Breakfast is very simple, can be used for extra beds, suitable for children, parking, at the beach, especially quiet Russell Island, very good ferry is also very convenient!
I didn't know what to expect when I booked this establishment. It looked OK though I thought I might find it a bit further from the main Paihia town than I liked, but it turned out that I really enjoyed the walk to and from the town. We've booked ourselves in the cruise to Hole in the Rock the next day and talking to the helpful staff, we booked the spa followed by dinner at The Glass House on that day and we really enjoyed our day. The massage and facial was really relaxing, and the dinner was superb. On top of that, I love the room we had which was just by the pool. We are able to enjoy the hot tub which was really relaxing too. Everything was just fantastic. Overall the hotel was just a joy to stay in and I was glad I booked 3 nights.
This hotel was amazing and we really enjoyed the location to everything aswell as the customer service right up to the manager as girls who have lived in auckland and experienced hotels there this place has immaculate care for their customers within their space we also enjoyed the body wash that smelt so beautiful we are going to get some of that also we are truly greatful thank you.
This hotel is very good. We booked a room on the second floor. There is a separate room upstairs with a balcony and a good view. It is not far from the pier and the sea. There are many small shops in the town, which are worth recommending.
I like the location and Bay of Island is beautiful. Admiral's View Lodge is clean, quiet and offers self driving traveller's everything what one needs. Paihia's small community is nice, friendly and one can feel safe. I lost my mobile phone while I went out for dinner and found it in the next morning thanks to the lost and found board in the community.
This is on the way there. When we arrived we meet friendly staff and a nice clean setting, the room was spacious and a fabulous view of the marina, not to forget the tutukaka Twilight market with great atmosphere and sounds. It was a Hot day so unfortunately when we got back to our room that also was very hot and there was no air conditioning we did have great stacker windows and a fan in the ceiling but it was no match for the warmth we had that day. So going to the premises outdoor swimming pool seems like the logical thing to do upon arriving we found a great pool salt water chlorine and a beautiful Pahutakawa just waiting to burst into flower. Couldn’t put to put much wrong with this place I would guarantee it to friends thanks guys, great stay
Staff were super friendly. It was a good price for good accommodation, within walking distance from the beach, restaurants etc. Small things could have earned a full 5 star rating such as extra pillows as ours were a bit flat, having more toilet paper as 3 rolls single ply for 4 people on a 5 day trip didn’t cut it, but overall a good experience. The laundry was a bit dated so we ended up using the laundromat down the road, and we had no idea where the gym or restaurant was which would have been nice to have been informed of when we checked in.

I didn't look carefully when I booked it. In fact, it was the nature of b&b living in someone's home. I dreamed of returning to study. Paul is very enthusiastic and will send a lot of practical dry goods messages regularly before check-in. The room layout is very warm and the kitchen equipment is all available. Very good night.

GGuest UserWe spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations.
We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

Ssamuel eelExtended my stay again since my work delayed. But was also due to it being a plesant stay here !!
The owner of this place was very friendly. was a plesant stay here. Theres peace and quite here at night, maybe part of the keri keri specialty.
Enjoyed my stay here with the pool and laundry service provided (chargeable) but convenient to still have.
Room was impressive and spacious with good equipment provided and items needed.
Bed was really comfy as well.... will surely be back again !!!
AA.V.Lal20We stayed here for one night as a couple traveling down to Whangarei for an eye appointment. The location is absolutely excellent, and the eye clinic was conveniently just a short walk away from the motel. The on-site amenities were quite good, but unfortunately, the customer service was poor and the overall cleanliness of the place was only average. While the location is incredibly convenient for medical visits, the service and upkeep definitely need improvement.
GGuest UserThe most amazing place to be at. Thank you all loved the swim, rooms, bed amazing, breakfast amazing and receptionist amazing. Thank you Pahia for an amazing weather to.
We traveled up from Waipukurau for Paige Harley and Quin Belgrove wedding. Beautiful food.
RRUIThe scenery is good, there are more bugs in the room. The facilities are also basically close to the limit of needing renovation. However, it is very good to have such an supporting facility in the big countryside. The young lady at the front desk is also very good. In addition, if you want to use an outdoor heated swimming pool, it is best not to live in a single building. The area where the single house is located is too far to the pool, to drive around from outside.

GGuest UserSpacious, clean and comfortable room. Friendly people. Sliding door opens to lovely patio and nice grounds. I had to walk down the driveway at night and there was no lighting
