The onsen was mediocre and there were no refreshments afterwards unless you wanted to go to a vending machine. Even Dormy Inn provides refreshments after the onsen but at Towado Hotel having to pay for them and not even the nice ones is ridiculous when you have to pay so much to stay here. The same for the relaxation chair. It is coin-operated not complementary. I would not recommend staying here if you’re looking for a luxury experience because although you pay for that, it’s definitely nowhere near that. Our Western style room was very basic, and it just didn’t have those special finishing touches I had hoped for.
