Hotels With Pool in Alberta, Canada

Was good. Clean. My room didn't have microwave for some reason, but they had one available near common dining area to use any time. The included breakfast was okay, but smaller than other local hotel I stayed at coue times. Location is nice to have TH, A&w, Quiznos, Liquor store near by.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is comfortable and hygienic, and the bathroom equipment is new. The breakfast is also good, with many choices, and the location is close to West Edmonton Mall, which is only a 10-minute drive away. 

The room is not very clean. Especially, the pillow has hair on it. The towel in front of the bathtub is dirty.

Very satisfied. I booked this because I had an early departure from the airport the next day. The pool was well-maintained, so my kids and I had a great time. There's a restaurant in the building next door, so we were able to have dinner. Since we couldn't have breakfast, they packed a lunch for us so we could enjoy it while waiting for our flight at the airport.

Good value for money, older room, good location, suitable for overnight stay But there's nothing to do in Red Deer

Service was fine, they gave us warm cookies upon arrival and check out. The pool and fitness rooms were clean, and the rooms were tidy, though they were a bit dark from lack of lighting. A couple of things to note: the mattresses were extremely soft (even as someone who prefers soft mattresses), it felt like I was slowly sinking into the floor. The soundproofing is also quite weak, so I would recommend sleeping with earplugs or it may be hard to sleep with guests running around. One more thing to note was that the balcony door was not locked when we checked in. Since we are on the 7th floor it was safe, however next time I would double check just in case, because there are many people visiting the hotel for functions and events.

Everything as you'd expect from four points. Excellent stay. Great staff. Clean rooms and comfortable beds.

An amazing stay at this hotel!! It met our needs completely. We came in for a 2 day conference from Vancouver, BC & couldn’t have been happier with choosing the Best Western Cedar Place Hotel for our stay. The location was great. The staff were exceptional, humble, kind & receptive to our many requests that came up circumstantially. I haven’t experienced this level of client service in the hospitality industry for a very long time. Every single staff member we came across over the phone & in person was exceptional & overall our stay was an amazing experience! Thankyou again.

It was a good place but some staff weren't friendly, especially the front desk. They're good at problem-solving like giving solutions to some issues I encountered. Hope breakfast is till 11 though because the current schedule is 6:30-9:30.I will recommend it, my rate is 7/10.

I used this hotel for a transit layover. I was thinking of just hanging out in the lobby, but then I got scared of the cold and booked a room. It turned out to be incredibly good! It was clean, had a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. We also received vouchers for breakfast, which made it feel like great value for money. Plus, our boarding gate for the next day's flight was very close, so we could stay in the room until the very last minute. It was truly a godsend for families with children.
