My second time here. What an amazing stay. Clean and spotless rooms. The view from room is very good and gives a relaxing vibe. Seamless checkin and staff are very friendly. The breakfast needs special mention here. Starting from local cuisines to western food, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Don’t miss this place if you are in Udon Thani

The staycation is awesome for the first time here. It’s very near to night market or walking street Udon. Also near Central Udon and Nong Prajak where’s the Yellow duck there! Hopefully. Who needs nice hotel. It’s here for your privacy time and priorities.

I personal love Civilize hotel. Staff is extremely professional and courteous. Rooms are well cleaned and fairly spacious. Breakfast is quite good with plenty of selection. Bar is a tad pricey on some drinks but service is quite good, plus you can order appetizers and some dishes from kitchen. Overall probably my favorite hotel to stay thus far in Udon Thani

It was not our first time to stay in this hotel. Their staff is very friendly and well trained. The room is very clean and Quiet at night considering as the area surrounding with bars and loudly music. The location is convenient to get around by walking to Central plaza, UD market, train station and bus station as well. We will deeply considering to comeback if we are traveling to Udon Thani nearly future.

First the good. The staff was friendly the rooms were large and the beds were comfortable. Now the bad. I wouldn't call this a 4 star hotel, more like a 2.5 star hotel. Its a very old hotel. They didn't have outlets to plug your phone in on each side of the bed, only on one side. So my wife could plug hers in, but mine I had to plug in across the room. So if I woke up and wanted to know what time it was, I had to get out of bed and walk across the room to find out. There was a stale odor as if someone had smoked in the room before and the cleaning didn't remove it, even though we asked for a non smoking room. They only have one size of pillow, those big huge ones. I have a bad neck so I need to sleep on flat pillows. Twice we requested flat pillows, something even 2 star hotels I have stayed in have. One time they brought me two pillows in one that were rock hard and no good. The second time we asked they brought the same pillows we already had. So my sleep suffered for this. The hot water was scolding hot if you turned it on more than one cm of a turn. I almost burn myself getting in the first time. We were supposed to receive a free breakfast, but when we asked, it was only breakfast for one person and the other had to pay. So we opted to give our money to a local breakfast place outside the hotel instead. That was very disappointing as my wife is pregnant and likes to eat right when we wake up. Instead we had to shower and drive around for a while before we could find something. They should state that the free breakfast isnt for a couple but for a single person. We probably would have booked another hotel if we knew it was like this as every other hotel I have stayed has given breakfast for a couple, and they were not even four star. My wife and I got married while we were there. When we came back to the hotel, we saw the GM standing at the front desk doing some paperwork. We know he was the GM as he had been waiting at the door waiting to host some policeman/military man in the foyer. We took some photos in the hotel, and when we walked by the front desk where he was now standing, he glanced up and didn't even give us any congratulations or anything, just went back to what he was writing. My friend back in Canada is GM of two hotels and I know if that was him, he would have made a big deal out of it, or at the very least given a heart felt congratulations. But this GM, did nothing. Bottom line, I would not stay at this old hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.

It is an old building, but the interior has been renovated. Breakfast is included in the room rate, so the room rate is cheap. There is some noise from outside vehicles because it is on the main street. However, I often stay here.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making check-in a breeze. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered an amazing view. Housekeeping did an exceptional job each day, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the room, from complimentary water to quality toiletries. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and the in-room amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel’s location was perfect—close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the relaxing ambiance throughout the property. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of fresh options, and the dining area was always clean and well-organized.

FFrequent Traveller2A great location. Unfortunately it is pretty run down. At the pool there are floor boards broken, Some bits of board missing. The glass wall has a very sharp piece of jagged metal running underneath its whole length. It has corroded out and not been replaced. A real danger to anyone who swims across to take a look through if they sim across and slam or even put their hands on to the top of the wall. The deck chairs are also missing a heap of slats and have mouldy foam as the vinyl covers have long gone. The gym was also really run down. The floor foam is so old it covered you in blue bits of perished ”dust” as it disintegrated on contact. The wifi is unreliable, with only one of to bring able to use it at a time. Half the time 1 of us was locked out. Amen I reported it the girl unhelpfully repeated I have to log back in every time we are kicked out. At times that was about 30 seconds of access then it dropped out and we had no wifi. We had our set to automatically log us back in, which made little difference because it would then just kick us out again. We got down to breakfast at 8 one mooring and were told half of the got food was finished a they had run out. That was a bit poor. But otherwise most of the staff were really friendly and helpful, and our room was clean. And it was a great location to go and view the lake, museum and ducks.

그 바람속으로In Udon Thani, the Centara hotel is at the top of the list. What is the status of the Pannarai hotel among the countless hotels in this small provincial city? At least it seems to still show the experience and effort to become the best hotel, even if it is not number one. In particular, the friendly hotel staff who treat customers with sincerity and are dedicated to their work are impressive. This attitude of the staff has formed the basis of the hotel's long-accumulated reputation. If I had to pick one thing that was disappointing while staying in the room, it would be that there was no bathtub in the bathroom. Other than that, I can guarantee that this is a great value for money accommodation. Needless to say, it is the perfect location and has a nightlife. When I sat in the lobby of this hotel and looked out at the blazing Thai sun, I suddenly felt the exotic feeling I had experienced at a hotel in Casablanca, Morocco. Although each guest may have a different review of the hotel, the pannarai hotel was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at while traveling in Isan province. Isn't this the reason why you travel to the countryside to experience the sensibility of a small town?

GGuest UserWe loved every moment of our stay at Changthai Comfort Guest House. I can’t recommend it enough. From a delicious breakfast and dinner overlooking the lake, to drinking Chang by the pool in the afternoon sun, my brothers and I were very well taken care of and the staff were so lovely. Escaping the city, you can really relax here, and town is just a taxi away. The rooms are clean, large and overlook beautiful gardens and pool. We have family in Udon Thani so we will be back!!
