Everything is good except the staff’s English proficiency and communication skills need to be improved. It very difficult to find a staff who can communicate with in English.

Booked the gold suite .
3 bedrooms with 2 queen size bed .
Master room have the strong odour smell coming from the bathroom .
Short distance walk from ski park .
Feeder bus provided every 10 mins , but we waited for an hour cause driver thought we going sono village and refused to pick us .
After seeking help from sono moon front desk then we able to board on the bus .
Reason : they pronounced sono felice as
Sono Feli-ce . So do rem Tis if u taking the bus . As there r 2 buses there , one per hr to village , another every 10 to n fro from felice .

The location is not the nearest ski resort. The hotel has a shuttle to the hotel Sonic Moon near the ski resort, but it has to be a long walk.
Club house facilities are available for an additional fee
There is a room in the market where you can book a room with a kitchen and cook your own meals.
The room is so big, the children can run around, and the floor heating makes it very warm.
The underground shopping malls are all located next to the ski resorts, so there are hotels first.

The hotel is very close to the amusement park. A shuttle bus is required to get to and from the ski resort. The shuttle bus is on the B1 floor, but it will be suspended due to heavy snow. The service and environment are pretty good.
