I had a wonderful stay — the rooms were spotless, the staff attentive, and every detail made me feel welcome. The atmosphere was relaxing, with excellent service, delicious food, and top-notch amenities.

I have stayed twice at the Nine and both times have been good experiences. The rooms are modern and clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are missing a mini bar and toiletries which would have been nice to have.

I love this hotel. It's newly opened and very clean. The beds and bedding are incredibly comfortable. The service is exceptional, and they'll help you call a taxi and negotiate prices. Everyone is incredibly friendly. We stayed there for eight nights, on and off, and it was a fantastic experience. It's very close to the airport (20 RMB), the Blue and White Town and the ruins of Carthage (20 RMB), and a 10-minute walk from the Medina. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the sea, lake view and surrounding environment are well received by guests, suitable for leisure and vacation. Cost-effective 3: In the same price hotel, the room size is large, the supporting facilities are complete, the breakfast is rich, and the overall price is high. Staff were friendly and helpful in solving problems and provided a good stay.

It's just so-so, it can't be compared with the ones in China. The bathroom facilities are too old. The chairs are broken, the light switches are broken. The service is also bad. You have to wait until 2pm to check in. If you want to check in in the morning, you have to pay half a day extra, so every morning the lobby is full of people waiting to check in. I stayed for 4 days and was only given a bottle of water. I was not allowed to bring in the drinks I bought myself. I put them in my schoolbag the next day and brought them in. I'm still a little speechless.

Beautiful hotel. Single room a little too small. Really accurate and precise service with towel change in the evening and room check. Only negative note they didn't call me for the wake up call even though I recommended it... I hope next time they give me a bigger room 😀

One of the best hotels I've ever been to in Tunisia! Clean, tidy, good service. Marvelous breakfast. I just recommend it to everybody!
