The room is nice and clean. We enjoy the warm floor and the reception staff speaks very good English. The hotel has children play area, and the 7-11 is just right at B2. We even doesnt need to go out for buying ice cream. The car parking is free. They have enough sign to show the parking area.
Just one point was not much appreciate. Our room door was got someone opened at the mid-night without ring the bell. A person(not sure is male or female) came in and got out. This made me awake and couldnt fall to sleep again. This didnt awake our baby luckily.
Obviously the person was a staff, and got a key card to open the door.
We reported to the reception when we check out in the morning. However, the staff couldnt tell the reason. We could only give a reminder about checking the cctv, and this affected our experience well.
I often go to Sokcho with my parents who love hot springs,
and I chose Delpino because it has a room with a bathtub in the hot spring water in every room. I am very satisfied.
The Delpino sauna is good, but the route is a bit bad because I bring my parents back and forth, but my parents really liked it because there is a bathtub in the large window,
and the kids liked it too.
When I checked in, the room I reserved was not cleaned, so they assigned me another room that was prepared,
and they upgraded me to a room with one more room, which was really nice. Each room has a shower and a bathroom,
so it is perfect for a large family, and I was satisfied enough that I thought the price was not expensive for this level of facilities.
The outdoor swimming pool has fewer facilities than I thought, so it feels like a cold rooftop,
but the water in the pool is kept warm, so it wasn't cold.
I thought I would enjoy the outdoor hot spring bath while looking at the view rather than the swimming pool.
All the amenities are on the first floor except for the ones that aren't there
It's close to the parking lot, and because it's winter, it's quiet and
I had a good rest because it was quiet
Breakfast was good and the menu was good
The highway from Seoul was quiet because it was a weekday
And on the way back, it snowed and rained, but it wasn't dangerous, so I had a comfortable trip~
I'm planning my next trip to Gangneung
Domestic travel is much more leisurely and healing.
Sol Beach Tour
Jindo Samcheok
I went there
Yangyang was a bit disappointing in many ways
The water pressure was good, so that was fortunate
Overall, it was clean
But
The floor was so dirty that it was a bit difficult to sleep in the ondol room
Whenever I opened the door of the old room 408, there was a trace of the door being opened
So clear~~It needs to be replaced urgently
It was very lovely designed room. The pink room was looking almost same in picture and the room temperature was very warm from the enterance. The room was clean overall but there was a cockroach appeared during our stay. The amenities was reasonable and not a bad quality. The breakfast was better than our expectation and reasonable price too.
Big recommend:)
The room is clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. One of the highlights is watching the sunrise from the hotel’s rooftop, which is a significant advantage. They offer a simple breakfast for those who prefer not to spend time deciding what to eat in the morning. However, if you don’t have a car, the walk from the train station to the hotel can be a bit tiring. Alternatively, you can take a taxi or rely on the bus service, which runs every two or three hours. Overall, this hotel is an excellent choice if you want to spend some time in Jeongdongjin and enjoy the sea.
The only issue we have is the transport option. The only form of travel to the ski park is via the shuttle bus which only takes up to max 20 people unless you drive or prefer to walk for 15mins on foot to the ski park (out in the cold!)
No taxi service in the area. So if you met with another big group of travelers be prepared to wait for the next shuttle which is running on a 20-30mins interval.
The shuttle only bring you to the Sono moon hotel and from there you still need to walk about 6-10 mins to reach the ski park.
The hotel suite was spacious and nice and offer a nice view of the ski park.
The hotel is new, opened in late 2024, cleanliness is definitely good, no doubt! There are a lot of eateries within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about your empty stomach. Unfortunately there is no laundry service and water dispenser in the hotel, hopefully they will have it soon, that will be awesome.
The place is really nice, spacious and comfortable. We really enjoy our stay. Maybe we are not used to the service apartment type so we were expecting daily cleaning service like removing thrash and changing towels at the very least. Overall it’s good but do bring your own toiletries.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is new and the room is clean. However the restaurant cleanliness is quite bad. The plates and bowls in the buffet area are dirty with pieces of food stuck on them, and the variety of food provided was the same everyday. So any stay more than 2 nights would be difficult because you have to eat the same food everyday.

GGuest UserRooms were pleasant, everything functioning nicely. Hotel is comfortable and reasonably well-organised. Around the resort there are places where poor signage and language difficulties may give pause for non-Korean-speaking travellers, but it's nothing that a smartphone and a little persistence can't overcome. Free shuttle buses to the close-by ski hill and two local towns are frequent enough. Staff are kind, considerate and helpful. Food on the mountain is basic but perfectly fine. Unless you are coming for the ****** specifically I wouldn't recommend the hotel in general. All facilities require extra charges and are cynically overpriced to rob more money from the punters, whose tinted-window executive cars arrive in droves. The less said about the buffet at the Grand Table the better. There is something very soulless about the High1 resort in general, and the strong corporate vibes give the place an eerie quality. The skiing is not so bad, although experienced riders will get bored after 2 or 3 days, unless a rare snowfall increases the fun. That said, the resort's snow-making abilities are quite impressive. If you are someone who gets irritated by poor piste etiquette, don't come here. At any given time half of the riders will be in the process of falling over, will have already fallen over, or will be chatting sat in the middle of the fairway. Try not to imagine anything in the way of apres-ski. As a solo traveller bored of watching the ****** donkeys shift about the hotel, I went searching in the local towns for a bar. It was a depressing failure. I read the resort was intended to bring money to the depressed mining towns of Sabuk and Gohan, but seemingly it has turned these places into a succession of garishly presented empty restaurants and ”Thai massage” joints, the latter being a favourite of the aforementioned tinted-window crowd.
NNaveedAdvantages
Conveniently situated
Generously sized accommodations
Impressive amenities
Perfect for family trips, this place offers all the amenities you need, just like an Airbnb. You'll find a cooker, pots and pans and cutlery readily available.
Conveniently located near a variety of dining options
Drawbacks
The staff had limited English proficiency, making communication quite challenging.
Upon our early arrival at around 11am, we found the reception area to be deserted. Along with other guests, we were left waiting at the counter, unsure of what to do. Finally, around 1pm, a receptionist appeared. However, rather than simply informing us that check-in was only possible after two, they made each guest wait in queue to deliver the same message. Upon returning to the reception at 2, we were informed that we had to wait an additional hour. This experience was quite unprofessional and made it challenging to enjoy other activities
AAThe service surpasses our expectations. The staff are polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Special credit goes to General Manager Hong who speaks good English and would always walk an extra mile to give us assistance.
The environment is commendable. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a chic design. The room is brightly lit and spacious. We appreciate the practical design, such as power points conveniently equipped right in front of the working table.
We like the cozy meeting area on G/F where we can gather for a chat and savor a cup of complimentary tea or coffee. Besides, we recommend the Italian restaurant, Brother & Brother, on the 9/F. The menu mainly offers pizza, pasta and risotto. Breakfast, which must be booked in advance, include orange juice, coffee, cereal and a sumptuous sandwich fully packed with healthful vegetables, egg, ham and cheese. Anyway, the food is delicious, sometimes with a Korean twist. It is good value for money. The restaurant also has a good view overlooking the mountains and the wind turbines from afar.
Overall, we are very satisfied with The HongC Hotel. The stay was pleasant and happy.
AAdilahNurI recently stayed at Ramada Hotel and found it very convenient, especially with the free shuttle service provided. The shuttle runs from Jinbu Station to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to Yongpyong and Alpensia Ski Resorts. Just make sure to check the shuttle schedule in advance —it's available on their website or at the reception counter.
The breakfast selection was decent. What I loved most was the convenience of the in-house ski rental shop. We could pick up our ski equipment and suits early and have it ready in our room, making it super easy to head straight to the ski resort the next day.
One area for improvement would be promoting other attractions in Pyeongchang, such as ice sculpture shows (if available) or other unique activities, to make the experience even more memorable.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I’d recommend it for anyone visiting the area.
BB__WWe had previously stayed at this hotel and came back because we loved it. However, the style of room we booked earlier was unavailable, but the Junior Bella Suite looked inviting, so for more money than we previously spent, we booked it. Upon checking in, we were told that our family of four could not stay in the room we booked. After much back and forth, we had to pay more money to get extra bedding to bed someone on the floor for the night. The room we got was advertised on Trip as a king bed and a sofa bed, but Bella doesn't consider the sofa to be a bed, so they don't provide bedding for it. It seems there has been miscommunication between Bella and Trip, which is unfortunate. The hotel is a good one, and the room was clean, large, and well-stocked. It would have been a great experience had we felt welcome rather than confused and frustrated, with a bitter taste in our mouths. We would still stay here again, but next time, I will be extra careful, contact the hotel, and make sure a family of four can actual stay in the room as advertised.
Llegend SuperDJ 장경아It was my first time staying at Tomitori Air.
It was a bit crowded and chaotic because there were a lot of people staying there during the holiday,
but the owner and the uncle were kind and had a great sense of making welcome coffee themselves. The breakfast was like a line of kimbap in the reviews, but it was toast, eggs, cereal, milk,
and because it was winter, I was impressed by the soup fish cake.
After eating a lot in the morning, I felt very hungry~~^^
I recommend this place for the price^^
GGuest UserThe location of the resort was fantastic, ski in ski out. The staff gave us a room with 4 beds and a kitchen so everyone got a bed instead of having 2 of us sleep on the floor. The condo was warm and had everything we needed. There were lots of space and definitely big enough for a family of 4 with 5 suitcases. The breakfast was super and the restaurants there provided the variety needed for the 4d5n. In addition, there were more food choices in the skiing area. They have a carpark in the basement and we didn’t move our hired car the whole duration. The cleaner only came in to give us towels and they never cleaned the room though. They only had a handful of hangers so it was just enough for the ski coats. Only new little towels were provided, but we knew ahead of time so we brought our own big towels. For what we paid, I am extremely pleased with what we got. If we do come back to this ski resort, we will definitely stay here again.
