It's a great location, just a two-block walk from the Zocalo and a quick right turn. I got back to the hotel around midnight, and there were a lot of police around the Zocalo at that time, so it seems like it would be safe to stay there at night. The rooms were quite bleak, and my room didn't have a window, so it wasn't very comfortable. They made free coffee and tea at the reception.

The Perfect Base for Exploring CDMX A fantastic, high-value stay! This Ibis is the definition of 'no-frills' done right—everything works perfectly and all the essentials are included without any unnecessary fuss. The location is truly second to none; being right next to the Juárez metro and steps from Alameda Central made exploring Mexico City so easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. Most importantly, the staff are incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. At this price point, you really cannot ask for more!

Simply THE BEST HOSTEL you can find in Mexico City!! EXCELLENT facilities (common areas, coworking dorms, terrace, kitchen, bathrooms, showers, etc.). Excellent cleanliness in all areas, although the shower area could be improved as water sometimes splashes out while showering, leaving the floor not completely dry for changing. But the most outstanding feature is the staff: the receptionists, Anahi and Daniela, are not only professional and friendly upon arrival, but also always willing to help to ensure your stay and experience is a 10 out of 10. They are empathetic and incredibly attentive, providing the best service! As well as Karime, the bartender on the terrace, who not only has an excellent attitude and provides top-notch service, but also makes your time there enjoyable and fun 😃. Of all the hostels in downtown Mexico City, this one is definitely a 9 out of 10...!!

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management. The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.

AAhmed AwwadI recently stayed at the Sheraton Maria Isabel in Mexico City, and overall, it was a good experience. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location—it’s right on Reforma Avenue, next to the U.S. Embassy, so it felt very safe even though there were some peaceful demonstrations happening nearby related to rent increases and the current situation in Mexico. The room was spacious and comfortable, but it did feel a bit old and outdated. The bathroom floor had some cracks, which wasn’t a big issue but worth mentioning. It could definitely use some renovation in the future. On the bright side, the breakfast was really nice. Good variety, fresh options, and great service. If you care about being in a central, secure area with decent amenities, this hotel is a solid choice—just don’t expect a modern, freshly renovated space.

XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.

GGuest UserI booked this hotel for a 23-hour layover in Mexico City on an Aeromexico flight to Guatemala. It was great because it was near a metro station, which was easily accessible from the airport. The hotel is at least 3-star rated. The room was spacious, the closet was spacious, and the bathroom was clean. The staff were all friendly. My room was a bit noisy, which was a bit uncomfortable in the middle of the night, but not to the point of being terribly annoying. The only real disappointment was the lack of a coffee pot. I desperately wanted coffee, so I went to the first-floor restaurant to get some warm water. The bed was also good quality. Overall, I'm satisfied. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quieter, more urban location away from the touristy city center.

GGuest UserI recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We arrived quite late, around midnight, but the staff were accommodating and made the late check-in smooth and hassle-free. Security was present at all hours, which made us feel safe throughout our stay. The apartment itself was modern and very well-equipped with all the utensils and facilities we needed, making it easy to prepare meals and feel at home. Everything was spotless and smelled wonderfully fresh the moment we walked in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a clean, secure, and comfortable stay with great amenities and friendly service.

XXyzxieVery good, this is my third time here. The room was comfortable and, most importantly, the price was reasonable. The only downside was the airport shuttle was so infrequent that I had to wait an hour and a half for it to arrive.

HHaidezhexueThe hotel is in a very good location, and the Independence Column is just a few steps away. However, the hotel is very old, and the rooms are very old, almost like those in the 1990s. The breakfast is in cooperation with the restaurant downstairs, which is a very distinctive Mexican restaurant. However, there is a main road downstairs, and the noise is a bit loud. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be controlled in the room. However, the room is large, with a separate kitchen, microwave and refrigerator, but it cannot be turned on. The price-performance ratio is OK. It is not recommended for travel and vacation

GGuest UserGreat hotel to stay at if you arrive late in Mexico City. Service was welcoming and friendly. Very nice room with great insulation, so I didn't really hear all the construction going on at the airport. Very pricey, but worth it if your other hotel in the city doesn't have a shuttle service to pick you up late at night at the airport.
