JJelena Kuznecovain the room, except for robes, there are no accessories, for example, slippers, a toothbrush, etc.
mineral water in bottles has a disgusting taste.
everything else is great
SSteve HKA great hotel!! Yes, slightly dated, but that's the charm. Good sized rooms, warmly heated in winter, with a nice bathroom and a BATH! Breakfast was great too! Didn't try the pool and sauna, but seemed popular!
AAmys_wandersThe hotel is right beside St Anne’s Church and a street away from the Republic of Uzupis entrance and area. It’s clean and staff are very friendly and helpful.
OOriana DalboscoAt the arrival they assigned us a room of a lower level than the booked and after having contacted us twice the reception they told us they were complete and that they could not satisfy my booking. On my invitation, they offered breakfast (EUR 35 per person is really crazy) that we did only once, the next morning, given the extraordinary smell of freshness throughout the room, dishes, glasses and tables. A real sin for a Radisson chain hotel and 4 stars !
Much attention, however, by trip.com who have been careful and professional once warned of the incident.
I wouldn't go back to this hotel for nothing ...
GGuest UserI made a reservation because it was ranking 1 in Vilnius.
The Christmas decoration in the lobby was nice and the breakfast lineup and staff were great.
The whole Hilton is like that, but it's a pity that art and furniture are a little cheap.
I wanted you to show me the pool on the assumption that I would come in the summer, but I paid in advance to not take a picture. laughter.
It seems better not to expect too much by looking at the photos.
JJan BraschingThe Narutis hotel in Vilnius was wonderful. The staff were very very friendly, we had a great room, a delicious breakfast and very much enjoyed the spa as well. We would recommend this place and stay here again next time when we're back in Vilnius!
GGeza GermanThe only thing I liked was the parking. The bed was terribly uncomfortable. There was a big hole in the middle. The wi-fi was terribly poor. The room equipment is outdated. The city centre is 20 minutes walk.
GGuest UserSpacious room with living room and low table.
Deco is obsolete but completely in the hotel style.
The sdb is more modern.
The hotel is very beautiful.
No car park nearby or very expensive, so you need to walk because in the heart of the old town.
Breakfast is suckled with high quality products and a good service.
The spa is free but very disappointing: a small very cold pool, a sauna and it's all.
GGuest UserThank you very much, I think you got the best service. If we have more time, we would be happy to stay longer. The food is one of the best hotel food I have ever eaten. It's a pity that bugs came out of the room, but everything is satisfactory.
