We had an amazing time during our stay. The room is comfy, the amenities can be easily used and accessed. Staff were accomodating and friendly. Special thanks to them in having us checked in an hour earlier! The other staff were polite. Location is superb, just a walk away from SM City iloilo. Breakfast buffet is 10/10. However, the room is not soundproof, we can hear the sounds coming from the bar, the sound from vehicles, and the noisy room guests across our room running, and non stop going in and out of the room, laughing til 4am. The staff haven't monitored the several guests going in and out of the room. Please hopefully resolve this because I love your hotel and want to stay again in my next trip.

The hotel is old but very clean, they love cleaning our room😂 Its very alive during night time but the noise is tolerable, comfortable bed, and a lot of restaurant and coffee area nearby. It is also walking distance to SM, Sam 21, nice place

Covenience, comfort, quality service could have been perfect if there is a pool. Check in and check out is quick and smooth. Food is really good. The place is more worth than what you pay. The location is very convenient as there's restaurants, cafe, atms nearby. Walking distance from Mcdonalds. The room is clean and kept tidy with complete, toilettries. I love the sleepers and just like any Seda hotels their service is excellent! And if theres something i want to recommend to the management is to check the slightest trouble with water pressure.

The hotel is very pleasing and worth every pero. We enjoyed our stay over all including its access to the beach and the availability of other activities. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are top of the line. Clean and very presentable. The foods are delicious and nicely prepared.

The location is great, but the overall stay could be better. Firstly, in our room it says ”two full beds”, but it's not full, as 2 people can hardly sleep together on one bed. Also we didn't like the rule about the sunbeds, that people came to the beach at 6-7 am, put the towel and then left for many hours, and the sunbeds will be ”reserved” for them. At some point, there were no available sunbeds with no people on occupied ones. Staff is helpful, they're trying to solve everything, but in the end, some rules have to be changed in order to improve the service. Also, for the cleaning, you need to request every time for it, and if you didn't request, there will be no cleaning. Seaside restaurant and bar sofas are good, but also can be reserved with no people sitting there.

If you're on a strict budget and not too particular about amenities, I would highly recommend this place. Just cross the street and you're already at a great beach spot. Everyone was nice, friendly, and accommodating. The food options could be improved, though — there are only four choices for the free breakfast (you can order from the full menu for an additional cost). If I had to be picky about one thing, it would be the shortage of beach towels. Even when we requested them first thing in the morning, they would still run out.

The Worst Hotel Experience I Have Ever Had I have stayed in countless hotels and resorts around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. Our company booked six rooms for a team-building trip. Since our staff were arriving at different times, we registered five different employee names so each person could check in when they arrived. However, when we arrived at the resort, the staff said that all six rooms were somehow registered under the first name from Room 1, and they refused to let anyone check in unless that specific person arrived first. This made absolutely no sense. The person who paid for the booking was present, and we clearly showed the Trip.com app, the official voucher, and the names of all employees staying in the rooms. Despite all of this, the staff repeatedly said check-in was impossible. What makes this even worse is that there was absolutely no notice anywhere saying that the first guest must arrive before anyone else can check in. Instead of helping us solve the problem, the staff simply told us to wait in the lobby indefinitely with no solution. I have lived in the Philippines for many years and have stayed many times at resorts in Bohol and Boracay, including several Henann Resorts. I have also traveled to many countries. However, I have never experienced such rigid, unhelpful, and unprofessional service. To make matters worse, no manager came out to assist us, even after we asked multiple times. For a resort that claims to offer quality hospitality, this level of service is completely unacceptable and honestly below even a one-star standard. This experience was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I would strongly recommend future guests double-check their booking policies before staying here.

Great Resort. Highly recommended. It is located infront of the beach, right in the middle of Boracay. Manager and staff are very accomodating. Breakfast is great. You also feel sale inside the resort. The pool is also a nice place to hang out with the family. We will definitely come back â™„ïžđŸ™đŸ»

Fairways and Bluewater is more than a hotel. It is like a community - it has its own golf course, tennis courts, lake, clubhouse, bar, restaurants and its private beach. It also has its welcome center which is separated from the busy jetty port going to the island which is really convenient. The rooms are clean and equipped with your basic hotel needs. Hot shower is available and there is also a minibar in the room. We were able to request for a flat iron and ironing board too. They have a lot of staffs who are friendly and acommodating. The hotel is located though at the far-end of Boracay island. Far from the main white beach in stations 1-3, but near to the newcoast beach. Inside the hotel, there are free shuttles available 24 hours to take you to the different places in the hotel, and there is a free shuttle to Dmall as well three times a day. It was a great deal - will definitely book this again.

We had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay Newcoast and truly enjoyed every part of our experience. Our room was very comfortable, spotless, and well maintained. The cleanliness of the entire hotel really stood out — everything felt fresh, organized, and cared for. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety and high quality; it was something we genuinely looked forward to each morning. What made our stay even more special was the kindness and professionalism of the staff. Jian, who helped arrange our transportation between the hotel and the mall, was incredibly kind, helpful, and reliable. His assistance made getting around easy and stress-free. At Savoy CafĂ©, we were warmly taken care of all staff members especially by Helen, Andrea and Cheky. All were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always made us feel comfortable and well looked after. A very special thank you goes to Acy from housekeeping. She was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. We were pleasantly surprised when she decorated our room with heart-shaped blankets, which was such a sweet and personal touch. She also kindly provided us with rubber gloves when we needed them — a small detail that showed great care and attentiveness. Overall, Savoy Hotel exceeded our expectations with its comfort, cleanliness, delicious food, and genuinely kind staff. We felt very well taken care of and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

We love the intimate, pristine white sand beach and the infinity pool with a stunning view of the sunset. Spacious, clean, modern and luxurious suite is impressive. My daughter loves the bath tub. She is also very happy with the complimentary crimson hat, tote bag and slippers. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and yummy pastries. Thank you Crimson for the excellent customer service and professionalism of the staff especially in the Welcome Lounge. Truly welcoming with free refreshments such as coffee and cookies. Minor improvement I think is the shuttle service going to D’mall. Reservation is better than the first come first served basis. Taking care of the guests will make the stay perfect without worrying if we can go back safely at the resort.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional, and every staff member was caring and incredibly friendly. We especially appreciated the beach staff and the excellent service they provided. The breakfasts, although not huge, offered a great selection and were just perfect for us. The rooms were always clean, with no reminders needed. There were also fun activities for the kids, which was a nice touch. A special thank you to Ben, who took great care of us. We also loved the small thoughtful touches the hotel provided, such as the beach bags and the Christmas tree photo opportunity—both of which were free and created wonderful memories for us. I also want to highlight the fantastic work of the staff at the beach and by the pools. Ben, in particular, made a great impression by remembering the names of my children and frequently addressing them personally. Additionally, the ice cream and popcorn offered to both kids and adults was a lovely gesture that we truly enjoyed. We had a wonderful time and will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends. I’m sure we will be back again.
