The Kempinski Hotel Yinchuan truly lives up to its five-star reputation. The rooms are spacious and bright, with excellent amenities, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are very convenient. The toiletries, bath towels, and hand towels were all impeccably clean, and the large bath towels were especially comfortable. The lobby is quite grand and impressive. The staff were all very welcoming, especially the gentleman at the front desk who checked me in. He was patient, thorough, and attentive. Since I'm older and have trouble sleeping, I requested a quiet room, and the staff member, whose name tag read 'Qiao,' arranged it perfectly for me. The baggage handlers in the lobby were also very friendly. The Kempinski's management is quite generous; I came back late one night and realized I'd forgotten to buy water, and the front desk immediately arranged for four bottles to be sent to my room. I'm truly grateful for that. The breakfast selection was also quite rich.

Really great stay. Can host foreigners. Super clean, very friendly and helpful staff, loved having the free self serve laundry which was clean and easy to use and provided soap power as well Breakfast was great. Had read other reviews and wasn't sure what to expect. Someone commented about the lack of western food - not sure why you would travel to China and want/expect that!? Yes, a very Chinese breakfast which we enjoyed, a good selection and filled us for the day. Room was well stocked (but no coffee if you can't live without bring your own). Would definitely stay again if we came back.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

First, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, especially the bathroom, which was surprisingly large—it felt even bigger than the bedroom! The shower pressure was fantastic, and the toiletries were a British brand with a lovely, natural scent. The bedding was super comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. They even provided a capsule coffee machine with coffee capsules. The complimentary shoe-shining service was a thoughtful touch, and the in-room internet was fast and reliable. Secondly, the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality dishes. The Western pastry selection, especially the flaky croissants, was authentic and delicious. The live cooking stations for Eggs Benedict and egg white rolls are features you typically only find in top-tier five-star hotels. They also had freshly squeezed watermelon juice and rich, high-quality coffee. What really impressed me were the local Ningxia specialties in the Chinese section, such as Jinsi Sanzi, Tangmaya, Tangmaye, fried pastries, and mung bean cakes. The chef even enthusiastically introduced these local delicacies to me. And of course, there were other Ningxia specialties like lamb soup, lamb pies, beef buns, and goji berry yogurt—I was extremely satisfied. Finally, all the hotel staff provided excellent service, especially the housekeeping attendant on the day I checked in. This lady deserves special commendation for her thoughtful and warm service. The front desk even accommodated my request to keep a room key card, specially giving me a pristine commemorative card. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the Ningxia Museum. The JW Marriott Hotel Yinchuan left a wonderful impression on me. Yinchuan truly is a beautiful and friendly city.

They checked me in at 7 AM, and the staff are incredibly kind. The hotel is also very clean. I was so touched by the warm milk and a cup of honey water at night... Thank you everyone.

The tourist attraction Gulou is only a 3-minute walk to the right. Meals are buffet style and the watermelons are large and delicious. Just before that is the Gulou Zhubaocheng Shopping Mall. It was bustling with people. There was a large supermarket in the basement of the shopping mall, a 3-minute walk to the left from the hotel.

This stay at the newly upgraded Atour 3.6 was a fantastic experience, definitely five stars! The hotel's overall design is sleek and sophisticated. The lobby's Bamboo House is quiet and elegant, perfect for relaxing with a book, and the ambiance is incredibly soothing. The guest rooms are spacious and well-arranged, and the whole room was meticulously cleaned – not a trace of unpleasant odors. Atour's custom deep-sleep mattress is just the right firmness, and with the blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly after a long day of business travel. The room details are very well thought out: a separate wet and dry bathroom, human-centric storage design, and a desk equipped with an eye-care lamp and multiple outlets, making it very convenient for work. Plus, all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and there's even a comforting late-night congee service every evening. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are fully equipped with washing, drying, and care facilities, which is particularly great for business travelers. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. I'll definitely prioritize this Atour for future business trips. Highly recommended!

The service was very welcoming, and the hotel's decor was quite stylish and beautiful. However, some of the in-room dining dishes didn't quite match the pictures. After the food arrived, I had to make two calls, which might be due to a lack of timely communication between the housekeeping and dining departments. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider booking again.
