I got off the train took the elevator up stepped outside the terminal and saw already the bright entrance of intercity Hotel Berlin AirPort. What else could you wish for with two huge and heavy pieces of luggage, it can’t be better than that. Very convenient to stay if you have an early flight or want a super relaxed start the next day. Room was clean and tidy, seems still very new. Nothing to complain about 😎👍🏼

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))

Empfang war nicht so gut. Mit offenem Mund Kaugummi kauende Junge Empfangsfrau quälte sich ein Hallo heraus und hat dann die Zimmerkarte ohne Erklärung übergeben. Wurden schon freundlicher empfangen. Frühstück gut. Zimmer sauber. Die Treppenhäuser dürfen nicht genutzt werden außer das an der Rezeption. Daher sehr weite Wege.

Despite the 10mins long walk on main road to the hotel (they do provide sign to guide you), I really enjoyed my stay that is away from the city. The front desk staffs are very friendly in helping me in renting a bicycle and using their sauna. A great place to unwind and relax with long cycling path. The breakfast is acceptable and filled with choices. The front desk staffs also informed me that they do sell pizza when I come back late one night as everywhere nearby was closed

I have read a lot of comments now and cannot understand how to evaluate this hotel only approachingly with less than 4 stars ! The hotel is great ! Both the individual apartments in the outdoor houses (which we could easily exchange for a room in the house) and the entire facility, the hotel, just everything! Here she has given the owner so great effort and put a really great concept or a great facility on the legs ! The staff in the whole house is incredibly nice and premature ! Breakfast has everything you need and is constantly fresh and varied ! No matter whether wellness area , outdoor facilities or rooms, everything is clean and modern , you feel very well ! We travel a lot across the world and this hotel has a super price-performance ratio! Ps. At the size of the facility, it can once The fact that you have to wait a little while or the breakfast room is a little more full, to assess something like that as “bad” is not understandable for me! Thank you to all the staff and the owner for the beautiful weekend!

Great location, with an S-Bahn station just a few minutes' walk away, offering a two-stop ride to the airport. The hotel facilities are decent, the room amenities are complete, and the hygiene is good. Excellent value for money.

Clean and hygienic, parking fee is a bit expensive, others are very good, breakfast is very rich, the room is very big in Europe, the twin beds are very big, very close to the high speed, convenient to Berlin and Leipzig.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel.

It's nice, it's big, it's comfortable, the toilet's big, it's always satisfying.

Das Best Western Plus hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Alles ist sehr großzügig und die Zimmer ausgesprochen groß und sehr ansprechend vom Design. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der Wellnessbereich mit einem Poolbereich und einem Saunabereich, in dem sich mehrere Saunen befinden. Stündliche Aufgüsse runden das Saunaerlebnis ab. Der Wellnessbereich kann von den Hotelgästen kostenfrei mitbenutzt werden, ist aber auch öffentlich zugänglich. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Nachdenken sollte das Hotelmanagement über die in Rechnung gestellten Parkkosten. Das empfanden wir als kleinlich, bei dem sonst so großzügigen Auftreten des Hotels.
