The room is spacious and I got the room looking out at the clock tower. The car park is confusing actually. Service: the staff were friendly and supportive, but I expect a bit more professionalism to improve the experience. For example, when I booked the room, I was with my partner so I booked the room for 2. Afterwards he had to leave for a different place so eventually I stayed alone. I still don’t know what puzzled the girl at the reception as she asked for his ID card and I said no, he was leaving, I’d stay alone. Then she told me that I booked and paid the room for 2 people, yes, then what? The communication was not clear, I couldn’t understand if she was trying to tell me to change the room or not. My partner sent me off at the elevator and that was it. Amenities: great, well equipped as a standard Hilton Garden inn would be. The AC didn’t work well (or I didn’t know how to use it), and the fridge was warm so I couldn’t put anything in. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t a big deal.

Doğal havuz suyunun çok soğuk ve çok fazla hijyenik olduğunu düşünmüyorum. Otel içerisinde okey tavla gibi olanaklar mevcut at binme aktivitesinin alanı çocuklara uygun yetişkinler için değil. Biz dome çadırlarda kaldık oda içerisindeki olanaklar yeterliydi, ancak çadırda kalmayı düşünüyorsanız havasız bir odada kalmayı göze almalısınız çadırlara yapılan küçük delikler içeride hava sirkülasyonunu sağlamıyor ya da kapınız açık uyumayı tercih etmelisiniz veya ahşap evlerde kalmak daha mantıklı olacaktır. Bir daha gidersem kesinlikle yiyecek ve içeceği kendim tedarik ederek ve başka bir konaklama şekli tercih ederek sadece havası için kalabalık bir arkadaş grubu ile giderim. Alanda hiçbir şekilde börtü böcek yok bu beni çok mutlu etti ilaç almama rağmen hiçbir şekilde kullanmadım. Kahvaltı çeşitleri yeterliydi ancak son sabah bazı ürünlerde(börekte) küf ve örümcek ağı tarzı bir şey görene kadar. Akşam yemekleri için kesinlikle orada yiyecek bir şey bulabileceğinizi sanmıyorum menüleri çok kısıtlı dışarıda başka bir tesiste yiyebilirsiniz biz öyle yaptık.son olarak tesis içerisinde tütün mamüllerinin satışı memnuniyet getirdi.

Stayed here second time, because we loved the hotel, the location and convenience of it. The front desk staff changed this year, and we were unsatisfied with the attitude of the old guy at the front desk with a moustache. We don’t remember the name. His way of talking to the returning customers is not tolerable according to my experience. He has a way of looking down. Apart from the one single staff, we had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast is plenty. One additional note, it seemed like they started to offer the hotel parking lot to not staying guests. So it is overparked.

Great place right off the main street of Ayvalik. There was some confusion with the booking, I thought I have booked the pink room and the owner gave us an upgrade to the other room which he had available which was nicer and bigger. Delicious breakfast and super nice owner. Doesn’t speak English but goes way and beyond to help you out - and as everyone uses google translate, so you won’t have problem understanding each other.

Great location a short walk to the main town. Breakfast was great every morning. Lots of stairs to get to the rooms

Location right in the center of everything, close to the sea harbor. A bit noisy at night, but you are going to be a part of this activity.

Otel isletme sahibi Sevgili Yusuf dunya iyisi Cok saygili ve efendi biri, Anlayisli ve yardim sever. Annesiyle birlikte calisiyorlar Cok tatli insanlar. Biz evimiz gibi hissettik orda kaldigimiz surece. Babalariylada Tanistik hepsi Cok iyi insanlar iyiki tanimisiz boyle guzel insanlari. Cok konuda bilgilendirdiler bizide. Otelin konumu merkezi, candeye 20-25 adim. Banyo Cok kucuk olsada idare edilebilinir. Simdiye kadar kaldigim pansiyon tarzi Hatta 3 yildizli oteller dahil, en rahat ve deliksiz uyudugum yataklar ve yastiklar bu oteldeydi! Hatta Anneme soyledim; farkettinmi yatak yorgan ve yastiklar Cok rahat ve iyi uyudum diye. O’da Evet bende farkettim dedi. Ayrica bol cesitli kahvaltilari harika omletleri cay ve kahveleri de Cok iyiydi. Fiatlari makul. Yusufa, babasi Adnan beye, ve Annelerine de Cok Cok tesekkur ediyorum. В комплексе есть первая к морю линия и вторая. На первой линии закрытая беседка с мягкими подушками на мебели, качели с мягкими подушками, мангал для дров. Мы жили на второй линии. Мягких подушек не было. Утром мы увидели, что они в комнате. Почему не подготовить и не разложить их для комфорта гостей? На качели подушки так и не нашли. Не смотря на размеры кухни, в ней нет ничего. Ни плитки, ни микроволновки, ни духовки. Да бог с ними. Посуды и приборов не было никаких! То есть ни одной тарелки, вилки, ложки и бокала. Можно догадаться и все это попросить. Но я не хочу этого делать. Все должно быть предоставлено. В доме холодно. 6 января. Есть кондиционер. Но когда его включаешь, на втором этаже спать из за жары невозможно, а на первом все еще холодно. Не могла утром помыть голову из-за отсутствия горячей воды. И дикий холод в ванной. Как все пишут, запах канализации. Все это при стоимости дома около 160 долларов. Отель не мог быть построен в 2024 году, как пишут. Или все так устарело за год? Фото прилагаю. Я ждала утра, чтоб позавтракать и уехать.
