Overall, I'm very satisfied. The front desk staff were very efficient and proactively provided an extra key card for electricity, which meant my devices could charge even when I was out of the room. The room was very clean, and the soundproofing seemed good too, allowing me to sleep comfortably at night. The hotel also has a gym with decent equipment, enough for a basic daily workout. I would consider staying here again if I return to the area.

An overall smooth check-in experience. I booked a National Day discount voucher before the holiday, and they upgraded me to a high-floor river view room for free. The hotel butler contacted me in advance via WeChat. The service at the hotel lobby for check-in, luggage storage, and room cleaning was all excellent. The hotel design is Chinese style. Although the location is not in the city center, the nearby commercial area is convenient for dining and shopping, and it's very close to Suning Plaza. I would choose this hotel again next time I visit.

Given the late hour and festive season, we were concerned that nearby restaurants might already be closed. To our pleasant surprise, several small eateries within 50 meters of the hotel were still open, allowing us to enjoy a proper late dinner. It was a reassuring start to our stay. The hotel’s environment is comfortable and welcoming. The lobby features a bright, clean design with warm wood tones and soft lighting that create a calm, relaxing atmosphere. A tasteful display area and cozy seating space add a subtle blend of business functionality and artistic charm. The front desk staff were professional and courteous, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient despite the late hour. We stayed in the Premier Themed Room (Japanese Style with Sakura), which was truly one of the highlights of our trip. Upon entering, we were greeted by a beautifully designed Japanese-inspired interior. Warm lighting, wooden flooring, and delicate sakura (cherry blossom) wall art created a serene and elegant ambiance. Wooden partition panels and subtle decorative details added refinement, giving the space an artistic yet tranquil feel — almost like a small ryokan-style retreat in the heart of Xiamen. The room was thoughtfully designed, spacious, and impeccably clean. A charming feature was the private balcony, which allowed fresh air in. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, dressed in crisp white linens. The mattress offered excellent support, and the pillows were soft yet supportive, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. All essential toiletries were generously provided, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dental kits, slippers, and towels. Everything was neatly arranged and well-maintained, reflecting attention to guest comfort. The complimentary breakfast was another pleasant surprise. It offered a good variety of well-prepared options, making it a satisfying way to start each day. The location is highly convenient, close to the Xiamen International Convention & Exhibition Center, with California Plaza Shopping Mall next door offering numerous dining choices. Whether for business or leisure, the hotel is an excellent option. Most importantly, the nightly rate was very reasonable and offered excellent value, especially considering the themed décor, balcony, full amenities, and included breakfast. A truly satisfying stay! The room was great and the service was exceptional. One night, around midnight, I found a cockroach in my room. I called the front desk, and they immediately sent security to help me deal with it. They even upgraded my room for free, and as an apology, they gave me a souvenir. This hotel truly shows great care for its guests. I'm extremely pleased!

A wonderful stay with exceptional service We had a very enjoyable stay at Crowne Plaza Xiamen Jimei Seaview. The hotel is modern, beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely sea views and excellent facilities. Our room was fantastic, and we were very grateful for the generous upgrade. The hotel also prepared a lovely anniversary surprise for us, which was a genuinely thoughtful touch. We particularly enjoyed the evening turndown service, something we do not encounter very often and which added a nice five-star touch to the stay. The dinner buffet was another highlight. We were impressed by both the quality and variety of the food. The 22nd-floor Executive Lounge also deserves a special mention. It is a beautiful space with wonderful views and a very relaxing atmosphere. We took quite a few photos because we enjoyed the setting so much, and it is definitely somewhere we would recommend other guests experience. Most importantly, we would like to specifically recognise Merry. She was exceptional throughout our stay — warm, professional, patient and genuinely attentive. From helping with our room arrangements to checking on us throughout the stay, we always felt that she sincerely cared about our experience. Service like this makes a significant difference and is one of the main things we will remember about this hotel. The only area that fell short for us was the Level 5 swimming pool and health club. During our stay, the pool was extremely crowded due to external swimming activities, which unfortunately made it difficult for us to use. This was particularly disappointing as the swimming pool, gym and sauna were among the reasons we specifically chose this hotel for a stay during several rainy days. However, after we shared our experience with the hotel, our feedback was received with genuine concern and handled extremely professionally. We appreciated that very much and hope management can improve this aspect, because the quality of the leisure facilities should match the otherwise excellent standard of the hotel. Overall, despite this one area for improvement, we leave with very positive memories of our stay. The modern rooms, sea views, excellent food, beautiful Executive Lounge and, above all, the outstanding hospitality we received made this a hotel we would happily consider returning to. Plus, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby. 🏨 **Room:** The room was a pleasant surprise. It's spacious, with an elegant and stylish Chinese decor that feels high-quality. The facilities are also excellent; the laundry room and restaurant are both on the 4th floor, so washing and drying clothes is a breeze. Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, making it perfect even for extended stays. 👩‍💼 **Staff:** The biggest highlight was the staff. Their service was incredibly warm and attentive. They were happy to help with directions and even granted a late check-out without hesitation. Overall, my stay was simply 'comfortable' (舒心)!
