The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, offering stunning views and a relaxing ambiance. The food was delicious with a great variety, and every meal felt thoughtfully prepared. Special appreciation for how well the staff catered to our needs throughout the stay. This amazing experience was made even more special as we shared it together. Soumya, Anwesha, Abhijit, Bignesh, and Ram all had a fantastic time enjoying the facilities, the peaceful environment, and the overall vibe of the resort. Sterling Puri is an ideal destination for families, friends, or anyone looking to unwind by the sea with top-notch service. We highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to visit again!

The hotel’s location is convenient, and the overall cleanliness is satisfactory. Most of the staff were helpful; however, there are several areas that management should address. Food service was extremely slow. After placing an order by phone, we waited almost two hours for it to arrive. Because of this delay, my child was unable to have dinner properly. The food was also excessively priced—approximately six to seven times higher than expected—while its quality did not meet an acceptable standard. Additionally, a few staff members were rude when interacting with guests. Management should identify these issues and ensure that all employees receive appropriate training in professional conduct and guest service. Overall, the hotel has a good location and reasonable cleanliness, but significant improvements are needed in food quality, pricing, delivery time, and staff behaviour.

Overall it's OK, the room is not new. No noise, convenient transportation, and there are restaurants within a few steps. It's a relatively good hotel in Baneswar.

It was great stay and food at mayfair games village rourkela. Property is huge and is very clean. Rooms are very specious and with best view.

How to say it, the local chain brand in India should be regarded as a more luxurious resort. It feels very divided. On the one hand, it is very luxurious decoration, but many places are still not clean. Maybe India itself is dusty, or the decoration is rough. Then there will be frequent power outages, the shower conversion button on the first night is broken, the middle hand shower and the top of the top can not be watered, the next day the water is very small, very difficult to use, hot water has to wait 5 minutes. The service is OK, it is a more high-grade place in India. The buffet dessert is OK, and the classic Indian fried ball snack is sweet and spicy.

We are enjoying this property a lot.. the ambience is very nice.. also we are enjoying very very tasty and delicious food here..swimming pool is fabulous with slides and water sprinkler jacuzzi..👌👌👌

This is a brand new hotel that just opened in June 2026. What made me happiest was how fluffy and soft the linens were. Due to a delay in acquiring the license, alcohol service won't be available until November. Even for hotel guests, auto-rickshaws are not allowed all the way to the property; you have to get off at the entrance and walk in.
