🚢 Hong Kong → Macau by ferry (the most convenient)

The ferry is truly the simplest and most popular way to travel for both tourists and locals alike! You'll find two main companies sharing the market: TurboJet (the most well-known, naturally!) and Cotai Water Jet.

The boats are modern and air-conditioned, with comfortable reclining seats. Best of all, departures are fairly frequent—every 15–30 minutes during the day!

Where does it depart from and where does it arrive?

From Hong Kong, you have 3 main options:

  • Sheung Wan (Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal) - It's the city's main terminal!
    • Just above Sheung Wan MTR Station (Exit D);
    • The most convenient if you're on Hong Kong Island;
    • Restaurants and boutiques inside to pass the time while you wait.
🚢 Book your official Cotai Water Jet ticket from Hong Kong Sheung Wan to Macau Taipa today from just £16.21.
  • Tsim Sha Tsui (China Ferry Terminal, Kowloon)
    • Handy if you're staying on the Kowloon side;
    • A 10-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR;
    • Often less crowded than Sheung Wan.
  • Hong Kong Airport (SkyPier)
    • Perfect if you're in transit without going through HK immigration!
    • You head straight from your flight to the ferry to Macau;
    • Huge time-saver.

In Macau, two terminals are available:

  • Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal: in the historic centre, near the Ruins of St. Paul’s
  • Taipa Ferry Terminal: closer to Cotai and the mega-casinos (Venetian, Galaxy...)

Macau Terminal

Duration from Sheung Wan

Nearby

Outer Harbour

55-60 min

Historic Centre, Senado Square

Taipa

60-70 min

Cotai Strip, giant casinos

How much does it cost?

Prices vary depending on the class, departure time, and selected day:

Destination

Economy (Day)

Economy (Night)

Super Class

Outer Harbour

~£17–£19

~£22–£23

~£30–£33

Taipa

~£17–£21

~£22–£25

~£32–£34

However, realistically, Economy Class is more than enough for a one-hour journey! Super Class offers wider seats and a VIP lounge at boarding, but for just 55 minutes, it can quickly get expensive!

Opening times

When it comes to schedules, it’s super handy: ferries run almost 24/7!

  • Daytime (07:00–23:00): departures every 15–30 minutes, depending on demand
  • At night (23:00-07:00): about every hour

Heads up for weekends: ferries are often fully booked, especially for Macau → HK returns on Sunday evenings!

📌 Trip.com tip: Book your tickets online in advance on Trip.com, especially for weekends and Chinese public holidays (Golden Week, Chinese New Year…).

How does boarding work?

Where to buy tickets:

  • Online (recommended!): on the company's official websites or on Trip.com;
  • Vending machines at the terminals;
  • Ticket counters (but the queue can be long).

The procedure:

  • Arrive 30-45 minutes early (immigration + security checks);
  • Hong Kong Exit Immigration (just have your passport and ticket ready to show);
  • Airport-style security screening (no liquids >100ml);
  • Boarding with an assigned seat number;
  • Smooth crossing (55 mins, free Wi‑Fi on some ferries);
  • Arriving in Macau: immigration on arrival (fill in the card in advance!)

📌Required documents: a passport is a must! Good news: most nationalities (French, Belgian, Swiss, Canadian...) do NOT need a visa for Macau for 30-90 days, depending on your passport. Be sure to check before you travel!

🚌 Hong Kong → Macau by bus via the bridge (the cheapest)

Hong Kong to Macao by bus via the bridge

The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge, opened in 2018, is a real engineering achievement. At 34 miles (55 km) long, including a 4-mile (6.7 km) underwater tunnel, it is the longest sea bridge in the world. Crossing the bridge is an experience in itself, and it is also by far the cheapest way to travel between Hong Kong and Macau.

How does it work in practice?

The bus journey is done in several steps:

  1. Travel to the Hong Kong Port (HKBCF) near the airport
  2. Go through Hong Kong exit immigration (around 15–30 minutes)
  3. Buy a Golden Bus ticket (£7 / 65 HKD)
  4. Cross the bridge in 40–45 minutes
  5. Arrive at the Macau Port and pass entry immigration (15–30 minutes)
  6. Take a free casino shuttle bus to reach your final destination

The total transport duration

⚠️ You’ll often hear "40 minutes" for the journey, but the reality is quite different. Yep, that’s only the time on the bridge! Expect more like:

  • Transport to Hong Kong Port: 30-60 min
  • HK exit immigration: 15–30 minutes
  • HZMB Bridge: 40-45 min
  • Immigration on arrival in Macau: 15–30 min
  • Transport from Macau Port to destination: 15-30 min

How long should you allow? Around 2 hours 30 to 3 hours 30, compared to 1 hour 15 by ferry. It’s longer, but you’ll save 60%!

How to book your bus ticket to Macau

  • The budget option: Take a bus or taxi to Hong Kong Port (around 100–150 HKD), then buy a Golden Bus ticket on the spot for 65 HKD. The total cost is about 150 HKD, which is roughly £16.
  • The comfort option: Book a package with hotel pick-up. Prices usually range from 120 to 160 HKD, around £13–£17.

Golden Bus services run 24 hours a day, with departures every 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the time. You can pay with HKD cash, an Octopus card, or a bank card.

📌 Our tip: If you are short on time, taking the ferry may be faster. If you want to save money and enjoy the bridge experience, the bus is a great choice, especially if you are travelling light.

🚕 Hong Kong → Macau by cross-border taxi

A cross-border taxi is a flexible and convenient choice, especially if you’re travelling with others or carrying luggage. Just note that not all Hong Kong taxis can go to Macau. Only taxis with a special cross-border permit are allowed to cross the HZMB Bridge.

How to get a cross-border taxi

You have two main options:

From Hong Kong Port (HKBCF)

  • Use the dedicated cross-border taxi rank outside the terminal
  • This is the easiest and safest option
  • Fixed price on display: around HKD 250–350 (£26–£39) to Macau

Book via hotel or app

  • Ask your hotel to arrange a cross-border taxi
  • Apps like HKTaxi may work, but not all drivers accept cross-border trips
  • Price: around HKD 300–400 (£33–£43), depending on where you start

Journey time & cost

Journey

Approximate price

Hong Kong Port → Macau Port

HKD 250–300 (£26–£33)

HK City Centre → Macau City Centre

1 hr-1 hr 30 min

HKD 350–450 (£39–£50)

Key things to know

  • You must get out of the taxi at both immigration checkpoints with your passport
  • The driver waits for you on the other side (included in the fare)
  • Payment is usually HKD cash or card, depending on the driver
  • Look for a special permit sticker on the windscreen (red or green taxis)

📌 Trip.com tip: Taxis work well for groups of 3–4 as you can split the cost. If you’re travelling alone, the ferry is usually cheaper.

🚗 Hong Kong → Macau by private car (the most comfortable)

If you’re travelling with family, with elderly people, children or loads of luggage, a private car is the height of comfort! Door-to-door service, no need to lug your suitcases — hop in at your hotel and step out at your hotel in Macau. Simple!

Available services

Private transfers generally include:

  • Pick-up from your hotel/airport in Hong Kong;
  • Comfortable vehicle (4-seater saloon or 7-seater van);
  • Professional chauffeur with a cross-border licence;
  • Immigration assistance;
  • Drop-off at your hotel in Macau.

📌 Who is it for? Families with children, groups of friends who want comfort, travellers with lots of luggage, older travellers, or if you simply want to avoid the stress of public transport.

🚙 Hong Kong → Macau by hire car

Renting a car to get from Hong Kong to Macau is possible, but it’s almost certainly the most complicated option! You’ll need a special licence, specific documents, and the rules are quite strict. Still, if you really want to drive yourself, here’s how:

Requirements

To drive a rental car from Hong Kong to Macau, you'll need:

  • A Chinese driving licence or a temporary Chinese driving licence
    • Your international permit is NOT enough;
    • You'll need to apply for a temporary permit (valid for 3 months to 1 year);
    • Required documents: passport, foreign driving licence, certified translation, ID photo.
  • A car with an HK-Macau cross-border permit
    • Not all hire cars are allowed to cross the border;
    • You must specifically rent a vehicle authorised for cross-border travel;
    • The car must have dual number plates (HK + Mainland).
  • Cross-border insurance
    • Special insurance covering Hong Kong and Macau;
    • Generally an extra HKD 200-300 per day.

How to get the temporary permit

You can submit your application to the local Chinese authorities with:

  • Valid passport;
  • Original foreign driving licence;
  • Certified Chinese translation of your licence;
  • Recent passport photo;

Notice period: at least 1 working day in advance.

Tips: China has mutual driving licence recognition agreements with France, Belgium, Serbia and the United Arab Emirates. If you hold a licence from one of these countries, the process is simpler.

The Trip.com Recommendation

Hiring a car just to go to Macau basically makes things more complicated… for not much gain. The formalities are cumbersome, it’s relatively pricey, and once you’re in Macau you won’t really need one (the island is small and the casino shuttles are free).

This could be interesting if:

  • You're heading out on a road trip HK → Macau → Zhuhai → other cities in Guangdong;
  • You're staying for several days and want to explore the area;
  • There are several of you to split the costs.

Booked the family room with an adjoining kids' room. The room was quite spacious, and the night view of the Macau Tower from the sea-facing window was beautiful. They even gave us three delicious egg tarts! The only downside is that it's a bit out of the way, and the uphill walk can be tiring. However, there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

This hotel is located in the heart of the bustling commercial district, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The trendy, artistic decor is very unique, and the guest rooms are spacious and clean, equipped with all the latest smart technology. The bedding is soft, and the bathroom amenities are top-notch. The common areas include a pool and a gym, which are really practical. My only minor complaint is that the lower floors facing the street can be a bit noisy; higher floors offer a better experience. The front desk staff is very responsive, and overall, it offers great value for money, perfect for young travelers on a short stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. This is my second stay here. It's within walking distance to attractions like the Ruins of St. Paul's, Monte Fort, the Macau Museum, and Senado Square. Downstairs, there's a bus stop, restaurants, and convenience stores. You can also take a direct bus to Taipa Village. The hotel provides power outlets compatible with mainland Chinese standards. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the chia seed pudding is particularly delicious.

We first visited when my son was very young, and he absolutely loved their Q Cube and Water World. Now that my daughter is older, we decided to come back for another stay. Although there was a line at check-in, it moved very quickly, and we were attended to in no time. Zoe was also very efficient with the check-in process and was incredibly nice. Even though our room wasn't ready yet, we just went out for a walk and had a meal, and it was ready by the time we got back. The room with bunk beds is perfect for families with two kids; everyone gets their own space. There were even little gifts in the room, which the kids absolutely adored!

Also, special thanks to Zhao Manyu for patiently answering all my questions and helping me out when I needed it. Since I was traveling with seniors and children, she even allowed me a late checkout, which was a huge plus. The experience was wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!

First of all, a big thank you for the complimentary upgrade to two 1.5-meter beds. We were traveling with our kids to Macau for the summer holiday, and they slept really well. Although the hotel is a bit older, its location is excellent, just a 15-minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. The kids had such a great time that they're already saying they want to come back next year and stay at this hotel again!

First time staying at this hotel! I'd passed by it before and thought it looked nice, so I took the opportunity to experience it this time! As soon as we entered the lobby, the front desk staff at check-in were very enthusiastic! They even upgraded our room! We were so touched! The room was great and very quiet! The sea view was private yet open. We originally booked without breakfast, but my family suggested we eat breakfast before heading back, so we bought two breakfast buffets at the lobby service desk. There were so many food choices, and the taste was excellent! A really good experience 👍 Hope to come again next time ☺️

The hotel's location is great, with plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets nearby on the ground floor. The only downside was the poor pricing on Trip.com. I had to cancel my reservation due to a change in plans, and Trip.com immediately charged me a 100 cancellation fee! When I asked the hotel front desk, they said I could check in or cancel without any issues. Soon after, I received calls from two customer service agents. The female agent was helpful and offered solutions, but the male agent was rude, saying, 'This is a fee charged by the agent; I'm helping you negotiate, understand?' It's ridiculous that a big platform like Trip.com has to defer to these 'agents'! No wonder people around me say Trip.com is going downhill and struggling. I will never use this terrible platform again.

This is a great hotel with excellent value for money. It's right next to the Sands Hotel; you can take the Sands shuttle from Gongbei Port, and after getting off, the hotel's back entrance is just across the road. It's also only a 10-minute walk to the Macao Science Center. If you want to explore the city center, public transport is convenient; to get to The Venetian, you can take a shuttle from the Sands Hotel. The hotel has a lovely Portuguese flair, with a swimming pool and a gym. The rooms remind me of the Royal Park Hotel in Hong Kong. The front desk staff were very polite, attentive, and warm. Seeing that I was traveling alone with my child, they proactively asked if I needed a king or twin beds and checked for available rooms for early check-in. When I needed extra water or pillows, housekeeping responded very quickly. The restaurant service was also great, with a nice Nanyang (Southeast Asian) style. Breakfast was busy, requiring a short wait, and the dishes were more Western, but my child said the bread and pastries were delicious, and there was a good selection of juices. The lobby staff were also excellent; they proactively opened doors for guests and even gently reminded children not to run in the lobby. The only thing I think could be improved is that the mattress and pillows are a bit too soft.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, which takes around 15–20 minutes even with luggage. There’s also a nearby public bus stop that provides convenient access to the Cotai area. The housekeeping staff were friendly as well. Overall, the stay was good, although the design feels a bit old-school. The in-house ****** has also ceased operations since November 2025.

Environment: The Broadway style is noticeable as soon as you enter the hotel. StarWorld and Broadway Macau are connected, making the hotel a one-stop destination for shopping, a water park, a Ferris wheel, dining, and even a concert venue. I've always wanted to stay at the Galaxy Macau, but unfortunately, there was a thunderstorm warning on the day we checked in, so we couldn't enjoy the water activities. It was a bit disappointing. However, staying at Galaxy is incredibly convenient; there are plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options available. Plus, if you show your Air Macau boarding pass, you can get many discounts and free gifts. It's also super easy to get to the Venetian, Big Ben, and Parisian from here. After a good night's sleep, we could even pop over to Rua do Cunha the next day, which is very close by. What I'll remember most is how incredibly comfortable the beds are at the Galaxy hotel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the service was absolutely fantastic. Truly five-star service! Since we were traveling with kids, they even gave us complimentary 'Toto' slippers, a 'Toto' tent, and a 'Toto' doll for them. My kids were thrilled and said Galaxy was the most fun! ^_^ Haha. I booked the Grand Coloane Resort for my parents in Macau, and it completely showed me a different side of Macau, distinct from the bustling Cotai and Macau Peninsula. This area isn't close to busy commercial districts, but it boasts exclusive panoramic views of Hac Sa Beach in Coloane. Our room had an open-air balcony where we could directly enjoy the beach. The hotel itself features a classic Portuguese resort style, with spacious and grand architecture, lush gardens, and a strong tropical ambiance. While the hotel has been around for a while, the room's cleanliness was just so-so. There was actually a bunch of hair on the bed, making me question the thoroughness of the cleaning and even whether the bedding was changed after the last guest. The hotel's biggest highlight is its unique location. It's right next to Hac Sa Beach, just a few minutes' walk to the sea. Watching the sea in the morning and enjoying a stroll in the evening breeze were both very pleasant. Compared to the hustle and bustle of downtown Macau, this place is less crowded, quiet, and very private, making it ideal for family trips, relaxation, and a slow-paced vacation. The hotel's service was pretty good. There's a shuttle bus to the city, and the facilities are comprehensive and well-equipped, including garden relaxation areas, leisure trails, and sports fields, suitable for adults to relax and children to play. Overall, the Grand Coloane Resort is one of the most suitable hotels in Macau for a relaxing getaway. There are no crowds or commercial noise, just the sea, evening breezes, greenery, and a peaceful living environment. If I'm looking for a pure relaxation trip, despite the distance, I would consider staying here again, but only if the room's cleanliness is guaranteed!

I checked in early because of Ctrip VIP, but other guests didn't. The room was standard and relatively new, and they gave me a small gift and welcome fruit. They also gave me a subway card, which was unexpected. I didn't plan to take the light rail, but I experienced it and went to the Mazu Temple, which was very popular. The breakfast was OK, but not very good. There was one problem, the shower water temperature was unstable, and it was scalding from time to time. This is unacceptable for a hotel that costs 5,000 per night. In short, I didn't like it very much, nor did I dislike it very much. I probably won't book again.

The room was quite spacious, and there were plenty of power outlets, which was very convenient as no adapters were needed. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic and helpful. The location is excellent, just a short distance from the Grand Lisboa. We took a shuttle from Grand Lisboa Palace, where we had dinner and shopped, then caught another shuttle to Grand Lisboa, and it was just a 5-minute walk to the Metropark Hotel. There are restaurants next to the hotel, and on Rua de Outubro, behind the hotel, there's a bus that goes directly to the Border Gate, making transportation very convenient. It's also a leisurely 10-15 minute walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's. I haven't included internal photos as they are quite standard; the exterior shots provided were taken from inside the room, offering a wide, open view. Traveling with a friend after the May Day holiday, I booked two rooms – one with twin beds and one with a king bed. There was a connecting door between them. I called the front desk and asked them to open it, instantly turning them into a convenient suite for interacting, yet we could close the door for privacy when resting. The hotel is surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. The rooms are clean, and the beds are very comfortable. I booked without breakfast, opting instead to explore the streets and alleys for a unique Portuguese-style breakfast, which was a wonderful experience. Upon returning to Gongbei Port, I booked a shuttle at the lobby for a specific time. The 8-seater car was very comfortable, much better than taking a random taxi to the port. The driver's service was excellent, a definite commendation!

I'm a native of Macau, and I booked a room for a friend. I think the cleanliness and environment of Macau's hotels are excellent. Although the hotel is an old building, it's well-maintained and reasonably priced, so it's worth recommending. However, what disappointed me the most was the receptionist who helped me check in. Her attitude and handling of the situation were really bad. If I weren't so easygoing, I would have definitely yelled at her. She said I was too late, that the room I booked didn't have a single bed, and that I could only be given a twin bed. Hotel check-in is at 3 pm, and I came to check in at around 2:30 pm. Is that too late? Then, the person's expression and tone of attitude were extremely poor. There was no room type to choose from; there were no single beds available, only twin beds. After a few polite words, they said they would upgrade my room. Although they later said they would upgrade my room and arrange a double room, I still don't understand why the service could be so bad. In the Macau hotel industry, it's completely unacceptable. I went there to check in happily, but it left me feeling very unhappy. Although the hotel facilities are good, in the current situation, I might have fewer guests, yet they still provided this kind of service. My first impression of this hotel is that it has no good reputation, and I will not choose to stay here again. Thank you.

The room was generally okay. I booked the cheapest room for a bargain and paid an extra 50 to upgrade to a room with a window. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its excellent location, making it very convenient for shopping. The room's cleanliness was very good, but the floor drain wasn't sealed properly, leading to a noticeable bad odor. Also, the shower gel dispenser was hard to press; it only dispensed a pea-sized amount with each press, so you had to press it many times. The room size was neither too big nor too small, which is decent for the Hong Kong and Macau region. The TV was an older model, and there weren't many channels available. I didn't book breakfast, but there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Overall, if you're looking for great value, this is a good choice. I'll definitely book this hotel again in the future.

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

Golden Dragon offers incredible value for money! It's super convenient for dining, entertainment, and exploring, and it's right by Fisherman's Wharf, which is definitely worth a visit for some photos. The Golden Dragon itself is great, and the staff are very polite and provide attentive service.

The grand entrance, the impressive ambiance, the excellent security, the beautiful front desk, the exquisite service with multilingual staff, and the gentle smiles – it was truly a luxurious feast. This trip experience was fantastic! Next time I come to Macau 🇲🇴, I still want to stay here. I stayed for several days and it was excellent.

A truly comfortable and relaxing stay. I originally booked a Cultural Landmark room, but because it was on a lower floor and quite noisy due to road construction downstairs, the front desk quickly helped me upgrade to a full sea view suite. The turndown service was, as always, warm and cozy, and the gentleman by the poolside was also very attentive. I tried four drinks at the bar; honestly, one of them was quite mediocre, but the manager's service was excellent. He carefully followed up on the taste of the other drinks and even waived the charge for the mediocre one. The front desk staff, as always, maintained the Mandarin Oriental's high standards, even reaching ceiling-level excellence. They were enthusiastic, resourceful, and thoughtful. 👍 This time, I also received a very special souvenir for the first time. I will definitely be back!

I specifically brought my mom here for her birthday. The ambiance, service, and cleanliness were all excellent, as expected from Wynn. Since it was my mom's birthday, the hotel even gave us a small, delicious cake. There was a minor hiccup during our stay: some other guests were being loud in the hallway at night, disturbing our rest. However, the hotel staff did their best to resolve the issue. A big thank you to the staff and the duty manager!

The location is super convenient for transportation and daily needs. There's a bus stop nearby, making it easy to get to and from the airport and anywhere else. Downstairs, there are plenty of supermarkets and dining options. However, the hotel facilities are quite old. The lobby is bright and spacious, but the rooms are dim and poorly soundproofed. I could clearly hear the girls next door chatting and screaming in the middle of the night. The air conditioning is noisy, and it automatically kicks on every so often, which isn't ideal for light sleepers.

Perfect score for Altira Macau! It was our wedding anniversary, and after we made a note, the hotel thoughtfully decorated our room with balloons. The whole room was warm, romantic, and instantly gave us that celebratory feeling – a delightful surprise and so comforting. The service exceeded our expectations in its attentiveness. They proactively added an extra bed for our child free of charge and thoughtfully delivered a delicate mini-cake and a fresh fruit platter. Every little detail was incredibly heartwarming, and we were truly touched. The room itself was spacious and grand, not at all cramped. The bathroom featured an extra-large round bathtub, big enough for two people to soak in! The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an absolutely stunning view of Macau's cityscape and ocean, making the experience incredibly comfortable. We could even watch the night view from the sofa. The mattress was soft and great for sleeping, and there was plenty of space for our family. Overall, the service was gentle and meticulous, and the facilities were luxurious and comfortable. It's our top choice for an anniversary family trip, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Macau!

📋 Practical information you absolutely must know

Immigration and documents

  • Passport required (identity card not accepted);
  • Visa: Most Western nationalities do NOT need one for a tourist stay in Macau (30–90 days depending on the country);
  • You'll go through immigration twice: exit HK + entry Macau;
  • Make sure you fill in the arrival/departure card properly before joining the queue (it’s quicker).

The local currency

Macau has its own currency: the Pataca (MOP). Even so, Hong Kong dollars (HKD) are accepted EVERYWHERE in Macau at a 1:1 rate!

💰 Trip.com tip: keep hold of your HKD — no need to exchange! You can pay for everything in Macau with them, no worries. However, if you’re given change in patacas, you won’t be able to use them in Hong Kong (exchange them before you head back).

Phone and Wi‑Fi

Your Hong Kong package won't work in Macau (it's an international border, so do bear that in mind!). Here are your options:

  • Local SIM card in Macau (airport or 7-Eleven, ~50 MOP)
  • eSIM (super handy, buy in advance via Airalo)
  • International roaming (expensive)
  • Free Wi-Fi in casinos/hotels (more than enough)

Trip.com tip: free casino shuttle buses

All the major casinos run free shuttle buses from the ferry terminals and Macau Port. As you come out of immigration, you’ll see plenty of signs with the logos:

  • Venetian Macau
  • Galaxy Macau
  • City of Dreams
  • Wynn Palace
  • MGM Cotai
  • Studio City
  • Etc.

You don't even need to stay at these hotels or gamble in the casino! Hop on the local shuttle to wherever you want to go — it's completely free. It's your free metro in Macau!

Macau awaits with its giant casinos, magnificent Portuguese heritage, pastéis de nata to die for, and a unique atmosphere! Whether you’re setting off to try your luck at the roulette table, visiting the Ruins of St. Paul’s or simply savouring incredible Sino-Portuguese fusion dishes, the journey from Hong Kong is really straightforward.

Book your ferries and hotels now on Trip.com for the best deals!

Have a great trip to Macau! ✨
