Excellent breakfast. Varieties of choices. Spacious and airy. There is flute musician performing daily. Outside walking distance are many Restorans. A huge mall is about 10-15 mins by car. Check in was fast and efficient. Lobby is spacious with many sofa areas for casual meetings,

This charming hotel is located very close to the airport. The staff is very warm and friendly and takes good care of their guest. The rooms are clean and spacious and reminded me of 5 star properties from back in the 90’s. A good place to host weddings as they have ample of space to organise all the various functions etc. Only and biggest drawback is the layout of the hotel. I really really recommend the owners/management accommodate another lift and staircase lobby as the hotel design is such that the rooms are quite far away from the main lift lobby and becomes a hassle to travel from one end to another

There are not many types of breakfast, only bread and batter, and fried eggs. The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

it is a relatively new property with modern decor and spacious lounge and dining hall.  rooms and bathrooms are fine with very good mattresses which ensures good sleep quality. the staff at reception is very efficient and cooperative.we celebrated our 50th marriage anniversary and were upgraded to a club room with complimentary lounge facility and a lovely cake was offered to us as a loving gesture.  we had booked a half board package and the breakfast and dinner both had lots of varieties and many of the dishes were good, however i feel some dishes require improvement. lastly there was live sitar recital which speaks of high taste of the hotel management. the sitarist Mr Shabir performed very well and was very graceful person.the staff every where including restaurant staff was very well trained and m/s Radhika, Tirva, Rupsha and Sonali were very friendly and always eager to help  the clients  and served with a smile.

Exceptional dining experience at courtyard by marriott vadodara i had an amazing experience at courtyard by marriott vadodara. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish being perfectly prepared and flavorful. The highlight of my visit, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by mr. Yogesh mehra, the f&b manager. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring a great experience truly stood out. A big thank you to mr. We enjoyed our stay at Fortune Landmark ITC hotel. Location-wise excellent, Ashram Road of Amdavad. The hotel reception has a tremendous fragrance, staff are very attentive and helpful. The check-in process is fast and efficient. Breakfast is well spread with veg and non-veg food available. Restaurant staff especially Kriti and the head chef were excellent. Love their services. The room is good size, the bathroom is neat and clean and with sufficient amenities. Over a fantastic family hotel. Room rates are quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel, only rupees 6000/night.

The staff are great. Really good service. Rooms are showing a bit of age… but they are clean. Comfortable. It’s good for RAJKOT. Food is good in the restaurant. Although RAJKOT food is pure vegetarian. And fried. Cooked. Curried and oily. There is an awesome pizza place near the hotel called LIETO ( Artisan pizza and more ) it’s the best in all of RAJKOT. Great location but ask for a room that is NOT facing the street as the road noise and honking is unbearable

This hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station. However, I have had experiences which are not so nice : A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom. B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved. C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF. D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once. E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

Generally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay. I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do... No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk.... Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too. They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here. Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating. Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
