The hotel is generally nice. Located halfway up a mountain, it's relatively easy to walk from the Latin Bridge, but the uphill climb requires some effort.
The hotel has a beautiful view, a terrace, and a nearby supermarket, which is quite nice.
The room offers cooking facilities and is well-equipped. However, the mattress is a bit soft, making the small bed a bit cramped.
Sarajevo is beautiful, with a subtle sense of melancholy.
For those with time to enjoy Sarajevo Grand Hotel offers all you need as well as a glimpse into one of the many 'Grand' hotels with fitting that encapsulate the former Yugoslavia.
Breakfast although basic was within expectations for the price point. The 'Sarajevo 1984' Olympic colors on the chairs I thought were a nice nod to the past.
The room was modest but included everything I needed as a solo traveller and was cleaned every couple of days. Lack of AC was the only thing that made the trip slightly less comfortable.
There is a bar on a maisonette floor that serves drinks all day till around 11PM. The staff were courteous and helpful.
For those who don't have a car, taxi can be ordered from the front desk or you can walk 5 minutes to the Railway Station and nearest Tram/Bus stops.
The observation tower is nearby, the Ottoman city is around 30 minutes on foot.
I would stay again. 👍
Nice hotel. Well located in Sarajevo Old Town. Within walking distance of most of the main attractions. Room was a bit noisy, due to close proximity to the main road and I was unsure if people could look in my window from the road as I was only on the first floor. Room was also a little dark due to the common trend in hotels now to not have a central light in the middle of the room. Breakfast was quite good in the morning with a large selection. Staff were helpful and easy to arrange a taxi to and from the airport.
A pleasant hotel. The room has a kitchen if you suddenly feel like cooking something. I even have an ice bucket. The room is spacious and clean. Panoramic windows overlook the river and the city. Conveniently located. It's a 7-minute walk to the city center or the cable car. Everything is close by.
Good breakfast selection, delicious and varied. Plus, there's free coffee at reception 24/7.
I really liked the location and comfort.
The room is large, the hotel is in a good location, the price is moderate, the breakfast is rich, there are free gym facilities, the overall stay experience is good, and it is recommended for business travel.
Accor's hotels have never let me down. The hotel is located in the west of the city, with a gas station downstairs and a large supermarket and leisure shopping center opposite. The hotel's breakfast is quite satisfactory, and it is equipped with a swimming pool, which is very suitable for children.
The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! Thank you :-)
The location is perfect and the room is nice but needs some tlc and general maintenance. Fan, hairdryer, aircon, toilet seat, door handle, window were broken. The bed was comfy but 2 very clear singles pushed together so would fall down the gap. The restaurant below plays music until 11pm which you can hear and could smell cigarette smoke in our room (even with the windows closed). The staff were very nice and friendly.
A big hotel next to the National Museum and a mall. Interesting building, especially the lobby zone. Nice location: I already mentioned the mall and trams passing right next to the hotel, there are also supermarkets, ATMs, and cafes nearby. The other side is that trams and the street bring some constant noise level to the room. Breakfast could have been a bit better, especially coffee. The rest was fine: a spacious room with a bathtub, free parking, and helpful staff.
The room is quite noise with a mosque nearby. The water wasn’t available half our stay but that had something to do with the whole area nonetheless quite frustrating.
Apart from that the room was clean and spacious.

GGuest UserWonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.
AAnonymous UserGood, worth recommending. I decided to stay at this place on a whim. I searched for this store online and decided to stay after reading the reviews and pictures. It didn't disappoint me. It was very good.
GGuest UserWhat a wonderful accommodation in Mostar. Staff really went above and beyond to assist us. The room was large, with a huge TV that I felt bad for not making use of. Good locatiion next to the crooked bridge in Mostar with a nice view from the restaurant at night. Part of the reason we booked this hotel was the high reccommendation of the restaurant and it did not disappoint. The food was exquisite and one of the best meals on our trip. The lamb was especially delicious. Best restaurant and best hotel in Mostar. My only regret is that we didn't spend longer here.

NNixaFirstly, host Angelo is lovely. He showed us the room upon check in. He said there was an error in what we were quoted through Trip for our Diamond Tier room and we came to an agreement that was reasonable to both parties. However, for the price we paid, we would have expected a TV, wifi that worked in our room, a shower door that was all in one piece, no black mould in the shower, something to address the drain odour, an extra blanket and a comfortable pillow. Unfortunately, these were all small issues that added up to a less than perfect stay. On the plus side, the hotel itself was clean and the view of the town vines from the bedroom was delightful. The room was super warm, very quiet, very spacious, and directly opposite great restaurants, bars, St James church and the Risen Christ statue. Overall, it was a comfortable stay at a reasonable price.
Thanks Angelo.

GGuest UserWe were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small.
It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old.
The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo.
The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket .
I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.
