L’hotel é arredato in modo veramente raffinato e le camere (benché piu piccole e meno lussose di come appaiano dalle foto) sono molto caratteristiche. L’auto va lasciata sulla strada e per raggiungerlo bisogna fare un centinaio di metri a piedi all’interno della medina. L’entrata é un portone nero con una insegna molto piccola sott un portico quindi un po difficile da trovare. Consiglio chiamata preventiva per farvi accogliere all’orario di arrivo.

The owner was fantastic in communicating and addressing our needs. This place is SUPER central and great for the price. Wifi did not reach the room but I already kinda knew this from the reviews and could use it at the downstairs lobby so that wasn't a big problem. I wish the staff/receptionists had better communication among them (e.g. one didnt know I booked a tour, the other didnt know I paid already - leading to some confusions) but overall was a good stay.

The room is quite big, the room facilities are a bit old, the sanitary environment is good, the variety of early breakfast is quite a lot, I stayed in the hotel for four days, early, medium, and evening meals are mostly not heavy, very suitable for Chinese tastes, the pool is great, the front desk service is also very thoughtful, the price is very high.

A decent hotel, you have to drive through the old town of Tozeur, which is particularly difficult to open, and you can only enter the resort area if it is tattered. Probably the reason for entering the desert transfer station. There are many Chinese delegations, all aunts, a bit noisy.

Comfortable location, quiet and tidy accommodation, comfortable and spacious bed Everything was a satisfying time until breakfast. Recommended for travelers.

Tout était parfait, confort, propreté, service, emplacement, accueil chaleureux et la magnifique piscine est un grand plus, tout ça dans un décor paradisiaque. De plus, Tozeur est une ville incroyable avec des habitants adorables et chaleureux, à visiter absolument !

Un très bel hôtel que je recommande sans hésiter ! Le cadre est magnifique, très agréable et en pleine nature, parfait pour se détendre. Le petit-déjeuner était copieux, varié et très bien préparé. Le personnel était souriant, gentil et toujours à l’écoute. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans une ambiance calme et chaleureuse.
