The location is a bit remote, but it doesn't make much difference if you're driving. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are relatively old, and the breakfast is relatively simple. Overall, it's a good experience.

The location is very good, next to the station (bus and train station), opposite the State Capitol, you can visit freely. Breakfast is average, highly recommended to go to a restaurant called ”Cajun Seafood” for seafood. Cheap and delicious.

For example there was not toilet brush, and not foucet with flexible tube. We could not use the wifi and the man in the reception gave us a phone no to ask them how to solve the problem instead of doing it himself. Poor service ”by Hilton”

The room was great! Suitable for two adults and two children! It’s also convenient to check out nearby ski resorts! Good choice! Next time I go skiing for a short time, I will come again! The staff are also very nice! Breakfast is enough! A nice experience.

Hotel location is good, there is a Target supermarket next to it, free parking is also very convenient. The room is very clean and simple, breakfast is full buffet, not many varieties but can be full~

Always quick to address any concerns or questions. +Cleaning staff came daily unless asked otherwise, keep rooms very clean and tidy. +Close to downtown area - around five minutes driving, around 15 minutes walking - with lots of parking space available. +Free breakfast in the morning! +Good, strong WiFi connection available - very briefly lost Internet once in two weeks. +Dog-friendly with reasonable rates! Hotel, as a whole, seemed dated as others have said. My partner and I made many a joke to it looking like The Shining. We didn't mind, but something to note. The free breakfast had a limited selection. Don't expect full buffets, just something to get you through the morning 'til lunch. We didn't get the chance to use the facilities (laundry, gym), but they were offered. -The beds were hard and were uncomfortable to us. We needed to purchase a foam mattress to make sleep more bearable, as our hips and backs started to hurt after the first two nights. -The elevators broke down more than a few times during our stay. Thankfully they worked on check-out day, otherwise we would have been in trouble! OVERALL: For the price and location, we were very happy with our stay! Love the staff, attentiveness and consistency. Just wished they had better beds and less temperamental elevators. Even with the dated appearance, if you need a place to stay, this place does the job for a price that won't burn your wallet. We recommend!

The surrounding area is quite convenient and the environment is good, but it is a little far away from New Haven. If you drive, it is still very convenient. It is near the roadside and the shops are convenient for everything.

Very good value for money, beyond expectations

Plenty of parking space available at this place. Will consider to stay at this hotel again next time.
