Hotels With Breakfast in Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam

We stayed for 3 nights and really loved this place. Staff members were extremely kind and helpful. Food was great in both the breakfast hall and the Italian restaurant. However, there are a few things we want to point out. First of all, the indoor swimming pool water was really filthy. That really needs to be improved. Furthermore, the sauna and steam room area was not properly attended to. Towels were piled and hair was everywhere on the floor in sauna area. The Jacuzzi water was not hot enough. Also the steam room and dry sauna were not hot enough. In addtion, the balcony in our room was terribly dirty. We tried to clean it ourselves but gave up because it was not possible to clean them with just tissue paper. Staff did however send someone to wash the balcony table, chairs, floors and rails and we are grateful for that. Despite some drawbacks, we really enjoyed out stay. Overall this is a really lovely hotel and as already stated, the staff are wonderful.

Very good quality hotel. Clean and comparable to a decent 5-star hotel chain. Excellent amenities including sky bar, rooftop pool, spa, gym. Breakfast was also very good. Staff were helpful throughout. Bai Chay is a good location for booking a sightseeing cruise to the HaLong Bay islands as the boat harbour is close by. There are many restaurants and local shops adjacent to the hotel, although not much regards western-type restaurants or bars. Overall great value for the price 👍

Really good experience. We got upgraded to honeymoon suite which was amazing. We actually extended our stay but the second night had one of the suites which wasn’t as spacious or clean. But the excursions and the views were just out of this world. Highly recommend doing the 3D2N as you can go to one of the local villages on cat ba island and cycle around. The staff were friendly especially Jannie. She spoke the best English.

Wonderful 2 nights stay at the DelaSea hotel. What I enjoyed most was the staff as they were all so caring and helpful. Highly professional. From the reception with Hoa taking special care of me not to mention ”Alice” and the others. Same at the restaurant. From the manager to the supervisors to the staff. I can't name them all here but they made my stay very special. Food was really good. Staff attention was ”phenomenal”. The room was great (I got one on the top floors facing the bay) and despite being a very noise sensitive person I slept very well. No loud music noise (it was on a weekend early November). The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioner was not noisy though very efficient. Good shower. I did not use the swimming pool but it looked great. By the way I was told that taking photos from the bay at sunset from the swimming pool is ”the thing to do” :) I can only praise the staff and the management for the wonderful hospitality even when super busy with big groups (which was the case during my stay). Based on my personal experience I definitely highly recommend the DelaSea hotel and it will be my choice next time I am in Ha Long.

This hotel is amazing!My room had a stunning view, a pool on the roof, which my children loved, and an even better view. The staff was very welcoming, I can say that they do everything to make it happen to keep the client happy.I want to mention the man at the reception by name Trun Duc Trong. I am definitely glad that I chose this hotel and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. It is a 15 minute walk to the sea, there are no people on the beach, it is just paradise. I spent a long time choosing between hotels, and chose this one based on the price, I decided that I would rather spend more on entertainment than on a hotel. And I am simply delighted that for such an inexpensive the price, the hotel is simply 5 stars.I am sure that if you diversify your breakfast menu to a more varied one, you will become even better.

Decent cruise, amazing mega yacht in immaculate and clean condition. Staff were extremely good! Wifi was terrible and non existent Food options could be improved, wouldn’t say it is 5 star quality food.

Overall a nice weekend outing from Hanoi. Standard twin rooms didn’t have bath tubs, just a shower without any doors or partitions from the changing areas, so it was a bit chilly taking showers in winter time. The rooms are facing the field with a thick wooden sliding doors ( for standard room, 1st floor), which made the room very dark even during daytime. It might have been so much better if there were glass doors for both the shower room & balcony, but that’s the design of your preference, so avoid first floor if you want to stay in brighter rooms. We booked for 4adults (2rooms), inquired the hotel directly via email for a transport back to Hanoi before our trip, and we only got a quotation for 3pax. A bit weird answer for a “5-star” hotel, isn’t it? Therefore, we decided to book our own transport instead.

Last minute booking. Hotel and staff were great. We had an ocean view room, some noise from what seemed to be a karaoke bar nearby but we still slept well

I highly recommend staying at the InterContinental Halong Bay. Having stayed at many hotels in Vietnam, the breakfast at the InterContinental Halong Bay is the best. The selection is incredibly varied and plentiful, and you can eat until 10:30. The new hotel is beautifully designed and thoughtfully planned, making every spot a perfect place for photo ops. There's also a children's playroom and water slide, perfect for taking the kids. My daughter had a blast. The service from every staff member in the restaurant was excellent. The caramel sea salt coffee was amazing; I had three. Tan Tran was especially helpful. (The company was offering a raise, so she even brought me a special coffee, which was equally delicious.) She was also very attentive to my daughter, and it was such a heartwarming experience. 😍 Thank you to every welcoming staff member. 🙏 We had a wonderful experience. My daughter said she'd stay here again.

I booked a large family room but I didn't expect it to be so spacious😅 the bathroom is also super spacious, the m room has a hot tub! Muong Thanh is my priority when staying at any tourist destination. Although this facility is farther from Sun Square than the other facilities, the room is spacious and I feel very comfortable, not too far.
