Staff was very friendly. I was sitting down waiting for my driver, and they came to offer me water.
I also made a mistake with my reservation and could not refund (it was through Trip.com), and manager offered me free meals in compensation for my added costs. That was a nice touch; other hotels might not have done anything.

Everything was great. I mentioned 2 persons while booking but still only one brush was there. They might have forgot to put. Apart from this everything was 10/10.

Yama102I used this hotel as a stopover on my way from Nepalgunj to India. Both the service and facilities exceeded my expectations. The food at the top-floor restaurant was also delicious, and I had a very comfortable stay.

JackWe enjoyed our time at jungle safari resort, thank you! Good stay with clean room and lovely home cooked food.
Modhu’s family are attentive and offer lots of safaris including jeep, jungle walk and overnight stay in tree hut. On our last day we saw a leopard!
