The room is big and amenities all great! The only thing is room is under central air conditioning. At this season, hotel yet to turn on the air conditioning to cold. The room temperature is 27 Celsius degree and is way too hot for a hotel room.

Staff is very helpful and genuine to help and extend support. There are issues that are beyond the front desk staff ability. Key bing the aircon in tve room are of poor quality despite have changed the room. The aircon is noisy Also in the hotel house keeping can be improve. Room housekeeping are not properly done during my 4 nights 5 days stay. On several occasions, the face basin was not properly cleaned, snd the basin mirror has stain remaining suggesting it was not cleaned. Towels were not replace completely. The Reception floor toilet is not clean regularly and after mid day it smell repulsive every day I was there. I wa disjointed that this is a Wyhdam franchise hotel

The room was very clean, and the facilities were great. I could control the TV, curtains, and lights with the smart assistant, which was very convenient. The wood-grain tiles had underfloor heating, so it wasn't too cold even without air conditioning. The room lighting was a bit dim, and breakfast wasn't very good.

Overall, the hotel was decent. Initially, I was given a strangely shaped room with an awkward layout and no view. After they moved me to a different room, it was much better. The capsule coffee machine wasn't working at first. A staff member came to fix it, and while it started working, no coffee came out. It only worked after I changed the capsule. When the staff member came to fix the coffee machine, she knocked and I said 'wait a moment,' but she just opened the door and walked in. This definitely needs some training. Other than that, everything else was good, and the service response was very prompt. There's one minor issue: after every service request, customer service would call to follow up. Personally, I found this very redundant and disruptive. Shouldn't departments communicate internally to confirm if service has been delivered, instead of repeatedly bothering guests?

The bathroom had state of the art facilities. The room was comfortable and well designed. Having a translucent window worked well for me as the room was quiet. The front office and housekeeping staff were competent and polite. Location is superb. It's on the corner of the Gulou Pedestrian Mall and Xinhua Road. Only the tinu lobby is on the ground floor and the exact entry is not evident. Look for the overhead crossing, the escalators and the Sony shop. There are many places to eat: on the mall, off the mall and all the small lanes.

My stay here was a delightful surprise; the overall quality is top-notch, definitely five stars! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of the city with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Getting around by taxi or public transport is incredibly convenient – a huge plus. Parking is a dream come true; the lot is spacious with ample spots, well-organized, and easy to access, even during peak hours. The front desk staff were wonderfully polite and patient, offering warm and generous service. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and they even proactively shared tips for local attractions and dining spots, which was incredibly thoughtful. Our room was immaculately cleaned daily, spotless and tidy, with everything neatly arranged. It was bright, airy, and offered a peaceful, comfortable living environment. The hotel's smart features are impressive; all facilities and equipment are well-maintained, responsive, and easy to use, making for a much more convenient stay. The breakfast restaurant offers a wide variety of options with fresh, natural ingredients. There’s a good balance of meat and vegetarian dishes, ensuring a nutritious and filling meal. The food tastes homemade and delicious, and the dining area is clean and comfortable. This place is perfect for both short and long stays.

The room was cleaned very clean, no smell, no hair, the bedding was soft and sleepy. The bathroom is dry and wet, the hot water is stable, and the toiletries are complete. The front desk is friendly, check-in and check-out are very fast, eating and shopping around are convenient, cost-effective, it is recommended.

This was my first time in Yinchuan for a marathon! Unfortunately, I got gastroenteritis and missed out on all the delicious food. However, staying at this hotel truly made up for it—the experience was fantastic! I bought a 3-night package for 1299 RMB, which was incredible value for money. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the bed was very comfortable! Being on a high floor, the views were great. The service was also excellent; since I could only eat congee, the front desk conveniently delivered my takeout to the room. The soundproofing in the room was good, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. The hotel's location is also excellent, not too far from the museum and the Western Xia Imperial Tombs. There are all sorts of restaurants, supermarkets, and local specialty shops nearby to explore. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time!

This hotel is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Whether it's service, location, breakfast, facilities or price, it's all excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
