The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding (5/5), and the overall service exceeded my expectations (5/5). The amenities were also top-notch (5/5), providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. Most especially, all the staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional, which truly made the experience even more memorable. Strategically located in the city center and is also part of the mall building so everything that you need is just a few steps away from the hotel's lobby. It is near to restaurants outside the mall and also near to the pier area should you want a quick boat trip to Guimaras Island. Rooms are clean with all appliances functioning well. Hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. Very affordable room rates! We will be back again should we visit Iloilo City in the future! 😍

We had an excellent stay at Seda Atria Hotel! The General Manager was very helpful, and the entire management and staff were accommodating and always willing to assist with our needs. The service was excellent as always, and the food was great — they truly make your stay feel like home. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable, with easy access to restaurants, coffee shops, and pasalubong centers like Biscocho House. Just a few steps away, you can also enjoy local favorites such as Madge Coffee, Netong’s Batchoy, and Kap Ising’s Pancit Molo — perfect for an authentic Iloilo experience!

The staff were consistently friendly and attentive, making check ins and daily service smooth and hassle free. Rome are clean and well kept, with all the basic amenities you need for a comfortable stay. 5 star! and also so the Food so good!

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The location is perfect, with beautiful ocean views that made the whole experience very relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. I also really enjoyed both the outdoor pool and the sky pool — they were clean, well-maintained, and offered a fantastic atmosphere. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax during my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely love to come back.

I recently stayed at La Carmela de Boracay and had a wonderful experience! The location is absolutely perfect—right along White Beach, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful shoreline and stunning sunsets anytime. Everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and activities. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Housekeeping did a great job every day, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after spending time under the sun.

The room is very old, the equipment is very old, similar to the old guesthouses in China, the place is large, there is a swimming pool, the environment is good, the price-performance ratio is average, the breakfast is average, but it is close to the airport

My recent experience at Canyon Hotel was disappointing due to their inefficient and inconvenient check-in process. While I understand that the official check-in time is 3:00 PM, the way they handle early arrivals is very frustrating. I arrived at 12:30 PM, but instead of completing the check-in process once, my details were put on hold. When I returned at 3:00 PM, I was required to repeat the entire process all over again, including verification and checks that had already been done earlier. At 3:00 PM, there was a very long line, and what made it worse was that guests who arrived exactly at 3:00 PM were given their room keys immediately, while those of us who arrived earlier had to queue again from the beginning. This felt unfair and poorly organized. In the past, the system was much more comfortable and guest-friendly. Unfortunately, the current process is no longer convenient and negatively affects the overall guest experience. I hope the management improves their check-in procedure to better accommodate early arrivals and provide a smoother experience for all guests. Overall, this stay was not as pleasant as before.
