Hotels With Gym in Bangka Belitung Islands, Indonesia

We loved the hotel. The staff was very nice and professional. The room was very clean and new! The pool was very good. And the whole hotel was very beautiful and quite luxurious, but since it’s a very ecological resort you will find many signs of it. The beach was very good in the morning but it seemed that in the afternoon because of the currents a bit of trash came to shore. The only think that maybe lacked was that there were no places to seat and relax on the beach and only in the pool. But overall really good! We will come back again.

staff was nice, but thats about where the nice comments end. rooms are mouldy, linens are stained, pillows were smelly and yellowing. looks like they are cheaping out on laundry by outsourcing it to another laundry company, leading to 0 control in quality or cleanliness. staff were very welcoming and kind, helped us with changing room(although that didnt improve anything) and arranging activities. managment needs to be changed and stop cheaping out on everything, embarassing to call it a marriott hotel.

Hotel room is clean and big . Hotel Location is near downtown .

Staffs are generally nice and helpful. Breakfast is normal, cleanness of restaurant needs to be improved. There are many flies there, I also saw a mouse running around in restaurant.

Better request room w/out connecting door, if u dont want to hear noises from the next room

New and very clean hotel, room room is spacious.. receptionis also very friendly and helpful. the back of the hotel is direct to the sea, clean and many boats to rent. there is also a dining place behind the hotel which is delicious with a variety of seafood eating. If you book a boat and a car, you can contact the reception directly. The location of the hotel is very strategic to the ice island, the flying island, the fishing island.. and the snorkeling spot is also very good. The hotel is highly recommended ...

Because they have company meeting, they upgrade my room into suite ❤️❤️❤️ thank you Santika Bangka !!

The cleaning service is not yet 12.00, 20 minutes before 12, there was a knock on the door, they said they wanted to clean it, try it after we check out, they clean it🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Got a Nice room, the view of the pool and a little good at Tanjung Pendam, Kama is comfortable, the service is good, friendly .. Just, the room is not clean, there are residual snacks (pickles) left on the sofa. I almost thought that the cockroach egg was taken with my wife, when I checked it, it looked like a lentil nut

1. Doorbell not function 2. Lobby still under renovation 3. Swimpool circulation wasnt on,the pool ended very dirty 4. Chair was broken,resulted my husband fell from the chair 5. Floor inside room some dirty found  6. Water flooded outside the bathing area 7.beach in the morning was in very low tide,couldnt swim in the beach 8. The ocean not as good as in tanjung tinggi or tanjung kelayan 9. Restaurant options only 1 (next to hotel),far from anywhere,no public transportation nor taxi or uber or grab
